Third Person's POV

We start with Andy Pandatelly on the screen of Robotnik's control panel "Hi there, race fans, this is Andy Pandatelly, coming to you live from the Mobius 5000, the grueling round-the world road race, with a 10,000 Mobiums prize to the winner!" Andy said, at the same time Scratch and Grounder are both wearing racing helmets. Scratch is in a chicken-shaped race car and Grounder is holding a steering wheel "Wow! 10,000 Mobiums! I could really feather my robo nest with that kind of cash! Bwahaha! This bird's gonna come in first!" Scratch said "Oh wanna bet? I'm faster than you!" Grounder said "You're on! Ready, set, go!" Scratch said  and the two race and Robotnik stops them before they crash into him "Hi, your mercifulness! Uh, we were just getting ready to win you the big race today!" Grounder said "You piston brains! I've got more important plans than winning that paltry prize! This race will give me the perfect opportunity to get rid of Sonic and Brody for good!" Robotnik said "Great! Uh, how are we gonna do it?" Scratch asks "You? Ha! I'm using professionals this time!" Robotnik said and pulls out a note "I want you two to deliver this to the Porcupinr Orphanage! And don't screw up!" Robotnik said.

*Meanwhile at Bruno's Billiard's and Chili dogs Bar and Pool*

Bruno and Taild are both about to play a game of pool "All right squirt! First one to clear the table wins a dozen chili dogs!" Bruno said "Whatever you say, Hippo man!" Tails said high-fiving with him. Bruno trns around and pulls out a billiard ball "Haha! This magnetic ball will fix him!" Bruno said and sets the ball on the table "Uh, eight ball corner pocket!" Bruno said hitting the pool balls, but only the eight ball, the blue ball and yellow ball get stuck to it "Hey, what gives?!" Bruno asks "Tough luck. My turn!" Tails said "Hmm. How about the three and the four ball in the corner, nine and eleven in the side, with the seven, two and thirteen in the back corners off a combination shot, knocking the one, three, five and ten in the far pocket, and whatever's left on the other corner?" Tails asks "That's impossible!" Bruno said "You wanna double the bet?" Tails asks and the two shake hands "Done!" Bruno said and Tails hits the blue ball which hits the yellow ball. The blue ball knocs the three, four, nine and eleven balls into separate pockets, while the yellow ball knocks the two and seven balls into separate pockets much to Bruno's pocket and the blue and yellow balls knock the eight ball into a hole amd both roll back to Tails "Are you sure this is the first time you played this game?" Bruno asks "Yep, pay up!" Tails said and Bruno snaps his right finger ans thumb. Roxy walks in, carrying a tray of chili dogs and Tails picks one "Mmmmm! I'm gonna enjoy these!" Tails said as the blue and yellow balls unfold revealing it to be Sonic and Brody "Don't forget our cut, Tails!" Sonic and Brody said "Hey, that's cheating!" Bruno said "Oh no! We knocked those balls in fair and square!" Sonic said crossing his arms as Brody picks up the magnetic ball and breaks it over Brunos head and a magnet falls out "This is cheating!" Brody said and the trio walk out of Bruno's carrying the chili dgs in their arms.

A Porcupine woman and porcupine children walk up to them "Sonic, Brody, you've got to help us!" The porcupine said "It'll have to wait till' after lunch!" Sonic said as he and Brody shove the chili dogs their holding in his mouth and eat a few more and they wipe their mouths then burps "Okay, we can help you now" Brody said "Dr. Robotnik is threatening to close down our orphanage if I don't pay him 10,000 Mobiums by tomorrow!" The porcupine said "Gee, we'd like to help you, but where are we gonna get 10,000 Mobiums?" Sonic asks and they hear a tv inside Bruno's talking about the prize for the Mobius 5000 "I think we just found our 10,000 Mobiums!" Brody said.

*Later outside Professor Caninestein's lab*

Sonic, Brody and Tails walk to Caninestein's lab "I know just the guy to build us the fastest car in the world!" Brody said and the trio walks in and after helping him use a device for a quick shave they look at him "We need your help, Professor Caninestein!" Sonic said "What can I do for you, guys?" Caninestein asks "We need to win the Mobius 5000!" Sonic and Brody said "Ah is that all?" Caninestein asks and walksnto a drawer grabbing blueprints "I thought you two were going to want somethung complucated, like a space warp straightener!" Caninestein said "Just happen to be working to be working on a super all-terrain vehicle in my spare time! Shoudln't take more than a few months to build it!" He said as Sonic and Brody look at the blueprints "Looks like you've got all the necessary parts! Don't go away!" Sonic said as he runs and builds the wheels and axle for the vehicle "Now to make a few asthetic modifications!" Brody said and runs building the rest of the all-terrain "Took longer than we figured but we think it was worth the wait, don't you?" Sonic asks.

