I was in bit of a difficult situation, but I am fine to update now! I hope you are enjoying the book! Back to the story:

---JUNGKOOKS POV---

When the time came to go to Japan, there was no physical way to restrain Tae and Jimin. They were singing and dancing and joking and hitting their heads on the roof and messing around!

Only Namjoon could shut them up by playing "let's see who can be quiet the longest."

I thought that only worked on toddlers and idiots?

Hmm, you learn something new every day...

We arrived at the airport, but missed out first flight because Tae was in the toilet for too long, so we had to catch the next one.

When we did eventually board, I sat next to Hoseok.

"Yah Kook!" He said excitedly. "Only English time. Only English Speakeu. Okay? You know what I'm saying?"

"But we are going to Japan..." I chuckled in Korean.

"ONLY ENGLISH SPEAKUE!" He commanded.

"Aishh okay." I said. "I'm good."

Jimin leant over the seat and began to talk to us, but we ended up with a spray of spit over our faces.

Yuk jiminie... You Pabo...

Hoseok scolded him in English but I gave up trying to understand!

Y/N fell asleep behind us, and was resting her head on Yoongi's shoulder, who was also asleep.

AIGOO - those two should date instead of us!

We landed eventually, and got off the plane. The heat hit me like a brick wall, but I got an amazing view!

Clear oceans surrounding us, a small hotel on the hill, birds in the sky! It was positively beautif-

"Yah- Jungkook, can you move?" Jimin asked.

It then occurred to me I was standing on the ramp and blocking everyone else! Oops.

We eventually got to the hotel.

"What do you mean there are only 4 rooms?! You mean Y/N has to share with one of us?!" Yoongi complained. "But there are only double beds here!"

"She can go with me!" I smiled.

"HELL NO." They all said at once.

"What? What's wrong?" I asked. Jimin smirked and winked at me. "What the-FRICK no! We would never- we're only- JIMIN!" I said, shocked.

He chuckled.

"Let's do Rock Paper Scissors." Y/N suggested. "Last man standing is - regretfully- my partner for the nights,"

We gathered in a circle.

"Rock, paper, SCISSORS!"

I was out first round, then Jimin, then Namjoon and Yoongi, then Jin and Tae which meant...

"HOSEOK!" Everyone laughed.

He blushed and sighed.

"Fine."

We all went up to the rooms and I waved Y/N goodbye as I went to my room with Jimin.

---Y/N's POV---

To be honest, I was uncomfortable sharing a bed with anyone, but it would be even more awkward with Jung Hoseok, since he was my first crush in middle school.

But I wasn't single anymore. I couldn't get distracted by my thoughts.

We went in the room and he smiled, tossing his bags to the side and rushing over to the window sill.

"Hey Y/N! Check out this view!" He smiled, opening the window and letting the gentle breeze ruffle his hair.

We had a beautiful view of the sea, and the beach was just hidden behind a few trees.

"Pretty!" I smiled like a 3 year old, feeling the wind on my fingertips.

"Come on - unpack and choose where you are sleeping. The left side looks more comfortable and is closest to the window." Hoseok explained.

"I'll take the right side." I smiled. "Let's unpack."

Hoseok bought even more clothes than me, and 2/3rds of the wardrobe was claimed by his hoodies, jeans and shirts. He even bought 17 shoes which he claimed was "8 pair and 1 spare"

I finished putting my stuff away and we met up with the others to go to the beach.

Jimin laid out a thick, checkered blanket and we all plopped down on it quickly to stop it flying away in the wind.

Unfortunately, Jin missed the blanket and got sand all in his underwear.

After a picnic lunch, Hoseok fell asleep, and that was a big mistake. All seven of us found something to dig with, and we buried his entire body in sand. Jungkook then got his arty head on and began to carve shapes.

---HOSEOKS POV---

I awoke to feel the hot sun kissing my face, and I could hear the seagulls flying around in the air above my head. The gentle lapping of the waves seemed very distant, though I knew we were only about 10 metres away from the sea.

When I looked up, I could see Y/N and the boys messing around and laughing in the water, splashing each other and having fun.

I was about to get up and join them when I realised that my body couldn't move! I was pinned down by layers and layers of sand!

"LOOK! THE MERMAID'S AWAKE!" I heard Taehyung shout, and they all laughed, running over.

Jungkook was laughing hardest, so I am guessing he was the one who had shaped the sand rather cleverly into a mermaid's tail.

"Hoseok! You looks beautiful!" Y/N laughed.

"Smile for the camera Mr Mermaid!" Yoongi laughed, clicking his camera.

I was helpless - there was no where, and no way, for me to run.

"Wait, he isn't Mr Mermaid!" Jimin piped up. "He is the one and only 'Mer-seok"

All of us - including me - burst out laughing.

"Can you help me out already?!" I asked, thrashing around desperately.

"Nah - come on guys!" Taehyung laughed, and they ran off, leaving me stranded.

A few minutes later, Y/N returned.

"You need some help?" She chuckled.

"Please!" I begged.

She knelt down and began gently scooping handfuls of sand away, making a pile to my left.

Eventually, my legs emerged from my sandy tail, and she laughed as she helped me up.

"Can you walk after all that?" She asked.

I chuckled.

"If I couldn't walk, I would be called a dipstick Y/N. Don't doubt my strength okay?"

"Okay!" She chuckled.

I brushed my legs off and shook the sand off my shorts, then took a step...

And face-planted in the sand because my legs had fallen asleep.

She couldn't stop laughing as I stood back up and spat out the sand the had flown into my mouth.

I loved to see her laughing.

"Aww! Y/N?! Why did you let him out?" Jungkook whined playfully, running over.

"Sorry oppa..." She chuckled cutely.

"Come on - let's go!" E said excitedly, and they both ran off together hand-in-hand.

I sighed.

At least we had a little moment together.

I stood up and went to the sea to wash my feet off, and looked over at the others, playing around happily.

"Yah, Hobi! Hurry up hyung!" Taehyung smiled, jogging over.

I finished up and he pulled me over to where the others were, and we got in a massive water fight!

Taehyung kicked water up at me to start it all off, then Jungkook and Jimin copied. Yoongi was trying to rest but Y/N pulled him into the sea and he ended up having fun too!

Just then, I felt something on my ankles and I slipped, feeling the water crash over my face.
