*skips to Friday*
Colin and I had agreed to have our date on Friday. Which was 5 days from when he asked me out. All week Kacey and I have gotten closer. On set she usually hangs out with Anna, Lottie, and Vanessa then after we go home and do something.

My date was at 8 and I was going to be home late. So, Ginny is having Kacey over to spend the night with Lottie. I looked at my watch and it said 7:15. Time to go over to Ginny's.

"Come on Kacey! It's time to go over to Ginny's house!" I yelled. "Coming!" Kacey yelled. She came running out of her room with a big duffel bag. She handed it to me and said, "It's really heavy, can you carry it please?"

"Sure," I said. I grabbed her bag and we walked next door. "Hey Kacey, hi Jen," Lottie said as she let us inside. "Hey Lottie," Kacey said while giving Lottie a hug. "Jen! Kacey!" Ginny yelled as she came out of the kitchen.

I hugged Ginny and Ginny whispered in my ear, "Did you bring the dress?" I nodded and held up and bag that contained my dress. Ginny was going to help me get ready for my date.

"Kacey, you can go on up to Lottie's room with her. I'll come say goodbye when I am leaving," I told Kacey. Kacey nodded her head and ran to Lottie's room. "Now, let's go get you ready!" Ginny exclaimed.

I put my dress on and Ginny curled my hair. I had Ginny do my make up and when she was done I looked into the mirror. "Oh. My. Gosh," I said.

"I know," Ginny smirked. I laughed and then we heard the doorbell ring. I slid my heels on and went over to the door. I had told Colin I was coming over here and that he could pick me up over here.

I opened the door and saw Colin standing there. Oh my gosh, let's just say I'm surprised I didn't drool a little... Or at least I think I didn't... He was wearing a plaid buttoned down shirt with a beanie on, some jeans, and some boots. "Um, hi," Colin said.

"Hi," I said. "You look beautiful," Colin told me. "You don't look so bad yourself," I smirked. Colin laughed and I did too. "Ready to go?" Colin asked. "Yeah, just let me say goodbye to Kacey really quick," I told Colin. I went back inside really quick and went to Lottie's room.

"Kacey, I've got to go, bye," I said. "Bye mommy, why are you all dressed up?" Kacey asked me. "I'm going on a date with Colin," I told her. "Oooo," Kacey and Lottie said while wiggling their eyebrows. I laughed and kissed Kacey on the forehead. "Bye girls, have fun," I said. "You too!" They yelled after me.

"Thanks Ginny for helping me and watching Kacey tonight," I said while giving Ginny a hug. "No problem, now quite talking to me and go outside. Your man is waiting!" Ginny laughed. I laughed and went out the door.

Colin was waiting on the porch. He helped me get into the car and then he got in too. "Where are we going?" I asked. "It's a surprise," Colin said. I laughed and just enjoyed the ride with Colin. The whole way to wherever we were going we talked about random things. Like about Kacey and about how our week was and stuff.

Finally we pulled up to a fancy restaurant. We walked inside and all I could say was, "Wow." It was one of the most fanciest places I have ever been in.

We took our seats and ordered. For hours we sat their eating and talking. After we were done Colin paid and we went back to his car. As we were driving his car stopped. "What happened?" I asked. "The car ran out of gas," Colin said. I laughed and Colin did too. "We can just walk," I said. Colin agreed and we started walking back to my house.

On the way Colin called a tow truck to come and get his car and as he put his phone away it started to rain. I didn't mind. We walked in the rain and had fun. Finally, we arrived on my street. We stood there in the middle of the street when Colin said, "I had a lot of fun tonight."

"I did too," I said. We stood there in the rain staring into each other's eyes. Then, Colin started to lean in and I did too. Our lips touched and it wasn't like the kisses we had on set. It was better.

We stood their on the street in the rain kissing. Honestly it was like our own little cliché moment. We pulled away and all I could do was smile. Colin walked me up to my door and we kissed again before he left.

I smiled as I shut my door. I leaned against my door and slid down as I sighed. This was amazing. I really like Colin. I just hope there's a second date...

Hey guys! So I hoped you liked this chapter! I wanted to focus it more on Jen then Kacey because it was finally the Colifer date! So, I'm thinking about doing this other Adoption book with Magcon who I know is not really Magcon anymore but eh. I was also thinking about skipping a couple of years because I don't really have any more ideas for now. I will explain Colifer and other things if I do change the time frame, but I just wanted to tell you guys that I will be skipping a couple of years. Any ideas or suggestions?
