That awkward moment when you're in public with your mum and you call her mummy and your a teenager!

The story went like this for me.
I was in Horsham which is in Australia. I was shopping with my mum and I saw some cute puppies. I was trying to say mum when I accidentally said mummy. And there was people walking in the street staring at me and judging me thinking why is a teenager calling her mum mummy? It's was soooo awkward and my mum and I laughed.
