(Sonic's POV)

Here we are at Tails' lab and he saw us coming in since he knows we've been excited to see our weapons.

"Perfect timing you guys. Ready to see your weapons?" He asked in excitement.

"He'll yeah, bud. Excite us" I said since my tail is wagging.

"Say hello to your weapons" Tails unfolds the cloth table to reveal our weapons.

"This may look like a giant golden ring but its kinetic energy allows you to throw like a frisbee and a boomerang at the same time. It can also power up from your bio-electricity to give it a good speed throw in the blink of an eye from your light speed." Tails said about my weapon.

"Nice, can't wait to see how it's done," I said, holding my weapon.

"Amy, your weapon is a giant mallet. It can turn invisible like you so you can knock out vicious aliens without being seen" Tails said.

"Cool, I always wanted to try something like this," Amy said.

"Shadow, your weapon is laser guns which can do more than just shooting. It can freeze, fire, or water. But also creates portals like your powers so you don't feel drained from using your portal manipulation one at time." Tails said.

"Thanks, Miles. Glad I got a backup for it" I said.

"And Silver, yours is archery which allows you to not only shoot one target but multiple targets with one arrow. Like your psychic blast." Tails said.

"Cool, can't wait to try it out." Silver said.

"Now let's go out to give them a try." Tails said.

We walked out of the lab and into the combat room full of dummies to practice on.

"All right. Let's see what this baby can do." I said as I let my bio-electricity power up my weapon and I threw it like a frisbee.

It went like a pinball move without missing a shot but it did make awesome impact damage on the dummies and it finally moved back to me like a boomerang as I caught it.

"Excellent. Now you Amy." Tails crossed test 1.

Amy held the hammer out and it became invisible like her when she made her hand invisible.

"Now hit that dummy." Tails set up a dummy for Amy to whack at.

"Like a ghost out of nowhere," Amy smirked and whacked the dummy very hard like an angry superhero.

"Wow! Impressive." Tails crossed test 2.

"That will be fun to sneak up like a ghost to knock enemies unconscious," Amy said.

"Now Shadow, try your weapons on those four dummies." Tails showed up four more dummies. Shadow loads his weapons and fires first lasers, then ice rays, then flames, and finally a water blast.

"This is badass." He smirked.

"Your turn Silver." Tails said. Silver nods and takes out his bow. He pulls it and fires the arrow, making it go through several targets, just like his psychic blast.

"Impressive." Tails crossed the final test.

"Wow, instead of one shot, it can shoot multiple targets like a heat-seeking arrow" Silver was amazed.

"That's what I based it on." Tails said.

"And of course, being a superhero, we can breathe on planets," I said.

"As long as there's an atmosphere so you can hear each other." Tails said.

"Yeah because in the vacuum of space, no one can hear you," I said.

"But we can, thanks to our animal instincts," Amy said.

"Don't get used to it, sis. We are still human by nature" Shadow said.

"Of course. But we don't have to worry about Dr. Ro-Butt-nik." I said.

"Seriously? Again the puns?" Shadow was not amused.

"Why? Or does Eggman sound better?" I asked.

"Technically yes." Shadow rolled his eyes.

"And now with these bad boys, we can kick alien terrorist butt," I said.

"And you managed to swim a bit for these past few weeks." Silver reminded me.

"A bit," I replied.

Just then we got the news on TV, "This just in, a group of Egg-pawns is attacking the city!" The news anchor said.

"Finally, let's kick robot butt!" Amy said.

"Shadow, lead the way. We don't wanna be late for the party" I said with my cocky tone.

"The party has begun." He held out his hand to create a portal.

The portal opened up to where the egg-pawns attacked the civilians.

"Eggman needs to shut down his robots but they seem to gain artificial intelligence!" Silver ran in the portal with his archery weapon.

"Time to beat some Eggbutt!" I ran in with the others.

Once there we saw them and Dr. Eggman himself, "Greetings Heroes! That prison didn't hold me long, did it?!" He gloated.

"And I thought prison makes you feel at home, Egghead! Don't you miss it or do you miss my cocky attitude?" I grinned to make fun of him.

