The main setting of the book series is, as the title suggests, New Jungsey. It's a large, jungle-like town where you never know what's gonna happen next! There are many different locations in New Jungsey:

  Swingers' Treehouse- Alice lives here with her parents. It has an entrance hall in the same area as the living room that leads straight to the stairs. It has two bedrooms: the parents' bedroom and Alice's bedroom. It's in very close proximity to the school because Alice hates being late.

  Alphero's Treehouse- Timmy lives here with his mom. Since it only has two residents, it's not too big. It's also extra sturdily built so Timmy doesn't break anything.

  Bellerose's Treehouse- Oliver lives here with his parents and two older sisters. Oliver's bedroom is pretty large, so it doubles as his personal fashion work studio. His sisters' bedroom has all of their makeup, clothing (mostly made by Oliver), hair products, and two canopy beds where they sleep.

  Pupperson's Treehouse- Lenny lives here with his parents and six siblings. It has only three bedrooms, so Lenny shares his bedroom with his three younger siblings: Millie, Nathan, and Orlando. Meanwhile, his older siblings, Heather, Jacob, and Kelly, share a room with each other. The kitchen is usually very busy due to Lenny frequently trying out new recipes.

  Wilde's Treehouse- Geoffrey lives here with his parents. It's a pretty average-sized house, and it's where they love to celebrate Hanukkah.

  Smith's Treehouse- Barry lives here with his parents and his little sister, Andrea. His bedroom is full of exercise equipment, and he often lets Andrea use it, too (unless it's too dangerous for her to handle).

  Emerson's Treehouse- Andy lives here with his parents and his little brother, Elliot. It has a grand piano for when Andy has piano lessons, and his bedroom has a lot of performance costumes, his guitar, and a lot of notebooks for song ideas and poems. It also contains his secret journal where he vents out his feelings for Alice. Don't tell him that I told you that.

  Overwood's Treehouse- Percy lives here with his parents. His bedroom is full of his gadgets and inventions. It also has a computer that Percy built all by himself. It's pretty close to Monkey Wrench Garage.

  Jungsey Junior High- the school that the group attends. It has your typical school classes (and Home-Ec) and quite a wide variety of clubs, including Drama, Cooking, Computer, School Newspaper (The Capybara Chronicles), and plenty of sports teams (Barry's a member of most of them).

  Jungle Cafe- the place where the gang likes to hang out after school and on weekends. It's also where they enjoy getting lunch together (unless it's a school day).

  Parrot Park- New Jungsey's local park. It's a great place for throwing outdoor parties. Barry's favorite part of it is the exercise area along the running trail, where he frequently goes to work out.

  Sew Adorable- an old-fashioned tailoring shop where Oliver's grandma works. Oliver loves to work there with her and talk to her about his day. 

  Animalball Field- the area for the local animal-ball teams. Since Timmy and Barry are both on the Monkeys team, they frequently come here for practice and big games. 

  Monkey Wrench Garage- the place where cars and other vehicles get fixed up. Percy's dad works here, and Percy also enjoys coming here to help out. It's usually quite hot and messy, and the tools that are used are very heavy.

  Rutgators University- the college that Alice's older sister, Susan, goes to. She has theater and choir here, and it leaves her quite busy. Luckily, Susan is a very smart, levelheaded, and talented girl who can take the pressure in stride. For the most part, that is.

  White Whale Rivers- the wettest, wildest, and most exciting water spot in New Jungsey! It's got a wide variety of different and delicious fruits, and the waves are super-fast and bound to give you a serious head rush! Not a very good place for the faint-hearted, but undoubtably a daredevil's paradise!
