Diana pov 

I woke up and felt like shit, my stomach hurt really bad and I couldn't even stand. I knew it was my period. I quickly went to the bathroom and did what I had to. 

"Dad". I yelled. 

"Coming." He yelled back. He was up in a few minutes I was back in my bed. 

"Can I skip school today?" I asked,  He looked at me weird cause I didn't skip school and he was strict about being regular to school. 

"Are you sick?" He asked

"Yes, I'm bleeding." I said. 

"How did you hurt yourself now." He said. 

"I hurt myself by being a girl." He laughed. 

"Alright, you can skip let me know if you need anything." 

"Painkillers and hot water bag please." 

"Coming right up." He said that and went out. Then, Nick came right in.

"Why are you not ready? We'll be late." He said.

"I'm not going today."

"Why?"

"Cramps."

"Ow okay have fun" he said and went out. I groned, it hurt bad. 

"Here you go, I'll be at work the key is under the sofa cushions, and call me if you need anything." Dad said passing me everything I asked for. I nodded. 

"Okay bye I love you." 

"I love you too." He said and went out. 

"Nick come on, we'll be late, I have an early surgery today." 

"Coming." I heard the door open and close and it locking. I was now alone and had no idea what to do. 

I checked my phone for a bit. 

I wake up to my phone ringing, it was dad. 

"Diana, are you okay? I've been calling for the past 15 minutes." He said worried. 

"I'm fine I just fell asleep." 

"How are the cramps?"

"Terrible." 

"I'm sorry. Do you need me to come home?" 

"No, work I'm fine."

"As you say, call me if you feel worse." 

"I will." I hung up the call. 

As terrible as I felt, I got downstairs and turned the tv on. 

Nick pov 

 I was at school, Victoria and her friends had been all calling me names and teasing me that didn't bother me but since last week Micheal, luke, Charlie and harry were with the. They were the only friends I had here except for Diana and it was getting hard right now. I got done with Biology and I got out. 

"Hey nick where are you going?" Luke asked

"To my next class." I said and started walking, and he followed me. The others joined him. Victoria was there with them. 

"Oh I thought you were going to the hospital cause your sister got shot you know like you might've just left her at home while she was covering up something for you and got shot." Victoria said. That made me angry and made all the memories come back. 

As I came back, I was in an empty room with only the five of them and me in the room. Charlie was holding by my collar. All of them punched me, and kicked me everywhere and walked out laughing. Everything hurt I wanted to just close my eyes but I couldn't. I called dad I didn't know what to do. He picked up after a while. 

"Hey ah dad, I'm in like serious trouble right now everything hurts they just hit me badly." 

"where are you?"

"In school,i don't know what classroom." 

"I'm coming right now, don't pass out Nick just stay with me on call you'll be okay I'm right here."

"Okay" I said.

I heard him going around and yelling at people to do stuff, I couldn't exactly understand him.

"Hey are you there? I'm on my way"

"Right here."

"Good, stay there."

I heard sirens i knew it was him, My eyes were closing I couldn't breathe everything hurt. 

"Hey nick, I'm here okay? Can you tell me what you see?" 

"I'm in an empty classroom, I don't know which   but I'm on the second floor." 

"I'll be right there" 

I heard people coming and the door opened. Two people held a stretcher and dad was with them. He ran to me. He knelt down. 

"Are you okay?" He held my wrist in his hands. 

I nodded not being able to speak anymore. 

"you'll be okay, trust me." 

They got me onto the stretcher and into the ambulance. They put an oxygen mask on me everything was blurry from there.
