Biana:
"So you guys kissed?" Sophie asked.
I nodded with a cheeky grin on my face.
"Oh my gosh! Have you seen him since then?" She asked.
"No! Sadly," I murmured.
Then Luis came by and I had to restrain myself from murdering him.
"Hey Soph, thanks for understanding--"
"Is everything okay?" She asked immediately.
"Oh yeah. It's all fine now," he said.
"Well what happened?" I asked, annoyed. I may have already been shipping a certain blonde with a certain blonde, and Luis wasn't making it easy.
He turned red, "Well my mom almost faded, so I had to hurry to get back home."
I mentally face palmed. Sometimes when you try to be a good friend you end up looking like a jerk.
"Is she okay?" Sophie immediately asked.
"Yeah. It was a close call, but everything's fine," he said.
"I am so sorry for sounding like a jerk. Sophie told me what happened, and she wasn't mad at you or anything--"
"You were just being a friend. It's fine, seriously. I probably would've interrogated me too," he laughed.
Crap. Now why am I thinking he's very nice and would be good for Sophie?
"I'm glad everything's working out," Sophie smiled.
Luis nodded and someone called his name.
"See ya around Soph!" He called, joining up with his friends.
"Well, I've got to go meet Tiegan for an early session, see ya at lunch!" Sophie smiled walking in the opposite direction.
I continued down the hallway when I saw Dex. He had a giant bruise on the side of his head.
He saw me and immediately smiled.
"Hey," he said with a wave.
"How bad is it?" I asked.
"Hm? Oh right! My head! It's not that bad, it'll be gone by tomorrow. The elixir I took is really slow when it comes to healing stuff," he said.
"Well, how have you been?" I asked nervously.
"I've been good. How about you?" He asked and we began to walk down the hallway.
"I'm good," I said with a nod of my head.
"So, I've been wondering, if you'd want to, you know hang out again sometime soon?" He asked looking at me nervously.
"No proposing robots this time?" I teased.
He turned red, "I could do that if you want."
"No, I'm joking. Of course I'd want to! How about after school?" I asked.
"Yeah sure, you can come to my place!" He said with a big smile, but he blushed afterwards.
"You don't have to be so nervous. It's not a secret I like you," I said playfully bumping him with my shoulder.
"Well, I mean, how can I not be nervous. You're like--"
I interrupted him, "A regular elf."
"No! You aren't regular! You're extraordinary!" He said, and his face got even redder.
"Dexter Dizznee, quit being so nervous!" I playfully scolded him.
"I don't think that's possible," he laughed.
"I think it is. You weren't nervous at all when you were on that horse!"
"Well that's different. The horse isn't you," he said not meeting my eyes.
"I'm going to take that as a compliment," I laughed.
He smiled and gave me an awkward hug, but it was cute, and we went our separate ways.

Sophie:
I entered Tiergan's room and Fitz was already there but Tiergan wasn't.
"Hey Sophie," he smiled with a wave.
"Hey."
"So, um I got this for you," he said handing me a package.
"Really? What for?" I asked.
"Well I was wondering if you were free tonight?" He asked.
I stopped unwrapping the gift.
"What?" I asked, but it was barely audible over the beating of my heart.
"You are my number one Sophie, and I'm guessing I was pretty high up on your list. With that, I can't just ignore it. If you were my 15, it wouldn't make a difference, but you're my top match. Doesn't that mean something?" He asked, his teal eyes glistened.
I continued unwrapping the gift. Inside was a beautiful gold bracelet with little tiny diamonds on it.
"Thanks Fitz. It's beautiful," I said with a small smile as I slipped it on.
"So, dinner tonight?" He asked hopefully.
I let out a sigh, "I'm not promising anything will come out of it, but a meal wouldn't hurt."
Fitz had a happy smile on his face, and before he could say anything Tiergan entered the room.
What had I gotten myself into?
~~~
I put on a simple blue dress that had a strap off to the side, and I had my hair in that half up half down look.
And I was ready to go. But before I did that I called Keefe.
