Marinette's P.O.V:
I headed over to the table and tapped Chloe on the shoulder lightly.

She turned with a smile, but when she saw that it was me, she frowned and glared.

"I believe this is my seat,"

"I don't see your name on it though,"

I held my tongue.

"Chloe, it's actually Marinette's seat, we were assigned seats," Adrien said and I nodded in agreement.

Chloe let out a huff and got up. I took a seat and studied her attire.

She wore a red, mermaid tail dress that fit her well and her make up was pretty decent.

"You look really good, Chloe,"

She looked really shocked by comment, but when the shock subsided and small smile made its way to her face.

"Thank you,"

"You're welcome," I replied and Adrien shot me a smile which I returned.

"Well, I'm going to head to my seat now. Nice speaking to you Adrikins," She blew him a kiss and walked away.

"Thanks for saving me," Adrien grinned at me.

"How long of you known her?" I blurted out. The question had been on my mind for a while now, I finally let it out.

Adrien looked taken aback by the question, but answered none the less.

"Since we were little kids. Our moms were good friends," He answered.

"Oh,"

We fell into a bit if an awkward silence.

"So what did you and Nathaniel talk about?"

I looked up at Adrien as he spoke.

"Uh well..."

"Hmm?" Adrien pressed.

"He said he sent a marriage request to my kingdom,"

Adrien's eyes darkened as he gave a tight lipped smile.

"Oh?"

"Yeah and he said he didn't receive an reply, so he was basically asking me to accept his marriage proposal in person," I continued.

"And What'd you say?"

"Well, I basically said that I'm already engaged to be married and flashed him my ring for dramatic effect," I grinned.

Adrien's eyes lit up as he let out a laugh.

"Did he ask you who you're gonna get married to?"

"Yeah and I told him it was you. He seemed angry after that though..." I trailed off, my mind drifting back to Nathaniel's reaction.

Why was he upset? And why the hell did he send the marriage request anyways? For money? Or so his kingdom could get more recognition?

"He's just angry because I beat him. I got you first," Adrien smiled and quickly pecked my lips.

I turned beet red.

"I'm gonna head to the bathroom," I said as I suddenly felt the need to pee.

It's gonna be super hard to do that, but it's gonna have to happen!

"Want me to come?"

"Adrien, I don't think the women would appreciate me bringing a male into the bathroom with me. I mean, you're hot and they'd get some real good eye candy, but males aren't supposed to be in a female bathroom," I explained and Adrien rolled his eyes.

"Of course I wouldn't come into the bathroom with you! I'd just accompany you and wait until you're finished and we'll come back.

"Oh, okay, that sounds better," I chuckled.

Adrien got up and took my hand and we headed to the bathroom.

Walking away from the table, I felt a pair of eyes burning holes into the back of my neck.

I came out of the bathroom to see Adrien leaning against the wall.

No one was around here, it was just me and Adrien.

Adrien pushed himself off the wall and stalked towards me.

I backed up to the wall and he wrapped his hands on my waist.

He placed his lips on mine and I instantly replied, wrapping my hand around his neck, pulling him closer.

Adrien's lips trailed down to my neck and we heard a throat clear.

Adrien and I quickly broke apart,  my face red.

We turned to where the sound came from and saw Nathaniel with a dark look in his eyes.

"Sorry, am I interrupting something?"

Ugh! I hate Nathaniel so much! It was just getting good!

Anyways, there's a pt 3 to this and I'm wondering if I should post it tonight or early tomorrow morning, hmm.....
