Chapter 7

Jordan's point of view

"I don't really care what you wear Jordan, just make sure it covers your body okay?" Calum told me after he told me to get dressed. I nodded and he closed my door.

I used the towel I had around my hair to dry my wet hair as best as I could and then threw the towel in a corner of my room to give to Luke later. It was his, so he's responsible for washing it.

I went to my closet and grabbed a pair of ripped light washed skinny jeans, a sleeveless black button-up shirt, my black and white Converse, and then a few of my band bracelets and bracelets that had red on them. I threw it all on and then ran a brush through my hair.

When I finished brushing it, I put it in a ponytail, leaving my bangs to stay in my face. I put in my piercings and then bit my lip. I was missing something. I smiled and then shoved my phone in my jean's pocket.

"Luke!" I yelled for the blonde and walked around. I bumped into him in the hallway and then smiled. "Hey, does Ashton have anymore red bandanas? I remember seeing him wear one before." I said and he nodded.

He took me into Ashton's room and then he opened a drawer where he had a lot of different colored bandanas. He handed me a red one and I thanked him. "No problem. Are you almost ready?" He asked and I nodded.

"Let me put this on and then I'll be finished." He nodded and we walked out of Ashton's room. I went to my bedroom and took a seat infront of my large mirror made for putting make-up on. I folded the piece of fabric and then wrapped it around my head, tying it underneath my ponytail.

I pulled my bangs out from under it and put it on top and then smiled. I got up and then ran downstairs to where the two sat patiently. "Finished." I beamed and they nodded.

"Aww, how cute, it's like a mini Ashton." Calum commented and I nodded with a smile. "Come on, let's go now." He said and I followed him out of the room.

-

"What color do you want your walls to be?" Luke asked me and showed me to a wall full of different shades of colors. I swear some were the same exact one, just with a different name to it so it seems like a lot.

"Can I just leave them white and then cover them up with posters?" I asked and they looked at eachother. "Do we have to paint it?" I asked again.

"Yeah, we can cover it in posters if that's what you want. We can order a few off of the internet and look around for others." Luke told me and I smiled brightly, agreeing with the idea.

"As for the duvet and little accent pieces for your room, you need to pick a style. No black blankets though." Calum said and I nodded.

"Can they be purple with poka dots?" I asked him and he nodded. We looked around and then soon found the perfect set. "Like this." I said and they nodded.

"It looks great." Calum told me and Luke grabbed it. "Now, we need a lamp for your desk, a jewelry case for everything you have, an alarm clock for school, another lamp to go beside your bed, some dressers because the ones you have are old, and then we can go and get your bathroom and school things." He listed.

"That's so much." I commented as he took us to lamp section. "Do I really need all of that?" He nodded and pointed to a bunch of lamps.

"This purple one and this white one." I said and he nodded. "Purple can go beside my bed and the white one can go on my desk because it's white." He grabbed the two carefully and then he swore.

"We'd need to order the dressers and shit, we can't just bring them home." He said and Luke nodded, agreeing with him. "So, those may take a little longer J, but everything else we can get now." He told me and I nodded.

"Pick out a jewelry case." He told me, showing me a few of them. I grabbed the white one and he nodded. "And that's all we can get from here. We'd get the alarm clock and everything at the same store, but we can't get it from here." Calum said and we nodded.

We walked to the cash register that had only one petson in line and them waited for him to finish paying. When he did, we set it all down and the lady rang everything up as Calum pulled out a credit card.

"Next stop we're at should be our last." Calum said and I nodded as he handed the lady his card. She bagged the items and then we carried them away to our car.

-

"Calum?" I asked and he hummed as he grabbed an alarm clock. "Um, never mind." I said, my eyes darting to the girls who kept staring at him as if he was a piece of meat.

"No tell me, what's up?" He asked me and I pointed to the girls behind him. He turned around and then he sighed. "They're our fans. Can you go and grab some of your school supplies while I go and sign some things and take a few photos?" I nodded and walked away as he talked to the girls.

I grabbed a simple black backpack once I saw them and then a pack of pens, lead pencils, lead, some erasers, and then markers. I carried them in my basket and hummed random song lyrics as I looked around some more.

I grabbed a purple binder, a few colored notebooks for each subject, sticky notes, scissors, and then another pack of pens because I use them more than I use pencils.

When I got back, they were standing around talking. I walked up to them and Luke smiled. "Did you get what you need?" I nodded and he nodded.

