Going to go ahead and get this up cause I might have to go to Bolivar here and there to help out again who knows I might get the assistant manager position at work and I am working on it cause the views are back to where they were

Zayn was excited to have Luke and Maddox join the family and he was going to have his little boys finally, and he stepped out for a smoke just in case something went wrong during delivery, and he needed to be the strong one for her cause this is the first time she is giving birth and it scared him right now down tot he bone

(Much later)

Perrie was fully dilated and she was ready to push

"Zayn were you smoking?" She asks him when she smelt the smoke on him

"Yeah the nerves got to me especially the delivery part cause I don't want to lose you or the boys either which scares me," he tells her as he was chewing some gum cause the nerves were setting in now

Perrie was touched when he said that

"He must really care about you," the nurse says to her as she was setting everything up for the births

"Yeah he does," Perrie says as Zayn got behind her for the delivery cause he was going to support her from behind for the delivery cause he wanted her to fall back on him as needed for the births

"All we have to do is wait for the doctor cause he is a little behind right now," the nurse says as she was finishing up the prep for the births

"Perrie let the contractions do the work and push when you feel the urge," Zayn tells her as he was massaging her right now

Perrie nods as she looks at him cause the nurses were still busy getting everything ready for the births

"Just relax babe," he says as she was having the first baby a little bit cause she was doing tiny pushes here and there as she was relaxing the best that she could so she had her strength

Zayn was helping her and he was going to catch the first baby cause the nurses left the room and they didn't notice Perrie having the baby

"Good Perrie the first head is almost out," he says as he was helping her the best that he could now

Perrie kept going and pushing when she needed to

"Okay the head is out Perrie," he says as he was going to clean out the mouth and the nose of the first baby

Zayn closes the door cause Perrie decided she wanted to do it behind closed doors

"Okay babe it's only the two of us now," he says as he was dimming the lights in the room right now

Perrie kept going until the first baby was born

"Here he is," he says as he lays the first baby on Perrie

"Hi baby boy," she says as she was drying off the baby with the towel the nurses gave her before they left the room to see about the doctor

Zayn cut the cord

"What are we going to name him?" Perrie asks him

"He looks like a Maddox" Zayn says as he was looking at the little boy that was on Perrie right now

"Maddox Zayn Malik is his name," she says as she was looking at the baby that was looking up at his parents right now as the nurse comes in cause the hospital played a special tune when a baby was born

The nurse took the baby to check him over a little bit as Perrie was resting cause the last baby was not ready to come just yet

"He is so cute," Perrie says as she was breathing a little bit

Zayn knew those were just jitters and everything was going to be just fine for the delivery

"Okay do you feel like you have to push again?" he asks her

"Not yet....................wait a minute yes" she says as she was looking at him cause she felt the contractions kick right back up again

"Okay you want me to catch Luke?" He asks her

"Of course cause the bloody doctor is not here yet and it is making me mad that he blew us off" she says as she got ready to go again

"Like before like the contractions do the work and push when you feel the need" he tells her

Perrie nods as she goes back to pushing Luke into the world

"You are doing just fine babe" he says as he comforts her cause delivery is going a little quicker for her and she was going to be able to rest and hold both of the boys in her arms after all this time cause she was fully ready to meet them and feed them, and Zayn was going to be on daddy duty as she takes a long rest

Perrie let the contractions do most of the work and she really pushed when she felt the need to do so

"One more push and Luke will be here" Zayn tells her

Perrie pushes until she felt Luke leave her

"Our last one is here" he says as he hands Luke over cause the nurse came in yet again to help with delivery

Perrie was exhausted from the delivery in general and she could not wait to hold the boys, but she was hit with another contraction

"I hope this is the after birth" she says as she was still delivering right now

"Perrie you did great" he says as he kisses her as they wait to hold the boys right now

"Zayn something doesn't feel right" she says as she was still pushing right now

"What does it feel like?" He asks her

"Like not the after birth" she says as she was letting the contractions do the work right now

Zayn checked her and he was shocked at what he saw
