This is going to be particularly short this time, however,  I'm sure a lot of you can agree to this. This isn't meant to be racist in any way, nor am I going to attack any sort of race through this.

1. Certain music genres are only for certain races.

This is honestly one of the dumbest fucking stereotypes out there. You have NO CLUE how many times when I'm wearing my GOT7 hoodie during school, people question why the hell I listen to a bunch of "Screaming Chinese feminine men" a lot. I listen to everything, but most people don't understand that I have preferences. I'm African-American (but my family is from Panama, Jamaica, and the Bahamas), but holy fucking shit, people actually think I'm weird because I listen to music that isn't in English. I'm different. I'm sorry I don't like to listen to 'REIUNTGOEIERNHOEGISDNGBORENG YUH.' on a daily basis.

2. Because I prefer to not cover up my acne scars, I'm therefore ugly as fuck.

Why am I going to cover up something that I know I have? Eventually, people are going to find out anyway, I don't have perfect skin. I may have low self-esteem, but at the same time, I'm not going to do something to myself that I'm not comfortable with just because YOU don't like it. I don't care.

3. Because I like to write, read, and not get drunk, I'm therefore boring.

Well shit, sorry for actually caring about my health and my future. I'm honestly the most introverted extrovert you'll ever meet, meaning, I usually keep to myself, but if I have to speak up, I will. I've always had a thing for writing, but I never really acted on it until...maybe 7th grade? I actually hate going out, with a passion. It's not even funny. Unless I know I'm going to have a good time, the most you'll EVER see me go out is to my school and back. But when I tell people I don't drink, or smoke...THEY JUST LEAVE. It's stupid as hell how distorted people's views are nowadays.

4. yOu DoN't EvEn TrY lOoKiNg CuTe FoR sChOoL

Bitch is this New York Fashion Week? Is this the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show? Is this America's Next Top Model? I'm not even going to see half of these people in 4 years- scratch that. Because people do drop out. I'm here to get in, suffer, then get out and never see any of you ever again. Might as well be comfortable with it too. My daily attire consists of leggings, sweatpants, and a GOT7 or BTS hoodie. And if I absolutely have too, I'll MAYBE wear my tims or some jeans. But most days, you'll see me in a GOT7 sweatshirt, leggings, some sneakers, and absolutely no fucks to give. Who the hell am I trying to impress?

5. "She's so quiet, (cue every false accusation you could possibly make about me)"

Listen bitch. I'm quiet for a reason, and most quiet people can figure out information that you don't want to get out within a matter of seconds. We're pretty good listeners, so don't think that just because we're quiet, that we don't know how to stand up for ourselves. We will kick your throat out if we have too. And we'll probably get away with it, because unlike you, we plan things out in silence most of the time. Just a tip from a 'quiet girl'
