Crystal crawled into her father's arms and cried into his chest.

"D-daddy what I-if he f-finds us?" Crystal asked, terrified for her life.

"Oh Crystal. I promise he won't find us. Even if he does he won't hurt you. I'll protect you with my life, I promise." Orlando said, rocking back and forth.

Crystal began to calm down and sat up in her father's lap.

"Dad, when I woke up in the hospital, you told me that there was a case that happened a few years ago that sounded like what my father did to me. How much do you know about the case." Crystal asked.

Orlando sighed and ran his fingers through Crystal's hair.

"When the ambulance came to get you, the first thing they noticed was how high your fever was. Once they started getting fluids into you one of the nurses said that this reminded her of a case that happened a few years ago.

When they got you to the hospital the nurses were trying to get your fever down. While they were taking care of you, three nurses were looking over a file. I went over and asked them what they were looking at. They told me that they were trying to see if there were any connections to the case that happened three years ago. They also told me that your father was the main suspect but he was cleared. The victim died of poisoning.

When I took this evidence to the court, they also added possible murder to your father's charges."

Orlando explained, holding her close.

Crystal began to panic. She thought her father was going to hurt her. She began to sob and curled up in her father's arms, trembling. Tears were streaming down her face and she was crying so much she couldn't breath.

"Shh shh. Breathe. Crystal listen to me. It's gonna be okay, he won't hurt you I promise." Orlando said, rocking her softly.

Eventually Crystal began to relax, cuddling into his arms.

Orlando used his thumb and wiped away her tears. "Shh." He said.

Orlando looked at the clock. It was about 9:30. "Let's get you to bed." He said, carrying her to her bed.

"Goodnight Daddy." Crystal said, closing her eyes.

"Goodnight baby. I love you." Orlando said.

"Love you to." Crystal said, pulling the blankets up to her chin.

Orlando kissed her forehead and went to his own bed.

Crystal woke up to the front door opening. She got up and went to look in her dad's room to see if he had left for some reason. When she saw that he was still in bed she went to Kathleen's room. Crystal's heart stopped when she saw Kathleen in her bed. At this point she heard someone walking around downstairs, going through the cabinets.

She shook Kathleen until she opened her eyes.

"Sis? What's wrong?" Kathleen asked. At that second, a glass broke downstairs.

Orlando ran into the room and closed the door and locked it. He then herded them into the closet and used a chair to block the door.

Kathleen pulled Crystal into her lap and held her close to try and comfort her silently.

They both heard footsteps stomping up the steps.

"Come out come out where ever you are." A creepy male voice said. Crystal began shaking and wrapped her arms around Kathleen tightly.

Crystal began to cry silently as someone pounded on the door.

"Go away! I will not let you hurt my girls!" Orlando yelled.

The girls heard the bedroom door burst open and someone being thrown to the ground.

"I'm calling the cops." Orlando snapped.

A few minutes later, the cops showed up and Orlando took them out of the closet.

After explaining their story to the cops and shoeing reporters off the property, they all took a moment to catch their breath.

Crystal broke down in tears, saying things like "I'm sorry" and "please don't hurt me."

Orlando sat down on the floor and pulled Crystal into his lap, who proceeded to bury her face into Orlando's chest.

"It's okay Crystal. He will never hurt you. Even though he found us, he will never see you again in his life." Orlando said, holding her close.

"Would you like to sleep with me for the rest of the night?" He asked. Crystal nodded and Orlando stood up and took her to his room and tucked her into his bed. He went and said goodnight to Kathleen and went back to his room.

Crystal cuddled into her father's arms and fell asleep.
