Jimin was walking through the door when the teacher stopped him. "Jimin, the principal would like to talk to you."

"A-about what?" Jimin asked nervously.

"I think you should go see him. Don't worry, I won't count you absent."

He nodded his head and walked back out. His palms were already sweaty clutching his book tighter to his chest.

A slow two minute walk later he reached the principals office. He knocked on the door biting on his inner cheek.

"Come in."

"Hello, did-did you wish to speak to me?"

"Yes. Come have a seat. Do you want something to drink?"

Jimin sat down and shook his head no. He was extremely confused on why he'd called him. He couldn't be on trouble now could he?

"Did I do something wrong?"

"No. Of course not." He replied taking a sip of his glass of water.

"Then?"

He sighed, "Min Yoongi told me about that video going around. After he got on a fight with the people who recorded and beat you up."

Jimin held his breath. He wished he would've accepted a glass of water now. His mouth was dry and the impact of it all made his stomach feel uneasy.

"Mister Park?"

"I-I-sorry...I had no idea there was a video...or that Yoongi did that."

"I had no idea either. The reason I called you here if because I wanted to apologize personally. They will be punished for their actions. They're assigned to clean the bathrooms and suspended for two weeks."

Jimin remained quiet although he wanted to protest. Suspension for two weeks and cleaning bathrooms didn't seem like a good enough punishment.

They assaulted him, beat him to the ground, broke his camera, ripped his pictures and called him ugly names. That's all they got?

"I just think we shouldn't discuss this anymore. I will personally make sure the video is deleted from the students phones. I don't want to make a huge scene out of this. Do you understand? If I get those kids parents involved they might try to sue us because they're rich kids and not to mention they're older so the parents will definitely not like them to go to jail. Are you following?"

Jimin gulped swallowing the knot on his throat, "Of course." He finally whispered. The realization that the teachers didn't care about his well being hit him hard.

They were suppose to teach education, manners, and make school a safe environment for everyone. But they allowed this? They turned their face from this and pretend it didn't happen?

"If your parents have any concerns I will talk to them. I will ensure them that this won't happen again."

"I don't think it's necessary." He quietly said fidgeting with his fingers.

"If they have any questions about the bruise on your cheek or your lip I will answer their call."

Jimin nodded even though he knew they wouldn't call the school. He had been moved around so much his father wouldn't tolerate moving him again.

"Is that all, sir?"

"Yes. That's all. Have a good rest of the day."

Jimin got up from the chair and headed out the door. He had to stop for a few seconds to catch his breath.

His heart was beating at speeds he couldn't keep up and his stomach still felt queasy. Until, he saw Taehyung in the hallway. Then he felt calm.

"Jimin!" He gushed wrapping his arms around him. The sudden reaction startled him, but didn't bother at all.

"Taehyung, hey, how are you?"

"That's my question to you, how are you? I haven't talked to you in a while and I just found out what happened. I'm so sorry I wasn't there." He apologized.

Jimin blushed, "It-its not your fault. I-I'm okay really."

"You're not. This shit is not okay. I'm going to the office right now to—"

"No! Don't, please, don't. Its-it's okay, I-I just talked to the principal. He said he would do something about it." He lied. The last thing he needed was to have the principal against him.

Two students complaining for him? That wasn't good. "I need to give him a piece of my mind along with those assholes."

"Violence doesn't solve anything."

"So, are you saying that what Yoongi did for you was pointless?"

"No. I'm grateful he stood up for me. I just...I'm not a violent person."

Taehyung smiled, "Of course you aren't. You're too sweet for that. I truly am sorry. If you keep having problems let me know."

"Okay. I will. Hopefully with this punishment they will back off." He said knowing that they wouldn't. In fact, he was was sure it would only make it worse.

"Nayeon asked for you."

"She did?"

"Yes. She asked me for your phone number, but I just realized that I don't even have it myself. Can I have it?"

Once again, he blushed deeply embarrassed. "I...I don't have a phone." He told.

"Oh! Nothing wrong with that. I don't even use my phone that much either. Which explains why I'm always behind on the drama." He admitted.

"Yeah." Jimin chuckled.

"Come on, I'll walk you to class." He said wrapping an arm around him. Jimin smiled nodding.

Jimin was waiting by a tree for a black car to show up. He hadn't seen Yoongi since picking up his bag of dirty clothes to go home.

He had been waiting for fifteen minutes. He was too shy to approach him in school grounds with his friends surrounding him.

When he spotted the car and it started slowing down, Jimin got up from the ground and made his way there.

Yoongi rolled his window down, "Did your bike tire pop?" He smirked.

Jimin smiled, "No. I-I actually wanted to speak to you."

"Oh," he unlocked his car and indicated him to get in.

After getting in, they remained quiet for a few minutes. Yoongi impatiently tapped his fingers against his thigh waiting for him to speak.

He turned to face him ready to say something when Jimin abruptly wrapped his arms around him.

