(Zoey's P.O.V)

I finish packing our bag and head downstairs. I sigh and put my hand on the cool metal railing. I think about what Ashley said. She was right. Our lives have changed drastically in a matter of days. First we run away from our abusive parents to an orphanage where we dyed our hair, then get adopted by some of the two most popular Youtubers on YouTube. "Come on Zoey!" I hear Ashley yell from downstairs, snapping me out of my thoughts. I rush downstairs where I find Ashley with a big smile and Pewdi-I mean dad and mom.

 "Are you ready to go, Zoey?" mom says. I nod slowly and look down, still lost in thought. "One second." Ashley says quickly and puts an arm around my shoulder. "Hey are you alright?" she whispers to me, leading me away from mom and dad. "You made a good point upstairs, so I am just thinking." I whisper back and she grins. "That's normal!" she says loudly, grabbing the attention of our new parents. "In fact, on that topic, I'd better tell them why you look so down." she says loudly making my face turn red in embarrassment.

Ashley takes dad and mom's hand and leads them away to have a private conversation. After a bit, mom gasps. "You mean that you-" she starts saying, but Ashley nods in response. Suddenly Ashley perks up. "OK time to go!" she says and skips off, leaving mom and dad shocked. I smile and toss our bag over our shoulder. "Yeah!"  I shout and run after her only to bump into her. "Hey Zoey?" she says and pauses "Do you know where we are going?" she says and I skip a breath. "Ya' know? I didn't think about that." I say and turn around. Suddenly I am picked off my feet. I squeal as I and put on dad's back.  "To the car!" I shout and point to the parking lot. Dad takes of running toward the parking lot. 

"Come on slow pokes! Don't be a barrel!" I shout at mom and Ashley. They get an angry face and slow down instead of speeding up. "No!" I groan then get an idea "How about you go super slow!" I yell at them and they start going super slow. Dad digs the keys out of his pocket and starts the car. I jump in as dad turns on some of his songs as we wait for them. "Ohhhhh! Snoop Dog!" I sing along. The car shakes a bit as we keep singing. "Hey! Mom and Ashley are taking forever to get here!" I say as someone taps me on the shoulder. "We've been here for 10 minuets as you sung to your songs." she says lamely. I laugh, embarrassed and we drive off to the hotel.

"Jabba the Hut! Help!" I sing as the music turns down. "Look, since we are here for Vidcon, you need Youtuber names and passes. Since you'll be with us, you don't have to worry about the passes, but come up with a YouTube name." mom says, on her phone. "Mewdiepie!" Ashley says immediately. "Just 'cause I like cats!" "Okay what about you, Zoey?" mom says and I think. "Well I want it to rhyme, so how about...Fruitypie!" I say" 'cause an apple a day will keep anyone away if you throw it hard enough." I quote and everyone giggles.

"Finally at the hotel!" dad says arriving at the lobby. "Hello Mr. Kjellberg and Ms.Bisognin. Who are these young girls?" the lobby manager questions. "These are our new adopted children." dad says and leads us up the elevator to the hotel room. Once in the room, I change into my pj's and fall asleep.
