Winnie's Pov

I was sleeping really good. All of a sudden freaking cold water was poured on me. I shock up and saw Dad there and he ran. I just got dressed in dry clothes and walked downstairs. Everyone was eating pancakes.

"Winnie, you want pancakes?" Liam asked. I just shook my head no. And everyone gasped.

"I can't believe it, Winnie turned down food." Zayn said.

"Winnie, what's wrong?" Dad asked but I ignored him walked upstairs. My court starts at 12:00 and it 10:32 right now. I took a shower and done my business, I put on my undergarments. I put on dressed pants and a long sleeve white blouse. I put on black flats and put in diamond studs. I put on the necklace Ethan bought me. I went makeup free and I was ready. I checked my phone and it was 10:58. I texted Harry.

"I'm ready, are you ready?"

"I'm ready, come downstairs."

I grabbed my iPhone and ran down stairs and met with everyone except Ethan.

"Where's Ethan?" I asked looking around. Someone grabbed me from behind.

"I'm right here." he said and I turned around, I wrapped my arms around his neck. I kissed him.

"Hey, babe." I said and Bailey came in.

"Hey dad! Hey guys." she said.

"Ready to go?" Zayn asked and we nodded. I ended up sitting in Ethan's lap and Bailey sat in Nicks.

We soon pulled up in front of the courthouse and I swear I think my stomach just dropped. We got up and I inhaled and exhaled. Ethan grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"Come on, Bae." Bailey said and grabbed my hand. We walked in and had to sit on the bench and wait. Dad, Niall, Harry, Zayn, Nick, Ethan, and Bailey walked in and sat down. I was waiting till they called me to sit down.

"Their waiting for you." a police officer came and told me. I walked in and I saw a table and four chairs behind it. Our lawyer sat in one and then I sat in the other one. I sat down then, they brung in Eric and he was in shackles and handcuffs. He looked at me and smirked and I tensed. Just then the judge came in. "All rise." everyone stood up.

"Please be seated." Judge Garrett said.

"Court Eric Hansen vs. Winnie Tomlinson." the officer said.

"Defense attorney, your first witness." Judge Garrett said. (the defense attorney is Eric's attorney.)

"I call my first witness, Winnie Tomlinson to the stand." the attorney says and I walk up there.

"Please answer these questions truthfully." he said and I nodded.

"Full Name?"

"Winnie Makayla Tomlinson."

"Age?"

"17."

"Birthday?"

"June 23, 1997."

"What happened the day you, Ethan, and Nick, were taken by Eric Hansen?"

"Well, I woke up and saw Ethan. I asked him where my dad and brothers were and he said at the studio. A-"

"So, your family put their job in front you?" he asked.

"No, they had to work." I said.

"Well, continue." he said.

"And Ethan said I needed to get up because, me, him, and Nick were going to eat pizza and watch movies. Well, I got downstairs and said hey to the boys and someone was at the door. Well, I opened the door an-"

"So, you just opened the door and didn't look through the peep hole?" he asked.

"Yes, why does that matter?" I asked with a little attitude.

"Well, you could have avoided getting hurt by my client if you would have looked through the peep hole, saw if was Mr. Hansen, and called the cops." he said.

"How does that give him the right to kidnap us?" I asked harshly.

"Watch the tone, Miss. Tomlinson." Judge Garrett warned.

"What happened after you opened the door?" he asked.

"Mr. Hansen, told me hey and I screamed at him to leave and then, Ethan came and asked me who was at the door and Mr. Hansen grabbed me and covered my mouth and Ethan walked in. He saw Mr. Hansen covering my mouth and Mr. Hansen told him that is was nice for him to join us and Ethan called for Nick. But didn't hear Nick say anything. Someone grabbed Ethan from behind and threw him over his shoulder. Next thing I knew I was in the back of a van, something stuck into my arm, and then I blacked out." I explained.

"Now, do you know where he took you?" he asked.

"No, sir. Just as I told you, I was blacked out. And next thing I know I'm having water thrown on me, Ethan, and Nick. Mr. Hansen yelled wake up maggots and we were tied to chairs. I screamed what the h and he screamed no cussing and slapped me. He told me last time we got interrupted and he dragged me out of the room. He um...took me into another room and um...um." I couldn't it out and I was holding back tears.