*Later at the starting line of Mobius 5000*

"Welcome, race fans, to the Mobius 5000" Andy said as Sonic, Brody, Tails and Caninestein are all inside the ATV wearing racing helmets. Brody is behind the wheel, Sonic is next to him, Tails and Caninestein are behind them on the passangers seat. Brody pulls a lever and the ATV sprouts a arm and picks up a barrel of gas and pours it in its mouth then tosses the barrel aside "Boy, she really is a gas guzzler!" Brody said "Yeah, but she's fast! Nothing on Mobius can beat her!" Caninestein said. Unknow to them Robotnik is watching from behind a pile of tires "That's what he thinks!" Robotnik said and holds a microphone "Race bots, is everything ready?" He asks and Scraper, Scorpion, Speedo and X-Moto confirm  "Excellent! Have you got your programming straight?" Robotnik asks "Destroy Sonic and Brody!" The four robots said "Right!" Robotnik said "The cars are in position!" Andy said.

The porcupine woman and the porcupine children all wave and cheer for Sonic and Brody. The four wave back whole X-Moto takes this chance and rolls up to Brody's all terrain vehicle and sprays a can of rubber salt lick at the tires "This rubber salt lick'll fix him!" X-Moto said and backs away as the race starts "And the race is on!" Andy said as the cars take off. Brody tries to drive his ATV past the starting line byt the rubber salt lick holds it back as Scratch and Grounder walk up to it "Bwahaha! It's nit working! I knew those dumb race bots couldn't mess up Sonic and Brody as good as we could!" Scratch said as the rubber salt lick launches Brody's all terrain vehicle back "Unfortunately, they can do a good job messing up us!" Grounder said as Brody's ATV flattens them. It then crashes through a wooden barrier and breaks free from the rubber salt lick "Do you get the feeling someone doesn't want us to win this race?" Tails asks "Yeah and I get a stronger feeling that someone is Robotnik!" Sonic said and once they repair the car they take off.

"The drivers are heading out of the city towards some pretty rough terrain! Rocket Robin in car number 17 is in the lead!" Andy said from a helicopter when Scraper pushes Rocket Robin off the road and into a lake "Not anymore!" Scraper said "Looks like Robotnik's race bots aren't exactly courteous drivers!" Caninestein said and Brody pulls a lever as he drives "Remember, its not wheter you win or lose, but how you juice the competition!" Brody said driving his ATV alongside Scorpion "But we have to win, or Robotnik will close the orphanage!" Tails said "No prob!" Brody said "We'll juice the competition and win!" Sonic said.

Robotnik was watching the race from the control panel in his fortress and is wearing a race helmet and holding a steering wheel "Scorpion to Dr. Robotnik! Scorpion to Dr. Robotnik!" Scorpion said "What is it?" Robotnik asks "Sonic and Brody are straight behind me! What are your orders?" Scorpion asks "Plan A!" Robotnik said "Right!" Scorpion said opening his trunk and lays out a trail of thumbtacks "Brody! Look out for those thumbtacks!" Tails said "No prob, little bud!" Brody said pulling a lever and a magnet rises from the ATV and it attracts the thumbtacks pulling them off the road.

"Now to reverse polarity..." Brody said pushing the lever and the magnet launches the thumbtacks at Scorpion who groans in pain and looks at Brody "All right, wolf! If it's stinging you want, it's stinging you'll get!" Scorpion said and zaps Brody's ATV with his tail "I don't think we can take too many more of those stingers!" Sonic said "We won't have to! Hang on!" Brody said driving past Scorpion  and off the track onto some rocky terrain. Scorpion chases after him and tries to zap his ATV but misses. Brody then drives under some power lines and Scorpion gets his tail caught in them. The power lines electrocutes him making him explode and the lights go out in Robotnik's fortress "Teriffic! He shorted out the power! Better turn on the emergency generator!" Robotnik said.

