So you want to be a head writing admin? What you have to do is come up with selection book ideas. Before you post the book though, you have to check with one of the head admins or assistnat head admins. You also are responsible for making pretty decent covers for the books unless you choose to make the writing admins do it. You also are in charge of making sure the writing admins, and yourselves (sometimes), are updating the book frequently.