"He done what?" the attorney asked. I looked at Ethan and mouthed to me 'be strong'.

"He dragged to another room and...r-raped me. And only left into boyshorts and a bra and he dragged me back to the room with and Nick and Ethan. He threw me in there slapped my bum. At this point the boys were untied. He threaten the boys if they gave me clothes I would get worse. Ethan, ran to me and sat back down next to Nick in the corner. The door opened again and he threw in a maid costume and I asked him what was it for and he told me to put it on. I did what he said and sat on Nicks lap. The door swung open and show Mr. Hansen and another man, he had a laptop and a webcam. He said that he was gonna tie us and have a little fun. He made Nick and Ethan take off their shirts. He screamed at me to log into skype and I screamed no. He was about to hurt but Ethan screamed he would do it. The boys faces popped up and they were asking multiple questions. My dad screamed what do you want and Mr. Hansen told him he wanted he babygirl back and started kissing my neck. My other brother screamed at him to stop. He picked me up but I was still tied up, I told him not to touch me and Ethan screamed for him to leave me alone. He screamed shut up boy and I told him that boy had a name and it was Ethan. He told me I should learn when to shut my mouth and slammed me into the chair again. Mr. Hansen told us fine, let's play a game. And screamed at Ethan to get up and a man jerked him up. Ethan screamed at the man that he could walk his self. And the he told him that he was just gonna make it worse for him and Winnie. And Ethan asked what did he want him to do? Now, he told us he was gonna tell us what to do and we had to do it and if we get any ideas I would get a cut. We done the game and Mr. Hansen told us to stop and he told the other man to get Nick and lead him to his wardrobe and pick out sweatpants and a T-shirt. Mr. Hansen told Ethan to pull off my outfit. Nick came back and handed Ethan the clothes and Mr. Hansen said do you want me to do it because I'll do more than just take off the outfit. Mr. Hansen started smirking and coming towards me. And Ethan said No, he'd do it and told me to lift up my arms. I lifted my arms and he pulled off the dress and pulled off the tights. He put on the shirt and sweatpants. Ethan told me to C'mere and I sat on his lap and I just suddenly felt safe. I turned around saw five angry faces. And Mr. Hansen screamed at me to sing. And yelled that he said sing and I told him he don't have to yell every time he said something. I sung a song and I heard police sirens Mr. Hansen and the other man tried to run but got caught. The police officer took us home." I explained.

"No more further questions." he said and sat down and I did too.

"You did good, Lollie." Ethan whispered.

"The jury is going to make their decision and were on a 1 hour recess." Judge Garrett said and hit the gavel. We walked into the hallway.

"Ethan, I was scared." I admitted and hugged him.

"I know, Lollie but were almost done putting that bastard into jail." he said and my stomach growled.

"I guess I'm hungry." I said and chuckled.

"Did someone say the were hungry?" I heard Dad.

"I'm hungry." Niall said.

"And is named Winnie." he added.

"Yes, I am actually." I admitted.

"You did great up there." Harry said and rubbed my back.

"I was so nervous. I thought my stomach fell." I said.

"All rise." the officer said again.

"The jury has made their decision." Judge Garrett started. "Eric Hansen you are proven guilty on all accounts. Your sentencing will be life in prison." he hit his gavel. I hugged Ethan and whispered in his ear.

"Is it over?" I asked on the verge of tears.

"Yes, Lollie. Yes, it is." He whispered.

"Let's go home." Dad said.

I got home and ran upstairs and changed. I just put on some baggy jogging pants, a tank top, a beanie, and fuzzy socks.

"Hey, everyone! Family meeting the lounge room!" I screamed. I sat on the chair and Ethan came and I sat on his lap. Dad Harry, Liam, and Zayn sat on the couch. Nick and Niall sat on the two seater couch, and Bailey sat in Nicks lap.

"What's up?" Zayn asked.

"I think this family has too much drama going on and I'm sick and tired of it. So, can I explain how were gonna fix this family?" I asked and looked around.

"You got our full attention." Liam said.

"Okay, let's start. Can you five boys please accept that I date Ethan?" I asked.

