Carly's p. o. v.

We finally get back to the house. Once back, I head to my bathroom grabbing some peroxide and bandaids so we could cover some of the cuts that were still bleeding, well, for me. I had scraped my knees up pretty good. Riley had only gotten a few scrapes but they weren't bleeding.

I sit in the shower pouring some peroxide over my knees. Riley was sitting on the toilet watching me. I finally cover my knees up and Riley helps me up. I put the peroxide back and we head outside to the back yard. We sit at the picnic table with everyone else. After saying grace, we start eating. I smirk before flicking some of my mashed potatoes at Jensen. When I do, he gets this angry look on his face.

"Uh oh." I say feeling as if I was done for, which, in a way, I was.

I carefully start eating again but soon, I am hit in the side of the face with a part of a hotdog. My eyes widen. All of a sudden, the table is broken out into a huge food fight. I was throwing mashed potatoes while at the same time, eating my cheese filled hotdog that was in a bun. After the food fight, we clean it up and then get new food that was left. We were all glad that we left food at a different table.

"Okay. No more food fights. Right Carly and Jensen?" Misha asks, acting as if he was a mature adult.

We laugh but nod, knowing that it wouldn't be the last time we would get into some type of fight. After eating, Jensen lights the fire pit and we sit down at the fire. I have a marshmallow tossed at me by Riley as I had asked for one to be handed to me.

"I said hand." I say softly looking at Riley trying to act sad and make him feel back.

It works and he apologizes, but I just start laughing. His eyes widen.

"Oh. You're so getting it." He says walking towards me.

I quickly hop up and run away laughing. I didn't know what he was going to do for payback. He chases after me, eventually catching me. After him tickling me for a little bit, we head back to the group. We make smores and also eat ice cream. Close to midnight, everyone starts leaving as the little ones were asleep. Once everyone was gone, I help Jensen and Danneel clean up. We head into the kitchen after finishing with the cleaning up.

"I am really glad you guys took me in. It means a lot." I say softly to them as as stand in the kitchen just talking.

They smile at me. Jensen even ruffles my hair.

"It was no problem kiddo. We are happy we took you in. You're pretty amazing." He says and Danneel nods, in agreement with him.

I smile. We all finally say goodnight and head up to our rooms. Once in mine, I finally check my phone. I open each app, seeing that I had over 2m followers on each of them. My eyes widen slightly. I had a lot of likes on my picture with Jensen. I then post one of the entire group from earlier at our fun. I was standing in front of the picnic table and holding the phone up show everyone was seen in it.

'Today was amazing. My first full day with the family and I couldn't be thankful enough. #family.' I post with the picture.

My phone immediately blows up. I laugh softly. I set my phone down for the night on the charger and go to sleep after changing into a popcorn themed tank top as well as popcorn themed pants.
