It was an hour later when the Chen and Quincy family came into Luke's and Ashton's home. Adeline, Genevieve, and Victoria joined the boys upstairs while Jackson came downstairs to play with Zeke and Charlotte. The adults on the other hand were gathered in the kitchen speaking to each other.

"So when did you adopt your children?" Luke asked as he helped Ashton take the dishes to the table.

"We first adopted Adeline six years ago when she was nine. Declan was 21 and I was 18. Two years later we adopted Charlotte when she was 3, and we were 23 and 20.  A year later we adopted Zeke when he was two when we were 24 and 21." Emmett Quincy said holding on to Declan's hand.

"I guess it's my turn." Landen Chen said smiling. "I adopted Victoria when she was seven fourteen years ago when I was eighteen. A year later when I was nineteen I adopted Nolan and Xavier when they were four. A year after that when I was twenty I adopted Genevieve when she was two." Landen Chen finished with a bright smile.

"Ashton, I guess it's our turn." Luke said holding on to Ashton's hand. "We adopted Jackson a few weeks ago when I was 22 and Ashton was 18. Most of you already know Jackson is five. Our other son is Felix, who is 14, we are actually fostering him right now, but I hope to adopt him." Luke said pecking Ashton's lips.

"I hope we do, too. I also hope to adopt more kids with you." Ashton replied kissing him back.

"If you don't mind me asking, but you said you were fostering Felix right now, so is he a blank case?" Emmett asked as the air in the seemed to leave.

"Yes, he is." Luke said a little confused.

Emmett smiled before replying. "Zeke was a blank case. He's a severe diabetic."

"The twins, Nolan and Xavier, were actually a blank case. Xavier's and Nolan's parents were drug addicts so they were born addicted." Landen said sadly. "How is Felix a blank case?" He added

"Um." Luke paused as Ashton chased after Keegan into the other room because he had taken one of the hand towels.

"He was on his third suicide attempt." Luke spoke sadly as a crash was sounded from upstairs. Luke ran to the living room to see Felix throwing open the front door and disappearing into the night.

"Felix! No don't go!" Nolan screamed as he ran down the stairs after him, but stopped him.

"Nolan." Luke spat stalking closer to the boy. "What did you do to Felix?" Luke asked as Xavier came to stand beside Nolan.

"I didn't mean to hurt him." Nolan said grabbing his coat. "I have to go after him." Nolan added as Luke grabbed his shoulder.

"Luke! What are you doing?" Landen Chen asked as he stepped closer to them.

"I'm not going to hurt them, I just want to know what the bloody hell they did to my son." Luke spat holding his hand up to Landen so he would not step closer.

It stayed silent as Victoria, Genevieve, and Adeline slipped out of the door to go find Felix.

"I'll tell you, just follow me." Nolan said grabbing Luke's arm and taking him to the kitchen as Ashton left to go look for Felix.

"What have you two done?"  Luke spat as Xavier and Nolan stood in front of him.

Nolan and Xavier looked at their feet as Nolan spoke in a broken-hearted voice:

"I might have kissed him."
