"We'd like to know why you called this meeting, Gabriel," King Tom ordered gruffly. He wasn't a fan King Gabriel, but his wife seemed to like him.

"Have a little patience, Tom," Queen Sabine scolded.

King Gabriel cleared his throat as he got ready to speak.

"I called you both here for an important matter. I want your daughter marry my son,"

Tom and Sabine were taken by surprise by what had just passed Gabriel's smirking lips.

"What makes you think we'd let our daughter marry your son?" Tom snarled.

"I could easily overthrow you kingdom, Tom, so watch your tone with me," Gabriel barked and Tom was immediately silenced.

"Now, if our children get married, our kingdoms will be merged and that means more power. More power means we'll get less threats from other kingdoms. We'll be the most powerful kingdom in all of France!" Gabriel exclaimed.

Tom liked this idea very much. He liked power and lots of it too, but Sabine wasn't liking it one bit.

"What about their feelings? Do you think they'd just want us to force them into marriage?" Sabine asked and Gabriel scoffed.

"Do they have a choice? I don't know about your daughter, but I can easily get my son to do anything I want. All you have to do is to convince her. I'm giving you a week to get her to agree with this. No more, no less," Gabriel said finally as he rose, Sabine and Tom following shortly.

"So do we have a deal?"

Sabine and Tom shared a look then nodded at each other.

"It's a deal," Tom stated finally.

They all shook hands and it was decided.

Princess Marinette and Prince Adrien will get married.