"OH, SHUT UP BLUE BRAT! ROBOTS ATTACK!!!" Eggman yelled.

"Guys, go!" I said as we all attacked with our weapons and powers.

"What's this?!" Eggman gasped.

Amy jumps up on two egg pawns and whacked them with her hammer.

"What's wrong, Egghead? You thought we would use our powers all the time?" I laughed and threw my ring at the egg pawns.

"Your powers will be mine soon enough, boy!" He cackled evilly.

I caught my weapon and did my lightspeed.

"Well, have this!" I used my ring and threw it like a frisbee.

It hit Eggman's egg pawns and shattered them one by one. Oh, one of my teammates is gonna get hit by the Eggpawns, I gotta move them out the way. I went to Shadow who was shooting at the Eggpawns but was not aware that one behind him was gonna knock him out. I moved the Eggpawn to the place where Shadow is shooting. Silver seems okay that he's got this. Amy, she's slightly invisible and is doing just fine. Okay, time to resume to normal speed.

"NO! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE!!!" Eggman screamed once time resumed.

I caught my weapon, "It seems your statistics aren't within you!"

"Because your new weapons caught me off guard!" Eggman said.

"Did it?" I said since my senses heard invisible Any sneaking up to him.

"Nighty night!" Invisible Amy knocked him out cold.

I looked away for a second from the loud bash sound and looked back, "Ouch, that's gonna knock his IQ down to 100. The Egg's cracked" I chuckled at this.

"Still not funny, Maurice," Amy said my real name.

"I never get tired of puns and jokes; it feeds my humor up" I teased my sidekick.

"Of course Sonikku," Amy replied.

"What should we do with him?" Silver asked, looking down at the unconscious madman.

"Back to jail." Shadow lifts Eggman.

"But he'll escape for sure. There's gotta be a way to maximize the prison." Amy said.

"Of course. But how?" Silver wondered.

A while later, a humanoid alien found a way to keep that madman locked up and tight in the maximum prison, with a cellmate that is savage to eat humans.

"No offense but does it seem....crazy and intense?" Silver asked.

"Yes, very crazy." I agreed.

"It's the only way to keep him from escaping again until he learns some manners," the humanoid alien said.

"Good. But we're ready for any threat to our world." I said.

"I know. Again, thanks for recapturing Robotnik." The alien said.

"No problem. Hopefully, he won't have to miss my victory of defeating him again" I chuckled.

"He'll be going insane from being defeated by us again, that's for sure." Silver said.

"Anyways, ta-ta," I said as we left the place.

Once back to our room, I got to my bed reading comics. The comics I read were about me and my teammates ever since we became famous superheroes.

"Incredible. I love these comics." I said to my friends.

"Least I'm no damsel in distress," Amy said.

"Last time you were and I had to save my princess" I flirted with her.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't even think that you are very Prince Charming" Amy pushed me away.

"I get it, Ames. But remember I had to fight Zavok alone to defeat him." I said.

"Don't bring that up," Amy warned me.

"I still remember you liked that first kiss" I teased her.

"Hilarious but next time, I will kill you if you ever do something like that again. You know it scares me like hell when you do crazy sacrifices" Amy said, snatching the comic book out of my hand.

"Hey!" I protested.

"My turn to read it." She smirked.

"Naughty girl, are you?" I pinned her on the floor while I'm on top of her, "You know you can't get away from me that easily, my pink star"

"Would you two lovebirds go somewhere else?" Shadow said.

Amy rolled over to be on top of me, "Sorry, brother. But my blue star needs to be punished." She smirked at me and kissed me on the lips.

"Mmph?!" She cupped my face while kissing me, too much passion was making me fall into her spell. My hands traveled down to her waist as I kissed back. I don't care if it bothers Shadow but I'm enjoying the kiss with my lovely cherry blossom.

Eventually, we broke the kiss to breathe, "I love you Sonikku." Amy said.

"Me too, beautiful. I'll get you again for sure" I grinned and pushed her off of me.