"Let's go get your bathroom necessi-necessities." Calum said and laughed. "Damn that was a hard word to say." He said and I laughed at him.

"What do you want to smell like?" Luke asked me. "A pina-colada or a beach?" He asked holding up two random bottles.

"Or do you want these ones made for moistening hair and leaving them silky and smooth?" Calum asked, holding to large bottles.

"Or do you want both so you get nice hair that smells good?" Luke said and I just laughed. "Why are you laughing? This is serious business."

"Let's do the second option." I said and they nodded as Calum grabbed the two. "And then get body wash that smells like coconuts because strawberries and beaches are cliche." I said and they laughed as I grabbed one.

"Michael smells like strawberries sometimes." Luke said and I just laughed. "When he comes home from Chelsea's house, he always smells like strawberries." He said and put the hair things in his basket.

"Do you need a curling iron?" Calum asked. "I never shopped for girls younger than me. I don't know if you need these things or not."

"Chelsea used one at her age so just buy them." Luke said and Calum agreed as he put it in Luke's basket. "You're hair is straight as hell anyways so you don't need a straightener. Besides, Michael has one for when Chelsea comea over."

"No make-up." I said as Calum headed over to the make-up section. "I'm thirteen, the most I need is chapstick." I told him and he nodded.

"Of course, I knew that." Calum said and I rolled my eyes at him. "You need towels and those things girls put in their hair, what are they?"

"Bobby pins? Hair ties? Barretts? Bows? Ribbons? Calum, you need to be more specific with this topic." Luke said and I looked at him. "I know a lot about hair, don't judge me."

"I'm not." I said and Luke threw some hair ties and bobby pins in his basket. "And I need those rough ball thingys you put soap on."

"Loofas?" Luke asked and I snapped my fingers and nodded. "God, did you two forget the names of everything?" Luke asked as he threw a purple one in the basket.

"Let's just go get towels before Luke embarasses us even more." Calum said and I grabbed a bottle of deoderant and tossed it in Luke's basket.

"I feel so bad because you're spending so much money on me." I said as we went to an area where there was towels. Calum grabbed a few white ones and held them in his arms.

"Don't worry your pretty little head. It's just money. Let us play a few concerts and do a few interviews and we get it all back. It's not a huge deal." He said and I sighed.

"Are you sure?" I asked him and he nodded. "Fine then." I said and we made our way to the register again.

"You're white dressers, we can order them in from a store and then have them ship it to us. It won't take too long to get them. A few more days at the most." Calum told me and I nodded. "And someone grab my wallet because I can't grab it." He said and we laughed as Luke reached for it.

"Ooh, Luke's gonna go touch the butt." I said and they laughed at my comment. "Bad Luke." I fake scolded and he just rolled his eyes at me.

"You're an idiot." He told me and I nodded, agreeing with him.

-

I played music from the band 'The Pretty Reckless' as I started putting things away. My towels were folded nicely on the towel rack and my shampoo and conditioner was inside of my bathroom already, along with my body wash.

I fixed the bed so now it was purple and white. My pillows also had the same pattern along with the sheets. I had arranged the lamps so it matched the room and then I put all of my actual jewelry in the white box while I left my rubber bracelets inside of a drawer in the white desk.

Right now it was a little before dinner and I was fixing my supplies for school. My binder had my notebooks in it and my pens and pencils were in my backpack. My erasers and everything else in the front pocket along with them.

When I finished, I set my backpack beside my dresser next to my bed and then stood up. I cracked my back and then grabbed my millions of posters thay the boys had got for me.

I looked down and tried to remember who was the tallest of them. I needed help putting these up. "Luke!" I called. "My blonde giant! I need you!"

Soon, he opened my door and peeked his head in here. I waved my poster around and he got the memo. "This is where having tall people come in handy, especially when you're short as hell." I said and he agreed.

He helped me unwrap the posters and then I grabbed the pack of tacks and opened them, setting them on my bed. I grabbed my poster of the boys and hung it up beside my bed. Yes, they bought me a poster of themselves.

"Where to you want Paramore?" He asked me and I pointed to beside my desk. He posted it up and then I opened another poster of the band Green Day.

I put it up right under my Paramore poster and then Luke unwrapped another one. "Put All Time Low beside my bed, like on the wall adjacent to the one with you four on it." I said and he looked at me confused. "This one." I said and pointed at the wall in front of me. He nodded and then put it up.

"This is going to take ages." I sighed and he agreed. "Especially when you don't know what adjacent means."

"In my defense, I haven't been in school for like a year."
