The Dino Charge Rangers were hanging out at the beach when the monster appears and beams at Ryu, Colton, Ivan, and Breyl to turn them into toddlers leaving Shun, Ken, Katsuo, Chun-Li, and Kaylee to take care of the toddlers.

Kendall finds out how to reverse the age of toddlers before time runs out and makes it permanent. Would the Dino Charge Rangers save their friends or would they be four teammates down?

Snide will use this to attack the Dino Charge Rangers to destroy and it will be up to the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers who are not toddlers to stop the attack and take care of the toddlers at the same time.
