"Brady let's go!" Adam crashed through my door. Not literally of course, but it felt that way. "Jordan is having a big move in party, and he's inviting literally everyone in the neighborhood!"

"Can I like stay home?"

"Nope! I said that you were coming! Plus it's a nice neighbor thing!"

"Fine!" I groaned. "So are you bringing anything?"

"Yep! Chicken wings! They're my specialty!"

"That sounds great. Now lets get this over with."

In the couple of weeks that The Maron family has been in the neighborhood, they have completely changed up the house. The walls are painted different colors, there is a basement AND attic, plus I swear that they added more rooms.

"Welcome Adam!" Jordan came over and patted him on the back. "I see you brought your son Brady!"

I smiled. "Yep, you see right!"

"That's funny!" Jordan laughed. "Jerry is upstairs with a couple of the other kids. Do you want me to show you the way?"

"No thanks." I shook my head. "I think I can find my way around."

"Okay well don't get lost!"

"I won't!"

Back when this was Sarah's house, the upstairs had been painted a nice lights blue color. Now they repainted with a ligtish green. I proffered the blue, since blue was one of my favorite colors.

"Hey Brady over here!" Dylan shouted from down the hall way. "We're playing ghosts if you want to join!"

Eh why not?

Because Jerry is a complete psycho that's why not!

Oh come on! You're just jealous!

I actually don't know.

It's funny because the room that Jerry had happened to be the room that Sarah stayed in. What a coincidence.

"Oh you're here!" Jerry paused the game and glared at me. "Why are you here?"

"Because this is a housewarming party." I rolled my eyes. "I came to make your house warm!"

"Ha ha, I'm laughing so hard!"

"Dude that wasn't even funny." Dylan handed me a controller. "Now play some search and destroy!"

"Geez demandy much?"

"It's because his girlfriend is on a vacation!" Jerry said in a matter of fact voice. "Now when are more people going to show up? You guys are boring!"

"They are!" Gabby walked in the room, and Jerry's jaw dropped. Oh god.

"W-w-who are you?" This is already making me feel sick!

"I'm gabby! I can tell that you like what you see!"

Jerry started blushing before he stood up. "L-let's go out to the backyard...."

"Fine with me!" Since when was Gabby so bubbly?

Jerry led the three of down some stairs, through the party, and out some sliding glass doors where the backyard was. Then my jaw dropped.

They had renovated the backyard so much, you couldn't even tell it was the same house. The porch extended out farther into the back yard, they had also added a little stream with fishes in it, plus the backyard just felt like a small little island.

"Wow." Is all I was able to say.

"Wow indeed." Gabby replied.

"Yeah it's kinda cool." I elbowed Dylan in the ribs. "I mean very swaggarirfic!"

"Yes it is!" Jerry sat on one of the lawn chairs. "Now my dad said I have to be nice to you or I'm grounded-"

"Yaay."

"-so what do you want to do?"

"Ooh! When everyone gets here let's go play in the woods!"

"At 9:00 at night?" I could hear some fear in his voice.

"Yeah! We could play like zombie tag!"

"Sound cool to me!" Dylan flopped down onto the ground.

"I'll play!" I piped up.

"Fine!" Jerry groaned. "Let's wait until everyone shows up!"

"Alright so everyone's here?" We looked around, and sure enough everyone that could make it made it. "Okay so anyone wanna be zombie?"

"I volunteer!" Matt's hand shot in the air. "I'll be it! I'll give you a minute to hide!"

"Brady I'm sticking with you!" Jessica ran over to my side.

"Hot!"

"Shut up Jawan!"

"Ready go!" Once Matt said go, we all ran into the forest to hide.

"I know a perfect place! Follow me!" Jessica and I ran through all of the woods and stuff, until we finally reached the treehouse by my yard. "It's a climb, but it's worth it! Lez go!"

We made our climb up the ladder, and once we were at the top, we closed the door and turned on the lights.

"So this is your treehouse base?" Jessica sat down in one of the bean bag chairs.

I nodded. "We have basically whatever you want up here. So what do you wanna do?"

"Have any snacks?"

I laughed. "Of course! I just think its funny, that snacks is the first think you think of!"

"Hey!" She poked me in the ribs. "I'm hungry okay!"

"Whatever! Here' said granola bar!" I tossed the granola bar to her, then I pulled out my phone.

-Me: hey gabby! U a zombie?
-Gabby: or nahhh
-Me: :P
-Gabby: I'm hiding with Jerry. U zombie?
-Me: I don't suck that much!
-Gabby: true. Hey have you started to make out with Jessica yet?
-Me: -_-
-Me: hbu
-Gabby: ._.
-Me: that's what i thought
-Gabby: sometimes I hate you.
-Me: ooh dito!
-Gabby: I'm just going to go back to hiding...
-Me: lol

"Do you think they'll find us?"

"Nah. Only Dylan and Jawan know where this place is. They are also extremely athletic, so they won't get caught very easy."

"That is true..... So you wanna watch a movie or something?"

"Sure why not!" I set my laptop on the table and opened netflix. "What should we watch?"

"Frozen!"

"No."

"Ugh. You are so boring!"

"Sure I am. How about bad grandpa?"

"Guess I haven't seen that one yet. Let's do it!"

Halfway through the movie, my phone buzzed and it was a text from Gabby.

-Gabby: everyone sucks at this game! We are still hiding!
-Me: lol same! We're watching bad grandpa!
-Gabby: we're watching grown ups XD
-Me: :O do you think we'll ever get tagged?
-Gabby: probably not. :3
-Me: hey I'm in a treehouse. where r u?
-Gabby: in a mini cave.
-Me: I think I've seen that!
-Gabby: probably. I'm going to txt Matt to see who he has caught.
-Me: smart move. Text me the results!
-Gabby: kk!

-Gabby: okay so I guess Matt has Max, Jodie, and Ariana.
-Me: oh okay so we'll be here a while...
-Gabby: oh now Jawan
-Me: now we are doomed

And so the onslaught began...