*Later*

The race went on to Mobius Frozen Faller Region. Brody and co escaped the trap of Scraper thanks to Scratch and Grounder who want to make the race bots look bad and they'll capture Sonic and Brody, when the heroes caught up to Scraper, Sonic took it out and they went on to a corn field as Brody races past it with Speedo and X-Moto follow behind him "And the racers are past the halfway point and are about to eter the deadly Chemical Plant Zone" Andy said as the racers are goimg atop a pipe. At the same time Scratch and Grounder where flying on the Egg-O-Matic "According to my calculations, Sonic and Brody are ready for a pit stop!" Scratch said as he sees the Union 86 Gas Station "And that Gas Statiom is the last one for 100 miles!" Scratch said "In that case, I guess we'd better get some gas! Hahaha!" Grounder said and Scratch hits him "D'oh not us, dince bot! We're gonna hijack the station and introduce Sonic and Brody to Mr. Bad Wrench! Bwahaha!" Scratch said.

"We are due for a pit stop, Brody! Better stop at that station up ahead!" Caninestein said and Brody nodded stopping the ATV up to the entrance. Scratch and Grounder came out disguised as gas station attendants "Ahem. 86 Robo-service. How cam we help you?" Scratch asks "Fill her up! Check the tires! Change the oil! Clean the windows! Oh! And most important of all, bring us 30 chili dogs!" Brody said "Yes sir!" Scratch said as he and Grounder walk up to the hood of the ATV and Scratch opens it "All right, now's our chance! I'll take out the engine, you get the time bomb!" Scratch said "Heh heh! Right" Grounder said and pushes a cart with a time bomb as Scratch prepares to take out the ATV's engine "Help me lift this engine up!" Scratch said and Grounder pushes the cart aside and the two get it out and Scratch turns around to look at the bomb and turns the knob to 60 "I'll just set this bomb for 60 seconds!" Scratch said "Okay Grounder! Attach the chain to the bomb and I'll lift it into the car!" Scratch said but Grounder grabs it confused and Scratch puts him in the car unaware he put Grounder in as he closes the hood.

Scratch, holding a plate of chili dogs walks up to Brody "Here's your chili, you dirty dog!" Scratch said and stammers giving Brody the plate "I mean, your 30 chili dogs, sir!" Scratch said "That'll be 50 Mobiums!" He said pulling out a clipboard and hands it to Brody who signs the paper "Thanks! Gotta blow, Joe!" Brody said driving the ATV away "You're gonna blow, all right dog! Bwahahaha!" Scratch said. Sonic, Brody, Tails and Caninestein each eat a chili dog "Say, this engine of yours is running smoother than ever, Professor!" Sonic said as inside the hood Grounder's nose is on the fan belt. Back at the station, the timer of the bomb hit zero and Scratch along the gas station blows up.

"Those brainless bimbos botched it again!" Robotnik said looking at his screen "Speedo!" He said "Yes, Dr. Robotnik?" Speedo asks "I want you to drag race with Sonic and Brody and cut them down to size!" Robotnik said laughing evilly "I'm on my way!" Speedo said. Brody drives his ATV around a loop, with Speedo pulling up next to him "Wanna drag?" Speedo asks "Hey, Brody's the name, speed's my game!" Brody said and races him "Time to go for a little spin, wolf!" Speedo said firing spikes from his right rear tire. The spikes hit Brody's ATV's left front tire, flattening it and sending Brody's ATV swerving out of control onto a pipe leading to a pool of toxic chemicals "Whoa!" Brody, Sonic, Tails and Caninestein said "We're heading for the toxic chemicals!" Brody said as his ATV lands in the pool of toxic chemicals. In the passanger sest, Sonic points at the corrosion of the ATV "Brody, that junks eating right through the cracks!" Sonic said "Hmm. We've only got eleven seconds before the entire car dissolves!" Caninestein said and Brody looks at him.

"In that case, we'll just have to put it into maximum overdrive and juice out of this juice!" Brody said pulling the lever with both hanfs and spins like a tornado with the help of Sonic causing the ATV to spin like a tornado as weol "Up, over and gone!" Sonic and Brody said as the ATV spins back onto the pipe then it spins like Sonic and Brody back up the pipe catching up to Speed suprising him "What?" Speedo asks and tries to run away but the ATV spins through him slicing the bot in half. Robotnik watched the whole thing play out from his monitor "Curse you, wolf and hedgehog! I'll get you both yet! X-moto" Robotnik said "Forget about Sonic and Btody! Just win the race!" Robotnik said "No problem, sir! I'll win!" X-Moto said as he and the heroes are heading to Cazino Night Zone as Andly's helicopter flies over them "The racers, what's left of them, have just left the Chemical Plant Zone and are headed for the Casino Zone" Andy said.

