You glanced at the window, feeling the breeze that was emitted by the sea.

You find it cruel that he didn't bid goodbye to you but it was nothing compared on how painful it was when you knew that he didn't let you know that he is leaving because it was for your sake.

He didn't want you to involve with things that might put you in danger. He didn't want to risk your life.

You were the most precious thing that happened to his life that's why he put you in a container that he alone can touch and open. Even you can't get out of it.

You thought that he was selfish but you also don't want to get involved with such things. You just wanted him--Chrollo to be with you but you knew he can't.

You sighed and sat on the sand, staring at the sun that is setting.

You smiled bitterly when you remembered how his smile used to be your happiness, how he held your hand is pure ecstasy.

"(y/n)!" Your delusions were cut after hearing a man's voice.

You smiled and glanced at the unending horizon and walked towards the man.

"Shall we?" He asked. You smiled and let his hand hold yours.

"Let's go."

You mumbled something and it goes like this.

"I love you but I want my happiness too."

You knew falling in love is easy but moving on requires a lot of time. Learning to love other was the only solution you thought in your mind.

The both of you knew that you were like those parallel lines. You can get closer with each other yet you can't be with each other that's why you needed to go farther from him to move on.
