His heart didn't beat for a second...

Words chocked inside his mouth...

And....

His hands and feets got freezed on the spot.......

When he saw something that took his breathe right away.....

And after few seconds of utter bewilderness.....words finally took their way out his mouth

Aditi on a call : Zain maine jo list di hai vo yaad se le aana...

Zain : Haa aditi...main mall me aa gya hu....or main sab le aungaa

Aditi : Zain vo bhii......

Zain : Ha ha baba mujhe yaad hai......tumhare ladle ka birthday hai kal....and uske liye special gifts or toys laane hai.....subah se 4 baar yaad dila chuki ho.....Main nhi bhulunga

Aditi : Zain uska kal 1st birthday hai..... I am vey excited.......Yaad hai humne imara ka birthday kaise celebrate kiya tha.....hum Ansh ka bhi bilkul vese hi krenge.....

Zain : Ha aditi....mujhe yaad hai....or kal ka din bohot special hai humare liye....jise hum bohot ache se celebrate krengee.....

Aditi : Acha zain tum sab le aana...main phone rkhti hu..mujhe bohot saari taiyari krni hai

Zain : Okay...bye...main aata hu...

*Cuts the call *

Zain thoughts : Ye aditi bhi na....kitni excited ho jaati hai....or kal ke liye to kuch jyada hi excited hai....Afterall ho kyu na.......humare bete ansh ka first birthday jo hai.......Or Aditi koi kami nhi rkhna chahti.....
Pichle ek week se sab ready kr rhi hai.......She is hell excited and happy for tommorows special day...

He chuckled at his own thoughts...

After 2 hours
Zain entered the house

The moment he entered the house

Aditi saw him and get curious to see the things that he has brought

In excitment she begin to run fast on the stairs

She did not noticed when stair begins..... and therefore she missed the first one........because of which she loses her balance and slipped from the stairs.............falling on the floor with blood oozing out of her head......

"Aaaa......diiiii.....tiiiiiii...."

Zain screamed out loud after few seconds of chocking

Because the moment he saw aditi falling in front of his eyes......his heart refuses to beat for a second......

He rushed to her....throwing all the shoppings bags right there....and just running to her in his best speed....

"Adiiiiiiiiti...iii....."

He pulled her up.....and saw the blood all over her forehead.....

He got panicked seeing so much blood

He held her face in her hands.....and said in his shivering yet chocked voice

"A....a...aditi....aditi utho.....utho aditii...."

"Aditiii k...k...Kuch nhi hoga tumhe......main hu na......aankhe kholo aditi.....aa....aankhe kholo....."

And
There comes the voice of aditi.....

She was unconscious...and her vision was completely blurred

But she could hear his words falling faintly in her ears....

"Z....z....za.......za...."

Zain continues tapping her cheeks while hugging her close to his chest......with his arms around her back.......holding her tightly

"A...a.....adittii.....tum....tum...tumhe......k...k...kuch nhi hoga......tum bs apni aankhe khole rkhnaa...haa....suna tumne m...m..maine kya kaha......h...h..."

His eyes were full of tears.......and his words were chocking in his mouth

Aditi was losing her consciousness.....proceeding towards fainting completely......

But zain tried to keep her up

In the mean time he called the ambulance.....which was on its way

'Aa...... aa....aditi....dekho...aankhe khuli rkhna haa...pl.....pl....pleaseee....MERE LIYE........aa...aaditi tumhe kuch nhi ho skta.........M...m...main tumhe kuch ni hone dunga....

Zain's tears were flowing continuosly falling on her cheeks

The blood was increasing from her wounds....and her vision was going blurred slowly....

Zain was fearing.....he was very scared seeing aditi's condition......

He could not imagine anything happening to her.....Moreover he could not imagine his life without her....

And then the ambulance came

They took her to the hospital

Aditi was rushed to the icu as soon as they reached the hospital

Zain was roaming restlessly outside the icu....praying for her well being

He did not know what to do.....as he was feeling competely helpless

Doctor came out

Zain was standing right at the enterance and curiosly looked at him

" Dekhiye....patient ki condition bohot critical hai......due to falling from stairs her wounds are very deep..........and also.....she has lost alot of blood......"

Zain stood in shock

He get panicked
"N....n...no doctor.....U...u...u have to save her........pl..pl...please wh....wh...whatever it needs....please do that.....u have to save her anyhow......"

Doctor : I understand.....We r trying our best.....But we are afraid that she might end up going into comma....due to her heavy head injury......

Zain gets another shock....
He took a step back....as he could not believe the reality....

He is still in a shock....
He was still praying that somehow all this just.....just turn out to be his bad dream....

But all this was a reality.....a barsh reality.....

Zain : D....doctor please save her......I....I....I beg u doctor.....please use bacha lijiye....pleaseee.......

He folded his hands.....as he was very shattered and broken right now......

His heart did not want anything else accept her

Doctor : Dont worry.....We will try our best...

With that doctor got back to their work

In the meanwhile Zain'family arrived

Zain'smom : Zain.....

She hugged him...who was crying against her mothers hug

Zain : Mom....aditi......

Zain's mom : Zain...kuch nhi hoga bacha.....tu chinta kyu krta hai.....dekhna allah sab theek krenge....

Meanwhile his brother also hugged him

Zain hugged him even more tighly....as if releasing and sharing all his pain with his brother

Zain's brother : Zain....dekh kuch nhi hoga humari aditi ko....or tu to janta hai na vo kitni strong hai.....hmm.......bs kr ab rona band kr......

Zain cried his heart out with his brother and mom

Zain : Bhai.....agr use....use kuch ho gya to....to.....

Bhaiya was consoling him : Kuch nhi hoga zain.....aditi bilkul thik ho jayegi.........Tu himmat mat har....

Zain's mom was carresing his hairs : Zain.....tu sambhal khudko....agr tu himmat harega to....to apne bacho ko kaise sambhalega...huh....

Zain looked at her

"Ha zain....tu ghr jaa abhi.....Imara or Ansh ko teri zarurat hai is waqt......"

Zain : Pr Mom....A....aditi....

Zain's mom : Hum hai na yha.....or jaise hi use hosh ayega....hum tujhe bula lenge ........

Pr filhaal tu ghr jaa beta......tere bacho ko teri zarurat hai........

teri bhabhi vha akele unhe nhi sambhal payegi beta.....unhe apne papa ki sabse jyada zarurat hai is waqt......

Zain nodded....

He wipped his tears

As he has to be strong..... for his kids...

They need their mother......but right now their mother cant be with them........

and until she gets fine....He has to be with them....

No matter how shattered he is right now........

No matter how much pain he is going through knowing aditi's condition....

But.....He has to be strong in front of his children......

"Main tumhe aise akele chodke nhi jana chahta aditi.......

Lekin humare bacho ko meri zarurat hai .....vo is waqt akele hai.....

Tum .......tum jaldi se theek ho jana aditi......main tunhare bina nhi jee paunga..........or na hi vo dono......