"Hey, Foster! To what do I owe this pleasure?" He asked in a teasing voice.
"So I have to go on a date with FItz--"
"Because you were too nice to say no, or that you actually wanted to go?" He asked with a smirk on his face.
I rolled my eyes, "It's only one meal."
"You never know Foster," he said with a shrug.
I let out a frustrated sigh.
"Well thanks for keeping me posted. Have fun with Fitzipoo!" He laughed and hung up.
Great. Just great.
"FITZ IS HERE!" Mom shouted, and I ran down the steps.
"Thanks, love you bye!" I said while shutting the door.
Thank the mallowmelt Grady had some work to do with someone today.
"You look very nice," Fitz said.
"Thanks, you look nice too," I said when I saw his dark blue tunic.
He took me to dinner at a shop in Eternalia. The food was great and I had a fun time.
It took another direction when he persuaded me to go dancing.
"It'll be fun! Don't worry!" He said.
"I'm not so sure dancing is my scene," I said.
"Come on Sophie, please?" He asked, his intense blue eyes staring into my soul.
I relented, "Okay."
So we got to the dance floor, and I was basically a giraffe on skates while Fitz was like Michael Jackson.
Then a slow song came on.
"May I have this dance?" He asked with an intense look on his face.
I took his hand, "Sure."
Fitz placed his hands on my waist and I put my hands around his neck and we just looked at each other.
"You look very beautiful tonight," he whispered.
"Thanks, you too. I mean, you look handsome," I internally face palmed.
He smiled.
We swayed back and forth, and it was nice for a while until this happened.
Fitz twirled me, and me being the clumsy person I am smacked into his chest, so we ended up being really close. I stopped breathing because he started leaning in.
My mind completely shut down.
What do I do? Do I even like Fitz? What about Keefe? What ABOUT Keefe? Why am I so confused? What should I do? Should I kiss Fitz? Should I not kiss him? Why am I thinking so much? Wait a minute, what's that feeling in my stomach?
And then everything was a disaster. Right when Fitz' lips touched mine, I puked.
ALL. OVER. HIM.
"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! I've got to--"
I puked again.
Great job stomach.
The thing was I couldn't stop puking. It was like someone put an elixir in my food or something.
"Are you alright?" Fitz asked, immediately concern was all over him.
"N-No!" I shouted.
The music stopped playing and people were trying to help me, but I couldn't stand up. I started crying cause it hurt so bad, it was like my insides were turning into mush with each retch. Then I started vomiting blood. That's when Fitz decided to call Elwin.
"Oh, this is not good." Elwin tutted when he flashed things all over me.
I groaned.
"I think someone poisoned you," he said. "Where'd you go out to eat?"
Fitz said the name, but I was completely out of it.
Elwin forced some liquids down my throat, and I immediately became drowsy.
~~~
Biana:
I put on some leggings with a long flowy oversized tunic. I put on an infinity scarf to pull it all together, and I left my hair down.
Then I was leaping to Dex' house.
~~~
When I arrived at Slurps and Burps, Kesler looked at me with a smile.
"Not running today, are we?" He teased.
"No," I laughed.
"He's in his lab," he said pointing to the door behind him.
I nodded and opened the door quietly.
Dex' hair was all messy, and he had a giant lab coat and goggles on his forehead. He was jotting something down. When he looked up, he saw me, and his face lit up.
"Hey," he smiled, walking over and kissing my cheek, which surprised me, as he took my hand and lead me over to his work table.
"What are you working on?" I asked.
"On a new elixir. Somebody has really sensitive skin, so I was working on something that should hopefully not irritate them," he said.
"And how's that going?" I asked.
"Horribly. Everything I do either explodes or melts your skin," he laughed. "Now enough about me, how are you doing?"
"I'm wonderful. So, what do you have planned today Dr. Dizznee?" I asked using a serious deep voice.
"I was wondering if you wanted to study," he said and my face fell.
"I'm joking," he laughed.
"Good! Cause I'm done thinking about school," I laughed.
