"You are at six" she tells Perrie

"I want that epidural" Perrie tells her

"Okay i will get that set up" the nurse tells her

"Perrie I am so proud of you" he tells her

Perrie smiled at him

"Now you can rest for the real marathon ahead" he tells her as he was going to get ready for bed

"Yeah, and i can't wait till they are here" she tells him

"Me either they are going to be worth the weight" he says from the bathroom

Zayn held her as she was getting the epidural

"Okay Perrie rest you have earned it" he tells her once the epidural was set up

Perrie was asleep a few minutes later

"I think i should check on the girls" he says as he was checking his phone for updates

Zayn texted the others to let them know the boys were on their way

"Louis is bringing the girls over so we can bond with them" he says as he reads the text Louis sent

"Good i can't wait to see Aqua, Amaya, Addy, and Summer" Perrie says as she was looking at the girls

"Me either" Zayn says as he massages her back and her whole body to keep her loose

(Later)

Louis brings the girls cause he was going to get Freddie for the sleepover

"Hey girls i hear Uncle Louis is doing a sleepover for the two of you" Zayn says as he was looking at them

"Ya" Amaya says cause she was excited for the sleepover as well cause it was going to be fun

"Aqua?" he asks her

"Ya" Aqua says

"Louis better not give them sugar" Perrie says as she was still bonding with the girls 

"I won't i know better" Louis says as he was going to hang out with Zayn and talk tats 

Perrie loved being with the girls and hanging out with them before the boys come cause when the boys come she will still be with the girls and Zayn will be with the boys 

"Perrie looks great with the girls" Louis says as he was talking with Zayn 

"Yeah she does and the babies love her to death cause they want to snuggle with her a lot right now and the others love to as well but not as much right now i think they are outgrowing it" Zayn says as he was still talking to Louis

"You wanna light up?" Louis asks him 

"Yeah i thought you never ask this labor stuff is a roller coaster" Zayn says as they head out to light up and talk more before the boys come

"Been there buddy you got this you are a rock" Louis says as he gets one out for him and Zayn 

"I know i am the first half was not so bad, and now she has the juice it might get easier or harder we will just have to see how she does is all" Zayn says as he takes it 

Louis was going to stop and pick some up for Zayn and give it to him later as a gift when the boys are born cause he had a feeling he was going to need them down the road 

"First one is on the house buddy" Louis says as they headed out to one side of the building or across the street to smoke

"Thanks Lou" Zayn tells him as they start to light up 

Louis gives Zayn all of the advice he can and Zayn talks about how it has been up until now 

"Sounds like the girls have been easy" Louis tells him 

"They have i would not trade anything for them" Zayn says as he was still puffing a little bit

(Room)

"Daddy must of went out for a smoke" Perrie says as she was being checked by the nurses 

"It's common for fathers to have a puff before deliver helps relieve the tension in the room" the nurse says as she was checking Perrie to see how far she was 

Perrie was okay with that cause Zayn was fighting it the whole time, and he needed his break before he becomes a dad to two boys 

(Outside)

"Better get back inside cause i feel better" he says as he was heading back in to get some gum and something to spray on him so he did not smell like smoke as he was heading into the delivery room to be with Perrie as she was having the boys
