Some days passed just like that. Arnav went to work every day and worked from 8 am till midnight. They were organising a new fashion show in lucknow. When khushi got to know about that she wanted to help arnav but he told her to not stress herself. One night arnav came home late.

He looked around the living room. It was dark and he could say that the whole family was sleeping in their beds. He layed his bag, keys and bluetooth on the desk and went to the kitchen to eat something. Just when he opened the fridge door it got closed again.

Khushi closed the door with her right hand comming from behind and scared arnav.

„Khushi!"

„Sh!"  she said and closed his mouth with her hand.

He looked at her hand and again at her.

„The whole family is sleeping, we shouldn't wake them up. Hm?"

Arnav just nodded. Khushi pushed him to the desk and washed her hands. She took out a bowl and the oil. Arnav had big eyes, he couldn't eat oily food at midnight. Yuck. He stood up and took away the oil and the bowl from her hands.

„What.."

„Khushi yeh mera line hai. And second..i don't want you to cook something..big" he said and made an expression with big eyes and his hands making a big circle, showing khushi he didn't want her to cook much for him at this time.

„Then what do you want?" asked khushi.

„You didn't even have dinner."

„How do you know?" asked arnav suprised.

„I asked amman."

Arnav just looked away.

„Just sit down and i'll make you a sandwich." said khushi with a smile.

„Sandwich?"

„Haan, what else?"

„Theek hai.." said arnav and sat down.

Khushi just looked at him. Arnav copied her expression and pointed to the toast.

„Start." he said.

Khushi looked at the toast and smiled. She started making the sandwich for him. In less than 20 minutes it was ready. She layed the plate with the sandwich on it infront of him.

„Bon appetit." said khushi.

„Thank you." said arnav and started biting into the sandwich.

Khushi sat opposite him and glanced at him eating his sandwich. Arnav looked at her.

„Have some." he said.

„Nahi! I can't, thank you." said khushi.

„Kyun? Kya hua? You're okay right?"

„Haan main theek hoon."

„Toh?" asked arnav and offered her his sandwich again holding it close to her mouth.

Khushi smiled and pushed his hand away slowly.

„Tomorrow is karwa chauth." said khushi.

„Oh.." he said and looked at the clock.

11:45 pm

He looked at the sandwich and took a last bite. He swallowed it and stood up eith the plate. Khushi looked at him and the sandwich he didn't finish.

„Kya hua? Should i ask you know if you're okay?" asked khushi.

Arnav chuckled.

„Main theek hoon, i'm just tired."

Kushi smiled at him and stepped closer.

„Then why are you working so much?" she said looking at him lovingly.

„That's all for the new fashion show in lucknow. And i want AR Group to get bigger and bigger. And who knows one day maybe our kids will also work in AR Group.

Khushi smiled thinking about that.

„I don't think that Ayaan will ever work as a designer. He's good at mathematics. He'll study economy." said khushi proud.

„The important thing is, that they do what makes them happy." said arnav.

„Haan." said khushi and hugged him.

„Arnav ji..sometimes i think about how beautiful our little world is."

Arnav smiled at her sweetness.

„But..then i think that this is too beautiful to be true. And one day someone will come and destroy everything."

„Khushi.." said arnav shocked at looked at her.

„Don't think that way. I'm here with you all, i will never let something bad happen to you."

Khushi had tears in her eyes. Arnav took her bridalstyle to their room and they both laied on their bed. Khushi hugged him tight and fell asleep very fast. Arnav woke up at 3 am because arun was crying. He took him in his arms and tried to calm him down. He changed his diaper and he stopped crying.

„Arun, we have to be good to mommy tomorrow. She's fasting for daddy. But what mommy doesn't know is that daddy also fasts for mommy this year. That's why we have to be careful. Aur ha! Don't tell her anything okay?" he said smiling at his little, sleeping son in his arms.

„You're so beautiful." whispered arnav and kissed his cheek.

Arun moved a little by his fathers kiss. Arnav laied him back ik his little bed and went to sleep again.

The next morning khushi woke up from her deep sleep. She rubbed her eyes and saw the other side of the bed empty. She got up and checked arun. He was still sleeping in his little bed. Khushi gave him a kiss on hsis cheek and wanted to enter the washroom. But suddenly arnav came out with only a towel around his hips and drying his hair.

„Good morning." said arnav and opened the wardrobe.

„Good morning. I thought you're at work."

„I should actually be but islept too much. Amman handled it. He started working with the others." said arnav taking out a his black suit.

„Oh, then i'll get ready now, attend the pooja with nani, mami, jiji and lavanya and make you breakfast."

„No, i really have to go, i'm really late." said arnav trying to save himself.

„Kyun? How do you want to work without food?"

„I'll eat at my office. Promise." said arnav.

„Okay.." said khushi and entered the washroom getting ready for the day.

Arnav got dressed and went to the living room. Akash was also ready and waited for him.

„Good morning bhai." said akash.

„Good morning." said arnav.

„Chotte! Akash bitwa. Aren't you late for work?"

„Haan, we're going now." said arnav and wanted to leave but he forgot his things.

„Shit, i frogot my laptop, the keys and.."

„Aap ka phone." said khushi and handed him all the things he needed.

Arnav looked at her and smiled.

„Thank you." he said and took them.

„Come on akash."

„A- Arnav ji!" said khushi and arnav turned around.

„Kya?" he said stepping forward her.

„Don't be late tonight, it's karwa chauth." whispered khushi.

„Don't worry i'll be there." said arnav and gave her a kiss on her cheek.

Nani just looked away and chuckled.

„Arnav ji!" said khushi and pushed him away.

Arnav smiled and left the house with akash.

„Oh ho!"

Khushi turned and saw lavanya and payal looking at her.

„Kya hua khushi? Don't be ashamed, he's your husband right?"

Khushi blushed and they started the pooja

Arnav and akash were driving to their office. Arnav was driving the car and akash smirked at him.

„Bhai."

Arnav looked at him.

„You know, when payal sees you romancing with khushi ji, she tells me that i should be more like you."

Arnav chuckled.

„Why did you have to kiss her infront of everyone?"

„Akash she's my wife."

„I know bhai, but lavanya and payal are jeleous. And me too."

Arnav looked at him suprised.

„Kya?"

„You know that i am more that..shy type."

Arnav smiled.

„I think we shouldn't discuss this now." said arnav smiling.

Arnav's phone was ringing. He looked for it but couldn't find it.

„Akash maybe it's in my laptop bag on the backseat."

Akash looked behind and saw the laptop bag. He reached it but couldn't find the phone in it.

„Bhai it's not in it."

Arnav turned his head back and looked at akash who was trying to find his ringing phone.

„It mist be there somewhere akash, find it." said arnav and looked back to the road. A truck was driving their way. Arnav's eyes got big in shock. He turned to the right side. Akash heared the truck he looked forward again.

„BHAI!"

They drove into a tree. The car was demaged. Blood was comming out of the car. A car passed by but stopped. A guy was comming out of the car. He smiled like a devil. He crossed his arms and came closer to the car. He looked inside and saw arnav and akash bleeding. They were both unconscious. He looked at arnav's face and smiled.

„I hope you'll never wake up again sahl-" he touched his forehead.

„Sorry, arnav singh raizada."
