Samaina were in each other's embrace...when the door of the room opened suddenly....and Deepika came running towards them...Naina moved back a little....and Deepika came and hugged her Sameer bhaiya tightly......She had been crying a lot....and now had started hiccuping as well...Sameer was worried seeing his little princess crying so much.....He gently caressed her back to calm her down.....

She was in school...when Sameer left for office...and by the time she came back, she didn't know what all was going on...why her most favorite bhabhi is so worried.....But by the time it was time for dinner and Sameer was not back yet, she knew something was wrong...she had been asking everyone about him...but no one gave her a proper reply...they kept telling her that Sameer would be back soon.....She had been up the whole night with everyone...and slept really late, after her little body was over-exhausted.....Hence, she was still sleeping when Sameer came back home with everyone....And had come to see her brother as soon as she was up, and got to know that he's back......

Sameer: Deepu...plz rona band kro naa...

Deepika: (sobbing) Aap kahan chle gye the?

Sameer: Vo...mai.....

Naina: Umm..vo Deepu...aapke Sameer bhaiya aapke saath naa hide & seek keel re the...

Deepika: Hide & seek?

Naina: Ha..haann....vo naa chhup gye the....aur unko dekhna tha ki unki Deepu unko dhoondh skti h yaa nii......

Sameer: Haan...aur dekho aapne dhoondh lia....

Deepika: Maine?

Naina: Haan...aap ro re the naa to aapki bhabhi gyi aur jaaje aapke bhaiya ko bahot daant lagayi....ki meri Deepu ko itna kyu rulaya?

Sameer: Haan..aur fir aapki bhabhi mujhe kheench k ghar le aayi....

Deepika made an angry pout thinking that all this was true....They couldn't tell her the entire thing....she was still a kid..and whatever the kids see or hear leave a great impact in their heart and mind....and it lasts for a really long time...If Deepika would  know the entire truth, it would leave a long impact on her mind...They cannot afford to inculcate a fear in her budding mind.....And Naina's lie saved it.........

Deepika: Aapko pata h sb kitna tensed the.....Jao katti....

Sameer held his one ear with a cute pout....

Sameer: Sorry Deepu....I promise ab aise kabhi b nii krunga......

Deepika: Pakka promise?

Sameer: Haan....pakka wala promise....

Deepika looked at Naina, and raised both her eyebrows asking whether to forgive him or not....

Naina: Is baar maaf kr do Deepu....next time se aise nii chalega....

Deepika: Ok...maaf kia...lekin next time se aise nii krna...aapko pata h..bhabhi kitna ro rii thi...aur Nani aur Mumma b..mai b bahot royi....sb bahot worried the....Abse aise hide & seek nii khelna....

Sameer looked at Naina, and she didn't meet his gaze...and diverted her eyes towards the floor....Sameer could feel what Naina might have gone through....he had gone through the same fear, when she was in the hospital.......

He was lost in his thoughts, and Deepika kept instructing him like a strict teacher.....And he just kept nodding his head to everything......

Sameer: Ab kabhi aise nii krunga....I promise....

Deepika: Ok...

Finally Deepika smiled...and Samaina were relieved to see her chirpy self.....Updating Sameer of the previous day's event in school....she left to take a bath, when Vishakha called her from the outside....Naina made Sameer lie down on the bed and asked him to get some rest.....Even after her heart wrenching confession...there was still something, that was bothering her....She was about to get up and go, when he pulled her hand and asked her to sit down.....She sat back again, but was still not looking at him....

Sameer: (softly) Jaan...kya hua h? Batao naa...Please....kahin ab bhi tum wahi sb to ni soch rii naa?

Naina didn't say anything....but when she heard him, she knew in which direction his thoughts are going......She immediately looked at him..and shook her head vehemently.......Her eyes were filled with tears......And Sameer got really worried.....

Naina: Nii Sameer...aap aise kyu soch re hain....Mai bs......

Sameer: Tum kya Naina? Kaho naa....jo b tumhaare dil mei h, keh do..aur is dard ko beh jaane do.... 

Naina hugged him tightly and started crying....

Naina: Mai...bahot...bahot...darr....gyi thi...aap...aapko aise dekh k...Sameer aaj mujhe smjh aaya...ki jb...jb mai aapko....aapko kaisa feel hua hoga.....Mai...Mujhe....kuchh smjh hi nii aa raa tha Sameer.....I can't loose u...naa aaj..naa kl...naa kabhi aur....I'll die without you....I can't even imagine my life without u....aap meri zindagi h Sameer...aapke bina jeene ka to mai soch b nii skti....