Yoongi froze trying to process what was happening. He was stiff at first, then slowly relaxed into his arms.

Jimin had his eyes glued shut because he could feel his body reddening. At that moment he felt his heart glow.

And he felt butterflies bursting through his chest. A small hint of euphoria hit him making the hug sweeter than he envisioned.

"Thank you," He whispered with a sugary tone. If his words could drip honey they would without a doubt. He was simply too pure.

"For...for what?" Yoongi asked gulping his emotions down. He wanted to wrap his arms around him so very badly, but was too nervous to attempt it.

"I found out about the fight. You shouldn't have."

"Well, they are assholes either way."

"I still wanted to thank you. Please be careful. They can be mean. I don't want them to gang up on you."

Yoongi laughed, "They won't. They're wimpy bitches. I know they're scared of me."

Jimin pulled away slowly avoiding eye contact. "Okay, I'm glad you didn't get hurt. I just wanted to thank you."

"Alright. You've thanked me a million times. How much more are you going to?"

"A million times more."

Yoongi smiled, but tried to play it off by pretending he hadn't. "Okay, okay, no need for that."

"I used to be scared of you," Jimin admitted.

This made Yoongi look in his direction. He brought his face up meeting eyes with him. "But, I'm not afraid anymore. You're kind even though you say you aren't. Sometimes, people are the way they are because of circumstances. I don't blame you for being mean to me at first. You've made up for it with everything you've done for me."

Yoongi wanted to say so much to him right now and just couldn't find the words to roll off his tongue.

"Tongue tied I see? You don't have to say anything. I know what you're saying by your eyes." He smiled.

This time, the one that started to blush was Yoongi. "Okay, I have to get going before my mom starts wondering where I am. Bye Yoongi! I'll see you Monday."

He got out the car and ran to his bike. Yoongi watched him ride away and waited until he couldn't be seen to stop the urge from going after him.

He brought his hand to his beating heart and he swore his heart was glowing.

"I'm home!" Jimin beamed as he sat his bag down. He sprinted to the kitchen where he knew he would find his mother.

"Jimin, hey, how are you?" She asked. Jimin came behind her and wrapped his arms around her to give her a quick hug, "Great. How are you?"

She turned around once he let go and her smiled suddenly vanished. "Who hurt you?" She asked.

"It was nothing. I accidentally hit myself with the locker. I'm so clumsy."

"Jimin, stop lying to me. Who hurt you? Do you have more bruises anywhere else?" She asked reaching to touch him.

He stepped back shaking his head no, "I'm okay. It's nothing."

"Those bruises aren't nothing. I'm going to speak to your principal."

"And tell him what? That your son is a pussy that can't defend himself?" His father spoke walking in.

Jimin really dreaded that he wasn't working late anymore. "He's got bruises," she whispered hoping he would feel something. Anything.

"That's nothing new." He shrugged sitting down.

"But—"

"Stop babying your son. That's why he gets beat for being a little bitch." He snapped.

She kept quiet too afraid to speak. He was already angry and she could tell. "I-I'm going to wash my clothes." Jimin quietly said trying to get out of there.

"Where are your glasses? Hadn't seen them in a while."

Jimin stopped walking and swallowed the lump on his throat. "I-I-lost them. I thought I put them in my locker and...I guess not."

He heard him get up from the chair and the fear kicked in. He bent over to his height and pulled him by the shirt.

"You just lost them like that? Are you stupid or something? Do you think I shit money for you to be misplacing shit? Huh?"

Jimin couldn't speak. He felt paralyzed from head to toe. He couldn't even blink or breathe. It felt like the heavy weight on his chest was only getting heavier by the second.

"Answer me!" He screamed slapping him across the face.

"Okay! That's-that's enough. He's scared." His mother desperately said stepping between them both.

"Stop it! This is why he's a piece of shit because he can't defend himself!"

"We need-we need to speak. Go wash your clothes, Jimin." She spoke attempting to hold him back.

"I can't believe you! You made him a fag because you always treat him like he's a girl. Fuck." He stormed walking away.

"It's okay honey. He's just had a bad day. I'll talk to him." She said breathing heavily. He knew that she was afraid too.

"Okay..." He whispered slowly walking out. He made his way to the room with his heart still beating rapidly.

As he made his way up the stairs he heard screaming. He froze and gripped his bag tighter.

He heart footsteps behind him and waited until he saw his younger brother go by. He turned to face him with a frown.

"You fuck everything up, Jimin."

"I...I'm sorry."

"We are a great happy family until you show up on the weekend. You're fucking selfish. If you would stop being a wimp and stand up for yourself our parents wouldn't fight so much. I wish you weren't even here."

He then kept walking up and Jimin slowly sunk sitting. He felt so blue and hurt too much to the point that tears wouldn't do his pain justice.

His own family hated him, how was he expecting someone else to love him?
