Brooklyn's point of view

"It's dinner night Brooklyn." Michael said as he knocked on my door. I looked up from my homework and then I nodded. "You need to start getting dressed."

"Yeah um, okay." I said and closed my notebook. He closed the door and I stood up, stretching my limbs out.

I went to my bathroom and then I washed my face. I quickly put some deoderant and then I brushed my hair out.

I left the bathroom and then went to my dresser. I grabbed a maroon high-low skirt and then I closed it. I went to my closet and then grabbed a tight black long sleeved shirt.

I threw the outfit on and then I tucked my shirt in. I grabbed a pair of maroon heels and then I slipped them on. I closed my closet and took a seat at my sesk, getting my make-up and stuff out.

I quickly put some on and instead of using lip gloss like usual, I put on some red lipstick. I hummed and then rubbed my lips together.

I put everything away and then I opened one of the drawers. I grabbed a maroon flower crown headband and then put it on, hiding the black string behind my hair so only the flowers showed.

I stood up and then went to my bathroom. I sprayed some perfume on and then I closed the door. I went downstairs where Luke and Calum were and then I sat down.

"You look beautiful."

"Thank you." I said and then crossed my legs. "I'm feeling beautiful too." I said and Luke laughed.

"Michael! Ashton! Hurry up!"

"It takes time to be sexy Hemmings! Shut the fuck up!" Michael yelled and I laughed. He's an idiot.

"Hold someone's hand, apparently someone told the press where we are." Ashton said and I nodded. I held Calum's hand and he kept me close as we got out of the car.

"Who's the little girl?" A Disney princess.

"She's adorable!" Why thank you.

"Are you really dating Ariana Grande Michael?" She's mine, fuck off Clifford.

"Calum, do you really smoke?" The hell are they talking about Hood?

"Luke why are you so rude to fans?" But he isn't...

Woah, what about Ashton? Why is no one asking him questions? What the hell is this about? The drummer is so important.

"Come on, inside." Ashton said and let us all go in before him. He closed the door and then looked at the hostess. "Reservation for Irwin?"

"Ah yes, follow me." She said and we did. She took us to an outside booth and we all sat down. "Here are your menus and Kacey will be your server today."

Ashton thanked her and then I looked at him. "Our boss should be here soon." He said and I nodded while Luke sighed. "It's okay. He hates everyone Luke."

"Yeah, I know." Luke said and I scooted closer to the edge of the booth. I looked over the railing and then saw the water below us.

"It's pretty huh?" I nodded and then looked at Calum. "This is one of our favorite restraunts, we always try to get a table outside right after the sun went down because it's the prettiest."

"Anyways, until Thomas arrives, how's school going?" Ashton asked me and I laughed.

"It's going good so far. I made some friends and the teachers seem to like me. Besides for first period, he hates everyone." I said and he nodded with a chuckle.

"What are your friends' names?"

"Amelia and Nate." I said and he nodded. "They're twins and are so much like you guys it's scary."

"How so?" Michael asked me. "Do they dye their hair? Live in black skinny jeans? Play instruments? Have tattoos and piercings?" He listed and I laughed.

"They both have their ears pierced and Amelia likes drawing on herself. They do indeed live in their black skinny jeans and dye their hair every two months. Oh, and Amelia is learning the drums while Nate can play guitar." I said. "Boom."

"Well damn," Calum said and I laughed. "It seems you like hanging out with people like us." He told me and I laughed.

"Isn't Nate that one boy I told you to stay away from? The one with the attitude?" Luke asked me and I was quiet. I forgot about that...

"Uh n-"

"Hi, I'm Kacey, would you like any drinks?" She asked and then giggled. "Of course you would, why else would you be here? What would you like?"

They all ordered some soda, or beer in Calum's case, and I just got a water. Ashton told her that we weren't ready to order yet and she just nodded, saying she'll be back later.

"She's so pretty." I said after she walked away. Calum agreed and I sighed. "Body goals for when I'm about twenty."

"You think she's twenty?" Calum asked and I nodded. "You think I'll have a chance with her?" He asked and I thought about it.

"Yes." I said. "I think you have a eighty-nine percent chance of getting with her." I told him and he bodded.

"That eleven percent though Calum-"

"I'll see if I do after this is over." Calum said, cutting Michael off, and then a couple walked in. They walked with confidence and looked as if they were dressed in Gucci and Prada.

"Boys." The manager said and then he looked at me. "Young lady." He said and I waved. I scooted over and Michael purposely scooted over too much.

"Mikey," I whined as I laughed. "Scoot your toot." I said and he chuckled. "I'll let you wear my flowercrown."

"Fine." He said and then scooted over a bit. I took my flower crown off carefully and then put it on him. "I'm a princess like Brooklyn."

"You look gay." The manager's wife said and I laughed. He does look happy. "Take it off and give it back to the girl. What if paparazzi catch you in that?"

"I'm sorry Mary, you're right." Michael mumbled and took it off. I pouted and then took it back, seting it down on my lap. "So um, what do we need to talk about?"