"Winnie really, I think Ethan is the perfect person for you too date." Dad said.

"Zayn?" I asked and he kinda thought and nodded.

"Liam?" I asked and he nodded.

"Dad?" I asked and he nodded.

"Niall?" I asked and he nodded.

"Hazzy?" I asked and I knew he would be the hardest to convince.

"You swear you'll take care of her and won't me come after you?" he asked Ethan sternly.

"I'll take care of your sister." Ethan said with all seriousness.

"Good, then I accept." he said but I could still tell he was unsure.

"Ok, next. Niall, we've had our ups and downs and argued. I'm sorry for being such bit-tree and a brat. I caused so much trouble and messed up your relationship." I said and looked at him.

"It's not your fault, Winnie." he said and smiled.

"Hey, Niall. I'm Winnie." I said and stuck out my hand for him to shake.

"Hey, Winnie. I'm, Niall." he said and shook my hand.

"Dad, I'm sorry for everything I've ever done to you. You always was there to calm me down and accreted me as your daughter even if I was a brat. I was truly terrified the day you adopted me and Nick even though I didn't show it. I love you, dad, even if I say I hate you." I admitted and hugged him.

"I love you too, Winnie." he said and hugged me.

"Zayn, You were the first of you five that I trusted. I don't know what happened. I'm sorry ever hurting you and dying your hair pink. But, it was pretty funny. But, I love you, Zayn." I said and hugged him.

"Liam, you are the most responsible out of the group. You yelled at me but it was either out of anger or because it was to protect me. I love you, Liam." I said and hugged him.

"Niall, we've had a lot of ups and downs. Sometimes I wanted to hit you and fight you but I cared about you. And I have to admit it, you are the weakest of you five. Sorry, but my heart broke into pieces when you didn't believe me and thought I was faking. But, through it all I still loved you, and always will." I said and I hugged him.

"Hazzy, right now you are the one I trust the most of you. You were the first to know I was pregnant and the first one that I fought in this house. And also, I totally won! I always had you there beside me, even if I was a tree to you." I said and hugged him and kissed his cheek.

"Nick, you are and always will be my brother, even if I'm half way across the world. I am a phone call and I will be ready to beat someone up for hurting you. I always knew you had my back. I love you, Nicholas." I said and hugged him and kissed his cheek.

"Ethan, I've liked you since the first day I met you. You swore to protect me and be there. But the worst day happened when you got adopted and lost you. But, it doesn't matter because I have you now. I love you, Ethan." I said and hugged him and pecked his lips. "And everyone, I'm sorry for the drama, the fights, the secrets, the lies, the problems about my life, and I never told you I was pregnant because I thought you would be ashamed of me." I looked down.

"We would never be ashamed of you, you couldn't help what happened to you." Dad said.

"And thank you for adopting a broken girl and fixed me. Even if it didn't seem like it I'm glad I have you. Because, I would be sitting in a orphanage sitting in the window and feeling broken." I said. "I have a family, just sometimes I have a hard time believing it. Just please sometimes listen to me before you assume it. Just act like I'm not a girl who got hurt but who seems like a unique girl, not because my past but because of what I am now."

"We all love you, Winnie." Nick said.

"Ethan, Nick, how much do you love me?" I asked with a smile.

"More than you'll ever know." They said and hugged me.

"I love you, ninjas!" I said and started crying. "This is right what I need. I have my dream guy, a brother that I love, my best friend that I love, my brothers, and my dad." I was smiling.

"Winnie, can I talk to you upstairs?" Liam asked and I nodded.

"What's up?" I asked popping the 'p'.

"Winnie, were about to start our 5 month tour." he said.

"Are we going?" I asked getting scared of the answer.

"Yes." he said.

"When do we leave?" I asked him.

"In one week." he said and sighed.

"Ok, do the boys know I know?" I asked being curious. He nodded. "Do I need to get ready? And can I tell them?" I had a pleading voice.

"Yes, do it right now." he said. I ran downstairs and saw Nick, Bailey, and Ethan talking.

"Ethan, Nick, Bailey can I talk to you upstairs?" I asked and gesturing toward the stairs. Here goes nothing.
