"Hello."

"Mia! Where are you?"My mom asks.

"Godd... chill out. I'm out with my friends." I lie to her because I know how she's going to react to that.

"Don't you dare lie to me you young lady, I know that you're with that boy." She says yelling.

"Wha...? What boy?" I say chuckling nervously as I look at Bryan who's looking down at the table.

"You know who I'm talking about so drop the act and come home immediately, your driver is waiting for you outside.
We have some serious talking to do."

"But mom..." I begin to say and she hangs up the phone.

"Damn it! She knows that I am with you and she's asking me to go home immediately." I explain him.
"But one thing that I don't understand is that how did she found out."

"Maybe Damian told her." He says.

"No... Damian would never do that.
Never mind, I just hope that she hasn't told my father before me because I want to be the first person to tell him that I have found someone who loves me for who I am and not just for my money."

"Mia I... I have to tell you something." He says in a low voice but before I can say anything else my phone starts ringing again.

"All right, all right I'm coming!" I shout then I hang up the phone.

"I'm so sorry about our date baby but I have to go or my mom will probably come here and cause a scene.
I'll call you later." I tell him as I give him a small kiss on the cheek then I rush outside to the car leaving him sitting alone at the table.

When I finally arrive to my house my mom is already waiting for me outside.
"Thank you." I say to the driver when he opens the door.

"Well, well, well... look who's here. The princess in the red dress.
I'm surprised to see you wearing anything else except from jeans Mia.
I suppose that boy really did something to you except from... you know what. It won't be surprising if you get pregnant by him either." My mom says sarcastically.

"Hello to you too mother." I reply simply.

"Luis, take Miss. Mia's bag to her room." Mom says to the driver.

"What bag?" I ask her.

"The bag you were keeping at that boys house.
Now come inside because we have much more important stuff to talk about."

I don't say anything because I know that she will begin lecturing me about how I should behave and other stuff so I just follow her inside to the living room as we both sit down.

"First, I want to inform you that I decided that you're not going to go to that college anymore. In fact I'm thinking that you should stay home for the rest of the year since you have online school because of the pandemic." She says.

"What!? Why?" I ask her.

"Because your teacher called me and said that you have been avoiding classes a lot since the beginning of school." She explains.

"That's absurd. I mean you're joking, right?"

"I'm afraid I'm not." She replies in a serious tone.

"You can't decide this by your own! What about dad? What does he think about all this? What about me did you even get the effort to ask me what I want?"

"I'm your mother. I get to decide what's good for you!"

"That's bullshit and I'm never going to accept that."

"I never said that I was going to ask you about that." She replies.

"That's it! I'm not going to hear about this kind of things anymore." I say as I make my way to the front door but Luis stands in my way.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm afraid I can't let you pass Miss. Mia.
This is Mrs. Williams order." He says.

"Are you fucking serious mom?" I ask her.

"This is for your own good Mia.
You're not going to see that boy anymore.
He's not good for you."

"His name is Bryan mom and you don't have the right to decide for that." I say yelling.

"Is that so?
Luis take Miss. Mia to her room and make sure she can't go out at least not for today." She says.

"Let's go Miss. Mia." He says.

"You can't do this mom!
What about dad?" I say as we walk upstairs to my room.

"O believe me that he would agree with me if he was here.
Don't forget to change your clothes." She says as she sits on the couch.

"I fucking hate you mom. I wish I never came here." I yell as Luis locks the door and walks away.

"Damn it. I should have stayed with Bryan instead of coming here.
Where is my phone? I should call him to inform him about what happened.
Wait... maybe I shouldn't call him because he will insist to come here to get me and my mom probably will do something stupid." As I'm about to turn off my phone Bryan video calls me.

"Hi Baby." I say to him as soon as I answer the phone.

"Hey.
What's up? What are you doing?" He says.

"I just finished my conversation with my mom now I'm in my room laying on the bed." I reply.

"Ohh... okay. How did it go?" He asks.

"Like always, she said a lot of stuff that I had to listen to because she's my mom."

"I know that maybe she doesn't like me but you should try to understand her. She just wants you to be happy even that she doesn't see me as that person who will make you happy." 
You wouldn't say these things if you really knew my mother baby.

"I know it's just that she says things about you without even knowing you or giving you a chance to introduce yourself to her." I say.

"Maybe she will, one day." He says.

"Yeah... maybe." I reply simply.

"Enough with this sad conversation.
Let's talk about something else... something like how much I love you for example." He says smiling.

"Or how much I would love to have you here close to me for example." I reply chuckling.

"Or that to." He says with a smirk.

"I seriously hate my mom sometimes but because of her I was able to meet you." I say to him.

"Being able to meet you was the best thing that has ever happened to me." He replies.

"I can say the same for you."

"I will always be by your side because I care a lot about you Mia and I don't want you to be sad."

"I love you baby." I reply.

"And I love you." He says before we both say 'goodbye' to each other because I hear some steps coming toward my room.

