10. "Part Of Our World"
Two weeks later
Jungkook and Fiela snuggle together on the couch while watching a movie- clearly aware of the time and that they both have work the next morning. Jungkook rubs Fiela's arm chuckling a little.
"I don't even know why this is so funny," Jungkook mumbles in her ear laughing again when he hears her erupting in laughter. The only person that ever laughed as hard and extreme as Fiela was Hoseok. In fact this show was Hoseok's favourite, he enjoyed it more than Fiela.
Sometimes Jungkook felt Hoseok's presence while being with Fiela. Their were days where he would just remember Hoseok and gis mood dampened, but tonight was different. He remembered Hoseok and felt as if Hoseok was there.
Fiela re-adjusts her head on his shoulder snapping Jungkook out of his thoughts. "It's because you love me,"
"That is true and it's because you're beautiful," he says out of the blue making Fiela turn her neck so that she can give him a warm smile.
After that terrible misunderstanding two weeks ago Fiela knew she had to stop being so quick to irrational decisions, but she couldn't help it especially since it came to that childhood girl.
Fiela could just tell what Hwasa's motives were. To snatch Jungkook, but as long as Jungkook had finished helping her get into a prestigious College, Fiela was sure to no longer see her around.
Aufilea comes downstairs hearing the TV. She stands by the wall watching her mum and dad cuddling on the couch while watching that program that she never really found interesting.
She smiles seeing her dad just zoning out while looking at her mother. She makes her way to the couch playfully forcing herself between her parents laying her head on Jungkook's shoulder while Fiela adjusted herself on Aufilea's thigh.
If Aufilea was being honest she was really going to miss her parents.
Lately she's been doing her own house hunting and by luck she found a perfect house that matched with the pre-salary she's been receiving every week from her internship. It had one room and was really far from where her parents stayed.
She bites her lip thinking about how sad and confused her mother would be if she found out about the property she got. She snaps out her thoughts when she hears her mother laughing hard at the dumb thing the characters on TV where saying.
"Daddy?"
"Yeah," Jungkook answers turning his head to Aufilea, her face scrunched up while watching the TV.
"Do you think I'll ever be as good as Oscar actors?" she suddenly asks.
"Sweetheart, you are built for greatness and don't you even question it one bit." Jungkook smiles adjusting his arm around her. "I know what you're thinking, that will you ever be as good as these so called actors your mum watches-"
"Hey!" Fiela laughs.
"What I'm saying is that you you were born for this. You are wise, brave, strong, God-fearing, a pose young and delicately gorgeous and a beautiful lady. My beautiful daughter. So of course I do think that one day when the world opens up internationally, you will be your own kind of good on the Oscar stage," he smiles.
"Daddy," Aufilea cheers giggling happily laying her head on his chest. "I love you so much, but you already know that. Don't you?"
Jungkook kisses the side of her head. "I know that,"
"I'm just so lucky to have you as my dad. I know that God was so freaking happy when he made you and mum mate so that you could have me,"
Jungkook laughs and lays his arm around her gently squeezing her. Fiela smiles sadly rubbing her hand up and down Aufilea's thigh.
Would it be a perfect time to tell her the full story of her past? No. Not now anyway. Jungkook watches Fiela's hand rubbing on Aufilea's thigh and stretches his hand out to caress her hair softly.
She glances up to his direction and catches his reassuring smile. He knew what she was thinking. Fiela smiles kissing his hand before he takes it back laying it on Aufilea's head.
"How do actors like this even land up on TV?" Aufilea asks thinking about the Instructors words and how not everybody makes it in life. "How does a show like this even get broadcasted?"
Fiela rolls her eyes. "I wonder what came first, this show or you haters?"
"This show first came, then we haters appeared," Aufilea remarks.
Jungkook is about to answer but his phone rings making him change his direction and focus to his phone. He picks it up glancing at the name on the screen, not even a second and he answers it mindlessly.
"Hey Hwasa.." he clears his throat looking to Fiela, catching her annoyed expression before he gets up and leaves the living room.
"Hwasa? Sounds like an interesting woman. Is she perhaps the one who came that night?" Aufilea asks trying to make herself comfortable from where her dad left.