Saying this she cried again...and he hugged her back more tightly.....They both held each other very close.....and this was all that was needed......No words, no gestures could give them the peace and assurance, that their closeness could......They both didn't leave each other, until they heard a knock on the door.....Naina moved back and went to open the door.....There stood their entire family...with emotional faces....Swapreeamrita came and hugged her tightly...Naina was taken aback by their gesture, but one look at everyone's face and she knew that now they were aware of what Kartik tried to do with her.....She too hugged them back and let her emotions flow out freely......

Nani and Vishakha came ahead, once the girls left Naina...and Nani took her in her warm embrace and she cried her heart out......Vishakha kept caressing her back...and all had tears in their eyes....they didn't even wanted to imagine, what would've happened, if Naina had not been able to fight for herself...

It is really needed that a girl is able enough to fight for herself...from taking a stand for something that she feel is right..to fight for herself, when it comes to her dignity......Our history has witnessed, that whenever it comes to a woman's pride and dignity there had been huge battles fought..and every time the people who had tried to ruin her dignity....had paid the price with their own lives......and in today's present scenario..it is really required that women know how to save themselves...and should be trained for self defense......She should be trained enough and instead of telling women, to not step out of the house after a certain time, or what kind of clothes to wear...we should work more on making it a safer place for women to live a free life....liberty is a basic right and everyone deserves it...irrespective of gender.......

Naina calmed down after some time...and Nanu came ahead and patted her head....

Nanu: I'm proud of you beta....tumne naa sirf aaj apne pati ki jaan bachayi h..balki sahi maynon mei ek aurat ki sahi taakat ka parichay b dia h...

Nani: Haan beta...aur ab aansun nii bahana....kyunki humaari bachchi kamzor nii h...hai naa?

Naina: Bilkul b nii Nani....

Vivek: (hugging her) That's like my daughter....

They all moved inside and in some time their family Dr came to examine Sameer's wounds.....

Dr: Don't worry ghaav gehre nii hain...bs zada der garam angaare paas rakhne ki wajah se jal gye hain....ek hafte proper bed rest...fir sb theek ho jayega..maine kuchh medicines like di h...unhe lena aur ye ointment lagate rehna...isse jldi theek ho jayega...aur zada chalna mt....

Sameer: Jii uncle....

The Dr left after giving some more instructions to Sameer...and asked them to call him anytime needed.....They all settled down there itself.....While the girls went out to do the pooja for the day...and came back with prasad for everyone.....

Vishakha: Pehle Naina ko kuchh fruits khila do....kl se isne paani tk nii piya h....

Sameer: (shocked) Kya? Tum pagal to nii ho? Koi zaroorat nii h...chup chap se khana khao....ab koi vrat nii rakhogi tum....

Naina: Lekin....

Sameer: (shouting) Maine bol dia naa.....

Naina got really scared seeing Sameer's anger...

Nanu: Sameer...shaant ho jaa....

Sameer: Lekin Nanu...

Nanu: Beta...dekh khaya to kisi ne b nii h naa.....Uski glti nii h....tere jaate hi vo pareshaan thi...tujhe b to pata chal jata h naa...jb vo musibat mei hoti h..... aur ab daantne ki jagah use kuchh khila de...jaanta hu tune b kuchh nii khaya h.....

Nani ordered fruits and juice for everyone....all the ladies had decided to fast if Sameer would come back home all safe and sound...and hence they all were fasting today and Dr had asked Sameer to eat only healthy food, which would cool his body heat...and help him recover faster.....Naina kept playing with the fruits in her plate....She really felt bad when Sameer had shouted on her...why can't he understand her state of mind.....how can he expect her eat, when he was in such a bad state.....she remembered how he had fasted for more than almost two days, when she was fighting for her life in the hospital...

Nanu saw this, and called Naina and made her sit next to Sameer....She obliged quietly.....

Nanu: Chalo..ab dono ek doosre ko khilao....

Sameer brought a piece of apple close to her mouth, but she didn't bother to eat it...He looked at her lovingly and held one ear and mouthed a slow sorry...how come someone not melt with this innocent gesture....She really hated Sameer at times for being so cute...she can't stay mad at him for longer.....and he knew that very well...He was a deadly combination of innocence and hotness......

Naina smiled a bit...and ate the apple from his hands...she too fed him.....all smiled seeing the love between the couple......when Naina came out of her Sameer land..and realized that their entire family was here.....her cheeks colored instantly..and Sameer scratched the back of his head shying.....Once done with a light breakfast....they all sat together to spend some family time...when seeing Naina still tensed..Rohan asked....

Rohan: Bhabhi....kya hua? Koi aur baat h kya? 

Preeti: Haan...tu abhi b tensed lg rii h.....kuchh h to bata naa....

Naina: Nii...mai bs ye soch rii thi...ki Kartik ye sb akele nii kr akta...koi aur b h uski saath....

Vivek: Kya mtlb?