"Mia. Can I come in." Damian asks.

"You can't. The door is locked." I begin to say but he rolls the key and opens the door.

"Well, well, well, look who decided to come back home.
I guess that boy Bryan really made a move on you huh?" Damian says smiling.

"Hello Damian." I say as I get up from the bed to hug him.

"I see that you're still in the mood for doing some stunts huh?" He says.

"Maybe, but how did you know that I was talking with Bryan?" I ask him.

"Hmm... let me guess.
A rich heiress, living alone in college that also has a boyfriend and now locked up in her room by her mom.
How would she handle this?
Of course by calling her beloved boyfriend." He says proudly like he discovered a big secret.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." I say rolling my eyes as we both begin to smile.

"So... are you going to let me out of here?" I ask him even though I already know his answer.

"You know that I would never leave you here but... you know how mom can be sometimes but I promise you that I'm going to fix this." He says.

"Duhh... I hate her. I wish dad was here, where is he by the way? Is he in a job trip?"

"About that..." He begins to say but his phone starts ringing.

"I should really take this. I'll see you after two hours at the dinner table." Damian says as he walks outside my room to answer his phone.

"Where are you dad? I miss you." I say to myself as I go to the nightstand to look for some EarPods to listen to music.
After a couple of minutes looking I find my EarPods under a piece of paper that looks like a note. As I'm about to read it I hear a knock on the balcony doors glass.
I immediately go there to see who is it.

"Bryan!"

"Hi baby." He says waving his hand.

"What are you doing here?" I ask him in a low voice.

"Open the door." He says.

"No." I say smiling.

"But I came to see you." He replies making a sad face.

"What if one of the guards sees you?"

"Open the window then. Or you're trying to get me killed?" He says as I slowly open the balcony door for him to enter.

He immediately grabs me on his arms kissing me.

"I... missed you! He says while we're still kissing.

"I missed you too baby." I reply as I wrap my legs around him as he pulls me closer to deepen the kiss.

Our tongues entangle together as they touch each other slowly and softly. He sends chills down my spine making me shiver. He pulls away as he stares into my green eyes, then he leans in for another kiss.

When we kiss, I feel like I am melting into him, my mind goes fuzzy and all I see and feel is him. I gasp for air as our lips come apart.
I fall back on my bed and I pull him with me. The bed squeaks loudly as we lay together.

"That was a good kiss!" I say smiling as he looks at me.

"You're so beautiful." He replies looking at me as he leans in lightly, kissing me again.

"Bryan." I say in a low voice.

"Hmm?"

"The door, is open."

"Soo?" He says while he's still kissing me.

"You have to go and lock it because my mom loves to just open my bedroom door without a warning."

He lifts me up in his arms again without interrupting our kiss while he walks towards the door, then he pins me through the door to lock it.
He looks at me and brushes my hair with his hand to the side to see my face.

"Life wouldn't be complete without you, I know that now." He says.

"Miss. Mia is everything okay?" One of the maids says when he hears the noise while she's walking down the stairs.

"Yeah... everything is fine. I just dropped my books." I reply to her.

"What are you doing? Are you trying to get as caught?" I ask him smiling while we go back to bed.

"Maybe!" He says as he kisses me again.

"You're so bad!" I say smiling at him.

"And you're so bad too for letting me wait outside!" He replies and we both laugh.

A few minutes later someone knocks on the door again.

"Yes!?"

"Miss. Mia! Mr. Damian asked if you're coming down stairs for dinner?"

"I'm already having my dinner." I say in a low voice and Bryan looks me with a smirk playing on his lips as he continues kissing me on my belly making my body shiver.

"Miss. Mia?" She asks again.

"I'm not hungry!" I reply.

"Okay then. He wanted me also to tell you that Mrs. Williams has gone out to have dinner with her friends."

"Ok... okay!" I reply in a low voice and she starts to walk away.

After a few hours...

"Mia!" My mom says knocking on the door.

"Shit! She's back.
Quick, quick put on your clothes." I say to Bryan as I get up to put something else on.

"What!?" I reply.

"Why's this door locked I told Damian to leave it unlocked?" She asks.

"Quick go outside and hide." I say to Bryan while as give him a small kiss on his lips.

"What did she mean by that?" Bryan says looking at me with a questionable face expression.

"I'll explain that to you later." I say to him.

"Mia??" My mom calls again.

"Because I wanted to." I reply why I look at Bryan who's trying to get down from the balcony.

"Then open it." She demands.

When I make sure that Bryan is safe I blow him a kiss from the balcony then I run towards my bedroom door to open it.

"What?" I ask her.

"What took you soo long?" She asks.

"I was going to take a shower." I reply simply trying to not look suspicious.

"That's it?"

"Yes mom. That's it!" I reply.

"Okay then. Take a shower.
I'll ask one of the maids to bring you some food." She says while she starts walking down the stairs.

"I'm not hungry." I say but she doesn't say anything just continues walking away.