Fiela shrugs her shoulder saying nothing trying to concentrate on the show and the words the people are saying but all she can think about is Hwasa.
Aufilea senses the tension because her mother isn't laughing anymore or cracking a smile. Aufilea takes advantage and changes the channel to some behind the scenes actions and enjoys on her own as Fiela isn't bothered.
Fielas's pov
I don't even know why he still has her number on his phone. Didn't he tell me that he was done with that stupid thing he was helping her with?
Why does she have to call him at this hour and of all days? I hate feeling this way, insecure and second.
The time is flying by and soon it's midnight all I can think about is how he is still on the phone with that childhood person. I know what she wants- her whole body is smelling of it.
She wants him, all to herself. She's a homewrecker, I can see that. Maybe I'm a bit over my head but I know one when I see one.
I don't want to make Jungkook angry or upset by my actions but he knows how I feel about that childhood friend, yet he decides to answer her call and spends a full hour and a half with her.
I'm not going to stand for this, they aren't children anymore, they are grown adults with their own lives. What childhood could they possibly be talking about?
"It's time to sleep," I say dragging my body off the couch. Aufilea is already fast asleep resting her head on her arm and her mouth slightly open. "Oh my baby," I kiss her check gently moving her arm the way I used to wake up Andrea. I smile sadly when she opens her eyes with a weak smile. I can't help it when my fingers brush her hair. "I miss you.."
"Mum," Aufilea stands up stretching her arms up and around me. "I miss you too," she says with a small chuckle before walking out the living room leaving me alone feeling touched. "Not to forget, I love you too,"
She doesn't even know about Andrea..my sister..her aunt. It's for the better.
I shake my head removing those thoughts before heading upstairs to my room. Of course he's not here- oh my soul if he's still on the phone then I will loose my mind.
I slip my feet into my bunny slippers carefully walking out the room to the door of his study. The door is a little bit open and I can hear his voice.
I decide to walk in. He looks a bit surprised but still has the nerve to continue speaking on the phone. "Well if you put it like that I might,"
"You might what?" I ask tilting my head. "You know you spent an hour and half talking to that childhood friend of yours?"
"Don't be ridiculous Hwasa, I can't do that," he continues on signaling me that we'll talk later. I'm taken aback by his carefree move.
I feel the crazy coming on. I watch him with full eyes realising that he's ignoring my existence. "Okay. You wanna play like that? Okay?"
I walk behind his chair and yank his phone away from his reach, moving back immediately. He saved her name as Hwasa. At least there's no smiley faces.
"What the hell Fiela?" He gets up snatching the phone off my hands. "I was on-"
"I don't care. You know how I feel about that childhood friend yet you still talk to her for a whole full hour and a half- you know what," I take in a deep breath walking to the door turning sharply to him. "If you ever spend an hour again talking to her. I will break that phone." I leave his study closing the door.
I hear him sighing before speaking again. "Yeah I'm sorry about that, what were you saying?"
He seriously called her again? Okay.

Aufilea's pov
A few weeks later
"Instructor!" I run after the cheerful bubbly Instructor standing next to him in the elevator. "You are so fast and happy today," I say trying to take my breath and fix my hair as the elevator goes up. "Did you have a birthday?"
"Whaat? How'd you know?" He asks with so much energy and a big smile. "Yes my birthday was last year,"
I roll my eyes playfully neatly arranging my script book inside my handbag. "I actually wanted to talk to you about something,"
"Yes," he says following the light with his eyes. He's seriously in a good mood and it's creeping me out.
"It's about an email I got-"
"Shhh!" He hushes me driving me to the corner of the wall with wide eyes. "Don't say it out loud,"
"Okay?" I say quietly looking at him the same way he's looking at me. "What's going on?"
"It's a month now and I've- wait. Where are you heading right now?" He asks.
"I'm just following you until I get an answer to this email-"
"Shhhhh!"
"Sorry.. after you tell me what..the thing is... about. I'll be on my way home," I answer.
"Okay," I get nervous watching his hands fiddling with each other. "How does being a part of our world sound?"