Soon, they began to talk about 'grown-up stuff' and I couldn't concentrate on it because the topic was always changing.

I sighed and then pulled my phone out of my bra. I didn't have pockets and a bra is pretty damn helpful.

I looked down at it after I turned it on and then noticed I had a text from Amelia asking if either I could go to her house or if she could come to mine.

I told her I'll ask and then I asked her about what Nate will be doing. I turned my phone off when I heard my name and then I looked up.

"She's a Michael girl." Calum said and pouted right after. "Her favorite out of us all is Michael and I have no idea why."

"You say it like he's the only one I like. I like you guys too but Michael just has a special place in my heart. He always has been since I found out about the band." I said and Michael chuckled, wrapping an arm around my shoulders real quick while 'aww'ing.

"Touching, but don't be next to him in public anymore then." The woman, or Mary, said to me, confusing me.

"What?" I asked with an unamused laughed. "Why? What's wrong with that?" I asked her.

"Because if you two are too close in public the media will eat it up and it will ruin the band's reputation. You don't want that, do you?" Thomas asked and I looked at him.

"Of course not but he's Ashton's best friend so that's kind of unavoidable. Besides, he's nineteen and I'm fourteen, going to be fifteen, that's ridiculous." I said and laughed. "Who would make up that story?

"What I said is final, do not talk back to me." He said sternly and I shut my mouth immediately because I didn't want to get the guys in trouble. He continued talking to the guys and I sighed.

I looked down at my phone again and then saw Amelia texted me again. She told me that he had Saturday school and I rolled my eyes. That idiot.

I told her I'll ask Ashton and Luke and then she just sent the thumbs up emoji. I turned my phone off and then set it between my thighs.

I put my flower crown back on and that lady came back. "Are to guys ready to order? And you two, may I take your drinks?"

Everyone ordered and I just got a hamburger, simple but tasty. The lady smiled and took our menus, her eyes lingering on Calum longer than all of us.

"Ooh Calum, get it." I said after she walked away and he blushed. Michael chuckled and Mr. Buzzkill had to speak up and say Calum needed to stay single for the band.

"But it's his love li-"

"Quiet young lady, this is adult stuff. This is business. You are too young to understand what is going on." The lady said and I grit my teeth.

"Calm down." Michael said and I looked at him. "She's just jealous you can still rock a skirt that shows your legs."

I laughed and he chuckled aswell. "What's so funny?" Thomas demanded and I looked at Michael.

"Brooklyn farted!"

"Lies!" I said and pushed him. "He did! He's just embarrassed." I said and he laughed. "Michael's a liar."

"Am not."

"Are too."

"Nuh-uh."

"Yeah-huh."

"Will you both shut up?" The lady snapped and we quieted. "Jesus, it's ill mannered to speak and act like that at the table. Especially you young lady, that is not how you act. Act like a lady."

I will fucking pop those fake ass boobs of yours with my fork if you don't shut the fuck up and stop criticizing me you old hag.

The lady, or Kacey, came back around and I could see Calum staring at her. She handed the plates out and I thanked her with a big smile as her eyes lingered on Calum for a bit.

"Excuse me, I need to use the restroom." I said and then Luke nodded. I went to the door and then held the door open for her as she carried a wooden table with her.

"Thank you sweetie." She said and I nodded as I closed the door. "The bathrooms are just over there, you'll see as sign above them."

"Thank you." I said and she nodded. "Hey um I saw you staring at my friend earlier and I just wanted to say he thinks you're really pretty." I told her and she blushed.

"Does he?"

"Yeah. He really wants to get to know you but he's too shy to say it." I told her and she subtly looked back at our table with a smile.

"Thank you for telling me."

"You're welcome." I said and then she walked away. I smiled to myself and then I went to the bathroom.

I didn't even use it. I just washed my hands and then I texted Amelia for a bit. I put my phone back in my bra when I realized I had to leave and then I made my way to the table again.

I set my phone on my lap and Calum looked at me. "What did you tell her? I saw you two talking." He told me.

"You may be getting a phone number tonight Mr. Hood." I said and he gasped. "You can thank me later, for now, I have a hamburger bigger than my face to try and finish."

He laughed and then I pulled my phone out. I took a picture of the hambuger and then asked if she thought I could finish that.

'No fucking way Eloise. You'll be shitting meat for weeks'

I laughed and then put my phone on my lap. "Amelia thinks I can't finish this." I said and poked the hamburger.

"Eat it before it eats you." Ashton said and I laughed. I nodded and then cut into it with and knife and fork.

"Servings here are so big."

"Of course." Calum told me and laughed. Oh, what a great time for that lady to walk over. Calum looks so cute and adorable when he laughs.

"Is everything alright here?"

"Yeah." I said and smiled. "It's fantastic, huh Calum?" I asked and he blushed a little bit.

"A-Amazing." He said and smiled. She nodded and then walked away. He pointed his fork at me and I took a bite of my hamburger. "I hate you Irwin."

"I love you too Hood." I said and covered my mouth as I chewed. He rolled his eyes and then his boss began to speak up, making me a wish I could choke him with this flower crown.
