Nick pov

We were in the last class of the day, Maths. Diana was sitting right beside me. Mr. Hood just gave us some questions to solve and then he would start with the introductions. I was done already, but I could see Diana was struggling.

"What answer do you need?" I whispered to her as soon as he looked away.

"Second." She said. I showed her my paper and she quickly copied it.

"Thank you. She said smiling, I could see her face relaxing.

"You're welcome." I say.

"Is everybody done?" He asked.

"Yeah." The class said.

"Alright exchange your papers I'm gonna solve it on the board if even one step is wrong and the answer is right, mark it wrong and I'll be checking myself also." He said.

We both exchanged our papers and he started solving them on the board. I started checking them step by step as he wrote them down. After a while, I was done. She only did 2 wrong. Diana was still checking mine though. After a minute, she was done.

"How did I do?" She asked as soon as she put the pen down.

"Only got 2wrong." I said. She sighed in relief. There were 20 questions so she did good.

"You got 1.5 wrong." She said.

".5?" I asked.

"You didn't put the negative sign in the fourteenth one, but I put it so you've got one wrong." She said showing me my paper.

"Thank you." I said.

"Hey, there stop talking or you both will be out of the class." Mr. Hood said. We both stopped it.

"I'll be checking now, and as I come tell me your name and three facts about yourself." He said as he started walking over to each bench. Soon, he came to us.

"Diana and Nicholas Radford." He said as he looked at both our papers.

"yes sir." Both of us said.

"Are you both siblings or is this a co-incidence?" He asked smiling.

"Yeah, we're twins. I said.

"That's interesting. so facts you go first Diana." He said.

"well the first is he's my twin, we just moved here, and I love writing in my free time." She said.

"I like writing too. Show me what you've written someday if you want to." He said.

"I will." She said.

"Nicholas, go." He said.

"First, she's my twin, I love maths and we just moved here." I said.

"Alright, I'm glad you love maths. Seeing the face, Diana's giving you right now I'm assuming she hates maths." He said smiling.

"I do." she said.

"Alright." He said, he asked us everything while checking our papers and we didn't even notice. After taking our papers with him, he walked away. Then, the bell rang.

"Alright, class I'll meet you all tomorrow at homeroom we'll do some basic questions for the week and after that, we'll start the first chapter. You all can go now." He said, in 2 minutes everyone was out of the room.

"Hey, Nick wanna hang out?" Micheal asked me.

"Not possible today Micheal, let's do it some other day though." I said. He nodded and walked away. As I was turning to Diana, I saw Victoria there. I didn't like her, I hated her she bullied me in school. I never told anyone though and seeing her, just ruined my mood.

"Diana, let's go home. We can walk dad must be busy." I said.

"okay, are you okay though you seem pissed off?" She asked.

"I am not let's just go home." I said and started walking. She just started walking behind me not saying anything. I couldn't deal with Victoria here too.

As soon as we got home, I just rushed to my room. I needed to talk to someone. I felt like crying so I just laid down on my bed and did that.

"Hey Nick are you okay?" I heard Diana ask as she knocked on the door.

"I'm okay." I said.

"Can I come in please? I know that you're crying i'm here for you Nick." She said.

"Come in." I said. She came in and sat by my head. I kept my head in her lap.

"I can't do this Di, I really can't I can't deal with her here too." I said crying. I couldn't keep it in anymore. I had to tell someone.

"Who's her?" She asked.

"Victoria, she bullied me in our previous school but she moved 1 year before we did and she's here." I said my voice cracking.

"Nick it's okay i'm gonna help you deal with her and if she does anything I swear I'll punch her so hard she'll forget her name." She said.

"Thank you Di. I love you." I said.

"I love you too. Now just calm down or cry it out if you need to alright? i'm here for you." She said. We just stayed there for a while, not saying anything.

"Hey kids i'm home." We heard dad say. I quickly sat up.

"Here dad." We both said. I heard him coming up the stairs. He opened the door and just came and sat on the bed in between us both.

"So how was your day?" He asked us.

"It was great. How was yours?" I asked.

"It was amazing, I saved a life, it was a long surgery but yeah the person is alive now." He said.

"That's great." Diana said.

"Yeah, pretty awesome." He said.

"Can we order takeout for dinner and watch movies?" I said.

"Yeah sure, order whatever you want."He said and walked out of the room.

"Please don't tell dad about this, I'll tell him when I'm ready." I said.

"I won't don't worry, but please tell him if she does something cause it cold get serious." She said.

"Yeah, thank you." I said. She walked to the door, opened it went out, and closed it. She ordered something and we just ate it and watched movies till it was time to sleep
