Remus's POV

     I felt fingers brush out my hair (I was to naive to even care about the words she whispered while she brushed out my hair XD). My eyes shot open as I quickly got far away from where I was. I looked around to see the stunned faces of Patton, Virgil, Logan, and Roman. I took a breath.

     "Are you okay, kiddo..?" Patton asked worried. "I-I shouldn't b-be here! W-What if M-Master finds m-me?!" I asked frantically putting my hands on my head, running my fingers through my hair. "Woah, woah, woah." Roman began. "Who's 'Master'..?" Roman asked. "D-Deceit makes m-me call h-him that.. H-He thinks t-that he o-owns me!" I answered stressed. Roman got up and walked towards me. I visioned him as Deceit, so I covered my face with my arms, thinking that he was going to hurt me. Roman put his hands on my arms bringing them down.

     "I-I'm sorry.." I apologized, my eyes tearing up. "Damn.." Virgil said sitting back. "Deceit started beating you too..?" Virgil asked. "Y-Yeah.." I answered. "I can't believe what he did to you!" Roman exclaimed hugging me. I pushed Roman off me, making him fall back. "Why didn't you and Virgil say anything about me?" I snapped at him. He didn't answer. "Answer!!" I yelled slapping him. Roman looked at me in fear. I stepped back, tears streaming down my face. I looked at the others, Patton and Virgil looked worried. Logan was smirking. "I-I'm so s-sorry, Roman.." I apologized. Roman got up and hugged me tightly. "I am the one who should be apologizing. I barely spoke about you." Roman said. "I never think about my abusers." Virgil huffed. "You need to understand that I had no DAMN choice but to hurt you!!! You saw what he does!!! You don't even stop to think about it don't you?!?!" I yelled as tears ran down my face. They all stared at me in shock. "Don't you understand what it's to be hurt by the one you loved..?" I ask, wiping my never ending tears. They didn't say anything. Virgil stood up and sighed looking around at everyone.

    "Get one thing I say into your head, Remus," Virgil began. "You deserved it." Virgil stated as he went to his room. "O-Oh god.. I did deserve it.. I'm such a burden.. An idiot.. A mista--" Roman cut me off. "Woah, woah, woah, Remus, you aren't a mistake, you're not an idiot, you're not a burden, and you didn't deserve it." Roman stated. Patton left not being able to stand what was happening. Logan had also left. It was only me and Roman.. God.. Why am I having weird thoughts about Roman?! He's my brother! Well.. Almost.

    "I think you need to get some rest.." Roman said taking me to the couch. "Y-Yeah.." I said lying down. Roman did the most unexpected thing ever, he kissed my cheek. "Sleep well, I love you.." Roman stated. "I don't expect you to say it back I just.." Roman began not finishing his sentence. "I-I love y-you too, R-Roman.." I said before drifting off to sleep.
