I feel like Himaruya-sensei made good characters, but has ill-suited personalities for the more recent ones.

I mean, I feel like characters like Britain (besides Italy, France, and Poland) fits their country well because of the country's principles and stuff (to the British aristocracy, saying that someone's not a gentleman was "the strongest negative one could say... without forcing a dual," and the British has the largest variety of words for just "idiot"), but I feel like Vietnam's not that good of a representation of the Vietnamese.

Yes, an awful lot of Vietnamese people are shy, but an awful lot are also photogenic.

Vietnam, non-photogenic? Please. I have hundreds of Vietnamese relatives, and they're aDDICTED TO SELFIES.

Almost any Vietnamese person I see is addicted to photography. Just not my childhood friends, but even they get all "selfie" every once in a while.

One or two of them have a non-humanly addiction to taking strange photos with alienated people (especially puckering their lips and standing beside a sassy-looking girl).

But point aside.

Sight-seeing places in Vietnam are popular, and I can tell because there would always be hundreds of people in a meh-looking flower field/giant garden.

Many Vietnamese people has no iPhones or any iDevice, but has a camera or two.

My mom always have thousands of photos of just her, her husband, me, and my sister (tens of just one thing).

Point aside.

Not to be rascist, but shouldn't Vietnam be photogenic?

....like Philippines? (Rosel-D said that many Philipino people were photogenic)