"So, do you want to help?" He asked, gesturing to the chemicals.
"Sure, but I might blow up the place," I warned.
"Hey, you aren't Sophie, so chances are it won't be that bad," he said.
He handed me a lab coat and a pair of goggles and we got to work.
"Okay, so what do you know she isn't allergic too?" I asked.
"She's fine with citric acid and genelotons," he said.
"Okay, so why don't you use citric acids for dyes and smells and cryptilites for healing things," I suggested.
"Yeah but cryptilites are compounds of hebo---wait. You're a genius! Cryptilites are branches of genelotons! Therefore if you add them with the citrus--"
"It creates a bond!" We said at the same time.
"I can't believe I didn't think of that! Next time, I'm calling you!" He said looking at me with amazement in his eyes.
I looked away with a smile on my face.
We made the elixir in no time.
"I'll ask her to test it out tomorrow," he said. "and in the meantime, I'd like you to meet my siblings."
He grabbed my hand and lead me upstairs.
"Rex, Lex, Bex! I'd like you to meet a really special friend of mine," Dex called.
Immediately the three red heads came into the room arguing.
"What happened?" Dex asked.
"Lex and Rex went up to the guy I liked and completely told him I liked him!" Bex complained.
"You guys--" Dex started.
"Here I got this," I smiled.
"So you two think it's funny embarrassing your sister?" I asked them, and they gave me two big smug grins.
"Well I'll take that as a yes. See, Bex and I are really good friends with some very powerful people. The one is named Grady and he can make you guys say whatever comes into your head out loud. And the other is Sophie, and she can make you feel some not very nice emotions. So if I were you, I wouldn't spread rumors, or say anything negative about your sister. You guys are siblings for life, and you want to keep that relationship," I said ruffling the boys hair.
They looked scared for a moment, and Bex had a big grin on her face. Dex shook his head.
"Does she know about that girl you really--" Rex started.
Dex's face got really red, "This is Biana."
"Oh, he talks about you all the time!" Lex said with a sly grin on his face.
"Well those are me siblings. How about we go this way," Dex said dragging me along with him.
"I'm so sorry about that! They say some weird things," he apologized as soon as we were in his room.
"So you don't talk about me?" I asked.
"No, I do," he said quickly.
"So you do talk about me," I teased.
Dex turned red, "Well sometimes."
"Not all the time?" I feigned looking hurt.
He gave me an amused look, "Now you're just being difficult!"
I couldn't keep the smile off my face, and Dex patted the spot next to him on his bed, and I sat down.
Dex held my hand, and I rested my head on his shoulder.
"Even though we've only been on two dates, it feels like I've been with you for forever," I whispered.
"Well, we did almost get killed by the Neverseen countless of times," he laughed.
"What's your biggest fear?" I asked out of the blue.
He turned bright red.
"Um....I guess it'd have to be watching all the people I love die, get hurt, or be so sad they wished they weren't alive anymore," he said. "How about you?"
I took a deep breath, "My biggest fear would probably be watching the bad guys win. Yours is much more selfless I guess."
"Biana, you don't have to worry about that. They will never win. They could never defeat you. They can only win if you let them," Dex said looking at me.
"I know, but it's much harder then that. It's like everywhere I go I feel like somebody's going to pop out and be the Neverseen trying to kill us. I don't feel safe anymore," I whispered the last part.
"I will always be there for you Biana. I promise. Even if I'm in the presence of the council and you needed me because you were scared of a butterfly, I would drop everything and get to you as fast as I could. And I mean that," he said.
"I am the luckiest girl in the world right now," I said with a small smile.
Dex turned red.
"How come?" He asked.
"Cause I have a wonderful boyfriend, if it's okay with you," I said.
Dex had a giant grin, "That is wonderful."
I gave him a quick kiss because Kesler shouted dinner.
"Oh, do you want to stay for dinner? My parents wanted you too, and that's what I forgot to tell you about today," he rubbed his face.
"I'd love too," I smiled.
