I woke up in my bed a few hours later. It felt hard to move so I looked next to me. Andy was next to me with his arms around me. He was still asleep, so I just layed back down to wait for Andy to wake up. When my head hit the pillow I looked to the other side and saw Jake and Cc passed out on the floor. I sat up again and looked at the floor on the side of the bed Andy was sleeping on and saw Ashley and Jinx asleep. Suddenly the arms around my waist shifted. I looked at Andy and his eyes opened. He started to close them again but I shook him.

"Andy, time to get up." I said brightly. He shifted so he was facing me and glared at me.

"Hey, that's what my mom did." I said. Andy removed his arms from my waist and stretched.

"Guys, get up." Andy yelled.

"Um, they're right next to you." I said. He looked on the floor and saw Ashley and Jinxx giving him dirty looks. I looked next to me and laughed.

"Jake and Cc don't look too happy either." I said. The others stood up and stretched. Andy layed back down.

"One more hour." he groaned.

"No, Andy we slept for nine hours. We have to get up now." I said.

"Fine." he stood up and we started walking downstairs. Halfway down, I tripped and fell down the rest of the stairs. Jinx ran over to help me up, but when I stood up I screamed in pain.

"What hurts?" he asked.

"My whole body." I groaned.

"can you stand?" Andy asked. I let go of Jinx's hand and fell right back down. Andy scooped me up.

"Okay, we're going to have to take you to the hospital." "Fine." I said. I didn't have the energy to protest. We walked to the car and Andy handed me to Jake who sat down with me in his arms. the others got in and we drove to the hospital. As soon as we walked in Andy took me back from Jake and walked to the front desk. as soon as the lady at the front desk saw me, she picked up a small microphone and turned it on.

"We need help NOW." she said into the microphone. Two men come running out with a stretcher and snatched me from Andy's arms like he's some sort of criminal. They layed me on the stretcher and wheeled me towards a room. I turned around and saw police arresting the boys. I tried to scream but couldn't. We turned into a room and I was put into the hospital bed. Another police officer entered the room.

"How long have you father and uncles been abusing you sweetie?" he asked.

"Um, actually, I just tripped and fell down the stairs." I replied.

"Are you sure?" the officer asked. I nodded. The officer turned on a walkie - talkie.

"You can release them." he said. I heard five sets of running footsteps coming down the hall. Andy and the others burst into the room.

"Are you okay?" Ashley asked. "Why were they arresting us?" I nodded.

"I'm fine." I replied. "But they thought you guys had been abusing me." Jinxx gave me a weird look.

"Why?" he asked.

"Um, because I'm covered in cuts and bruises, broke my leg, and, no offense, but you are kinda scary-looking." I said.

"Oh. Right." Jinx looked embarrassed. A doctor walked in and looked at Andy.

"I assume you're the legal guardian." he said. Andy nodded. "Well, she'll be fine, but she won't be able walk on her own for a few weeks." I groaned.

"Oh joyous." I said sarcastically. "You sure are sarcastic a lot." Jinxx said.

"I know." I replied. I learned it from my sis." The doctor cleared his throat. We looked at him and he smiled.

"If you like, you can take her home now." he said.

"Are you ready to go?" Andy asked. I nodded and Andy picked me up bridal-style.  Another doctor handed Ashley a pair of crutches and we left.
