Next morning

Aditi went to imara's room and sat beside her.....she was sleeping

Aditi smoothly caressed her forehead but gets shocked "Ye....ye itni garam kyu ho rhi hai.......FEVER.......imara aapko to...aapko to fever hai....."

She gets nervous and panicked
"Imaraaa.....imara......utho beta"

She immediately shouted for zain "ZAINNNN......ZAIN.......PLEASE COME FAST...."

zain came running to the room

Aditi panicked "Zain.....imaraa...."

Zain got nervous "Imara.....Kya hua imara ko..."

Aditi started crying
"Zain ise....ise fever hai.....or dekho ye uth bhi nhi rhiii hai......pleasee kuch kro Zain...."she said while crying

Zain got all panicked
He immediately went to imara and patted her cheeks "Imara....imara......my princess......utho beta....kya hua aapko....imaraa...."

"Zain..ple...please kuch kro.......kya hua ise...."

Aditi was crying and zain was in shock......he dont know what to do....his legs were shivering......but he consoled aditi

"Aditi....dont worry.....kuch...kuch nhi hoga imara ko.....hum ise...ise hospital leke chalte hai..."

Zain picked imara in his hands and aditi followed him to the car

They reached the hospital and imara was admitted

Zain "Doctor meri....meri beti...ise bohot tez bukhar hai...please do something"

Doctor was examining her

Zain and aditi were standing near her bed

Nurse was giving her an injection

Aditi could not see this and hugged zain...She hide her face into zain's chest while crying......

A tear rolled down into zain's eyes too.....as he could not see her in pain.....

After some times

Doctor : She had mild fever.....we have given her injection...she will gain consciousness soon.

Aditi signalled zain "Zain vo..."

He tell the doctor about imara

Zain : Vo actually doctor....imara....she also get fainted yesterday....in her school....we were about to bring her to you...but in the morning this happened.......is everything okay?

Doctor : Oh.....she get fainted and now she had fever also...i think hume iske kuch test kr lene chahiye....dont worry hum iske kuch test kr lete hai.....and reports aap ko shaam tk mil jayegi

Zain : Ohkay doctor.....but she...she will be fine na.....i mean.....use kuch hoga to nhi...

Doctor : Dont worry....she will be fine....

Doctor left and imara was alone with zain and aditi around her

They were there for all the time

After some times

Imara was gaining consciousness

Imara speaks in her low voice : M...m...mumma....

Aditi held her hands "Imaraa....my baby....haa....mumma yhi hai...

Imara : Pa...pa...

She slowly opened her eyes..
Zain kissed her while having tears in his eyes "Imaara....my princess.....dont worry beta....papa aapko kuch nhi hone denge..."

Imara said in her weak n slow voice : Papa....aap cry kyu kr rhe ho....please dont cry papa

Zain gets emotional seeing imara caring for him

He wiped his tear "No imara....see papa is not crying.....and aap...aap bilkul thik ho jaoge....i promise"

Nurse entered the room
"we have to take her for her tests"

Zain nodded at her

Imara got scared and she immediately hugged aditi "No mumma....mujhe nhi jaana..."

Aditi caressed her hairs "Imara....aap bilkul worry mat kro...mumma papa hai na.....or mumma aapke saath hi rhegi....promise"

Zain : Or meri princess to bohot strong hai.....right imara"

She nodded cutely

Aditi kissed her "good girl....now come.....mumma will be there with you...aap bilkul mat darna...okay"

They took her for the tests...

In the evening
(In the hospital room)
Aditi was with imara...feeding her soup with her own hands

Imara : Bs mumma...or nhi peena

Aditi : Imara.....aap good girl ho na....come on.....or aap soup nhi piyoge to thik kaise hoge...

Imara listened to her amd finished her soup.

Now Aditi was making her sleep

While on the other hand.....Zain was sitting on the sofa....
He was constantly looking at the watch......as he was waiting for her reports to come..

He was very nervous and was hoping that nothing is serious with her.

Doctor entered with the reports

Zain got up "Doctor imara ke reports aa gye....?"

He went along with doctor

Zain got nervous "Doc...doctor......you are scaring me.....sab....sab thik hai na....meri imara....vo thik hai na..?

Zain got utterly shocked........it was a heart breaking news for him.....he..he could not believe his ears...

Zain "WH.....what.....what are you saying doctor....ye aap kya keh rhe hai......vo......vo bilkul thik hai.....main janta hu...kuch nhi hua hai meri imara ko.....kuch nhi......

Doctor : Mr Zain...I know its very hard for you to believe.......but its true.....she has cancer.

Zain felt the ground sleeping under his feet.....his heart was paining...as if someone had stabbed him with a dagger on his heart.

Zain was panting "No..no..no....no doctor......this can't happen.....vo...vo to abhi bohot choti hai....she...she....she is just 5

Doctor : I know that....but we can't challenge destiny....its her fate.....poor girl.....i am feeling your pain.....but we cant help it.

Zain was still in a trauma......while unknown with the fact that aditi listened all this....as she was standing right outside the cabin

Listening to this news....Aditi shattered on the spot......it was very hard for a mother to believe that her child has cancer.......

Zain heard her crying......he went to her and they both started crying

Aditi "Zain....no.....no this.....this can't happen...meri beti......vo meri beti hai......use kuch nhi hua hai.....no...no......vo bilkul thik hai...."

Aditi was not in her senses..she was out of her control.....

Zain was also crying...and trying to made her believe this bitter truth...

Aditi : No zain....tum....tum kaise maan skte ho ye.....ye....ye jhut hai....c...c...c....cancer.....meri imara ko....no......no...never...aisa nhi ho skta.....

Doctor : Aap dono please shant ho jayiye....sambhaliye khud ko

Zain consoled aditi "Aditi....listen......"

Aditi " No zain...i dont want to listen.."

He jerked her with his hands
" Aditi.....I said listen to me.....meri baat suno.....kuch nhi hoga imara ko.....Main hu na......you trust me....right...."

Aditi cried on his chest "Zain.....tum use bacha loge na.....kuch nhi hoga na humari imara ko....tum....tum kuch nhi hone doge na..bolo..."

Zain controlled his emotions but from inside he was completely shattered...only he knew what he was going through...

Zain : Dont...dont worry aditi.....maine kaha na....main imara ko kuch nhi hone dunga......kuch bhi nhi.....vo bilkul thik ho jayegi....I...I promise you...."
