Tal took me to the park today. I wore my typical casual outfit, and so did he.

I ran off to the swings as Tal sat down, reading some comics. My braided hair swung as I did. Up and down... up and down... The swings were my favorite. Always have been, always will. I eventually slowed myself down to go to the slides. I went down the twisty one first, and turned at every point. I then went down the metal slide. I slid down it faster that usual.

I was pretty thirsty by now, so I stopped over by Tal to get a water bottle. I got a sip, then he went over to the carousel with me. I sat on the metal bars as he ran along the side, make me spin faster and faster. My freshly painted nail shined as I wrapped my hands tighter around the bar. I was getting dizzy, but it was so fun. He spun me around once more before slowing it down. I got off, a bit off balance. The earth around me blurred for a minute, but then I was okay.

I tried the monkey bars, grabbing the loops tightly. It took a few tries  but I eventually swung myself forward, navigating my way through each loop, until I got to the end. I went back and forth on this a bit, and Tal got a picture of my hanging upside down, my legs hooked at the top bar. I put up two peace signs. Once he got a good shot, he helped me get down from it.

It was such a nice day to spend... and it was even nicer with Tal.