Brody stops his ATV behind a long line of cars honking at each other "We'll never get through this traffic jam!" Tails said as X-Moto drives up to them and chuckles evilly "So long, Sonic and Brody!" X-Moto said as suction cups appear on X-Moto's wheels that he uses to go over the cars and buildings "Well, we gave it our best shot, Brody, but I guess we lost" Caninestein said and Brody grins.

"Not yet, Professor! I think I know a shortcut!" Brody said drivig back and turns a corner driving past a Star Post then backs up behind it. The Star Post teleports Brody into a Special zone half pipe which Brody drives through "Good thinking love! This special zone will take us right to the finish line!" Sonic said "If we grab enough rings!" Brody said and the four hold out their hands grabbing many rings.

Meanwhile X-Moto was approaching the finish line. Andy flies his helicopter over the road "It's been nearly 24 hours and the Mobius 5000 is about to end with Dr. Robotnik's Race Bot X-Moto heading for the finish line!" Andy said as X-Moto drives past a Star Post, which teleportd Brody's ATV mext to it Wait a minute!" Andy said as Brody drives his ATV following behind X-Moto "Sonic and Brody have just emerged from a special zone. This race isn't over yet!" Andy said as Brody droves his ATV past X-Moto who stares in shock and fires a green laser beam at Brody's ATV and Sonic and Brody duck missing the beam "Oh you wanna play dorty, huh? Excuse me my hedgehog" Brody said kissing Sonic's cheek and putting his hands on the wheel and Brody jumps off the ATV as Sonic properly gets in the driver's seat. Brody runs back behind X-Moto and jump behind his head grabbing it with both hands and turns it to the right side then his left "Hey! What do you think you're doing?" X-Moto asks as Brody turns X-Moto's head back "I'm doing some mondo motcross riding!" Brody said making X-Moto do a wheelie, then speeds him up. He then turns X-Moto's head to his left side and drives X-Moto off the race track and up a hill. As Brody drives X-Moto up abother hill, X-Moto lands with a thump "You're gonna love this move!" Brody said and drives X-Moto over another hill, this one launching him into the air "Up, over!" Brody said  as X-Moto screams and lands with a crash. Brody runs up to him "And you're gone!" Brody said and walks away. Robotnik watched the whole incident from his monitor and angrily shakes his fist "That little furball dog won't defeat me! I've still got Plan Z!" Robotnik said walking away.

*Back at the racetrack*

Brody, who is holding a chili dog runs back up to his ATV "Sorry I'm late love!" Brody said as Sonic moves back to the passenger seat and Bridy jumps back into the driver's seat and puts his seat belt on and holds the steering wheel "I ran into this kind chili dog vendor and offered me a chili dog!" Brody said taking a bite of his chili dog "Looks like we're gonna win, guys!" Tails said as the crowd cheers at the finish line, where Robotnik is sitting in a golf cat and a laser cannon emerges from it "One instant impenetrable neutron wall coming up!" Robotnik said and zaps at tge road under the finish line, making a brick wall appear "Ha! Try to get through that, Wolf!" Robotnik said "Brody! Hit the brakes!" Sonic said and Brody's ATV screeches to a halt and Robotnik is now standing infront of the brick wall "Too bad, Brody! Looks like you and Sonic won't be daving the orphanage after all!" Robotnik said "We wouldn't be too sure about that, Robuttnik!" Brody and Sonic said as the porcupine kids all rin behind the brick wall and they all push the wall causing it to rumble. Robotnik looks back and stares in shock and screams then tries to run away, but the wall falls over and flattens him "Ow!" Robotnik said and the porcupine all cheer as Brody drives his ATV over the wall and crosses the finish line "Yay, Brody! Sonic and you saved the orphanage!" The porcupine children said as they along the Porcupine lady all run up to Sonic and Brody and Andy flies his helicopter over the finish line "And Brody the Womf has won the Mobius 5000!" Andy said "I hate that wolf!" Robotnik said from under the wall and Sonic wraps his arms around Brody's neck "Heh good job my handsome wolf" Sonic said kissing Brody's cheek making blush show on his muzzle as he scratches his cheek with a smile as this chapter comes to an end.