Naina: Papa....kl office ki leave thi.....mtlb koi b nii tha...fir suddenly kaise data ko tamper krne ki koshish ki, vo b kl hi k din? Aur fir koi to tha jo Sameer ko follow krra tha...use pata tha ki aaj office Mei koi nii h...humaare drivers aur guards b leave p h.....I mean I feel abhi b aisa kuchh h jo humein nii pata...and it can cause problem in future.....koi aur tha jo use ye saari information de raa tha...koi humaare hi company k andar ka h......jisne humein ditch kia h..... 

Nanu: Baat to Naina ki sahi h....

All this while, Pandit was sitting with his laptop......after food and his family, his laptop was the next important thing in his life.....He can never let anyone harm his family....his brother...and someone had tried to harm Sameer severely and also Naina...and he can never let go off of that person so easily.....He grabbed everyone's attention.....

Pandit: Bhabhi sahi bol rii h...ye sb planned tha....ye dekho....

He showed his laptop to everyone.....It showed some IP address.....

Munna: Ye to koi IP address lg raa h....

Pandit: Haan....humaare company ka data koi b aise hi access nii kr skta..security walls strict h....And bs firewalls active krke hi nii....blki Maine aur b algorithms laga k use secured kia h....jisne ye kia h naa..usne apna private IP address use kia h...but since its dynamic, I had to track it back.....usne apne account Mei login kia h...and from there he had tried to tamper our office data.....Ye login HR department ka h.....

Naina: What? Mere department se?

Pandit: Haan Bhabhi.....

Naina: Kisne?

Pandit: Lemme check.....

All waited anxiously and Naina was way more anxious...she could never imagine that someone from her department, would try to harm her husband...she knew many girls envied her....who had crush on Sameer.....but couldn't imagine even in her wildest of dreams...that someone can stoop so low.....Her reverie was broken by Pandit's voice...

Pandit: Kisi Sharad Kumar k account se login kia h....Aur jis IP address se login h...vo b isi k naam p registered h.....

Munna: Ye kon h?

Amrita: Yrr...naam to nii suna h....Naina tujhe pata h kya?

Naina was shocked hearing the name...she had always thought that Sharad was a really nice and a simple guy.....She had always helped him, thinking that he was a decent boy from a small town....but how can she fail to understand his real motives....And what was his intentions behind all this?

Naina just nodded hearing Amrita's question...then she went on to tell everyone starting from the first day she had met Sharad and tried to help him..in every way possible, thinking of him to be simple boy...Sameer clenched his fists, realizing what that guy was trying to do...he was trying to woo his wife...and that explains all his doing...and Naina had been very naive to understand his real intentions behind his extra friendly nature...But Naina was not the one to be blamed...she had a really pure heart.....And she found everyone as guileless just like her.....Sameer held Naina's hand to give her support...

Naina: Mujhe kabhi smjh hi nii aaya ki vo ye sb.....lekin kyu?

Sameer: Isme tumhaari glti nii h.....aur is kyu ka jawaab tumhe wahi insaan dega..jisne ye sb kia h.....

Munna called the commissioner and asked him trace out Sharad's place of hiding and to arrest him right away.....They all waited eagerly after knowing that Sharad was not at the address, which he had provided in office....They all forced Naina to eat something...but she wanted answers to all her unanswered questions.....Sameer somehow made her eat a few morsels.....

They all retired to their rooms after lunch to catch some much needed rest....none of them had a wink of sleep since yesterday.....Sameer lied down holding Naina too close to himself.....And Naina too clung to him...they both didn't wanted to leave each other.....It was late evening when they got the information of Sharad....he was hiding at the same place, where Kartik had called Naina...He though that no one would get to know of his whereabouts if he hides in the same place....as the police had already raided that place in the morning......

Police brought him to Maheshwari estates and they all gathered in the living room.....it was evident from his current state that he had been beaten up by the police, but not too much.....Rohan ran and grabbed his collar....and roared at him.....

Rohan: Bol..kyu kia ye sb?

Nanu: Rohan...leave him....hum kanoon apne haath mei nii le skte.....

Rohan: Nanu...I don't care..isne mere bhai ki jaan lene mei us Kartik ki help ki h....aur Bhabhi ko b.....

Rohan gave a hard punch on his face...and Sharad fell on the floor....

Inspector: Mr Maheshwari please inhe rokiye.....   

Nanu: (strictly) Rohan....

Rohan moved back and stood beside Mundit...who too wanted to kill this guy for what he did...but firstly they needed to know why did he do all this....

Inspector: Ab batao inhe kyu kia tumne ye sb.....

Sharad: Mai yahan ek nayi zindagi shuru krne aaya tha...bahot saal k struggle k baad mujhe ye mauka mila tha....lekin office k pehle hi din mujhe Naina.....Naina pasand aa gyi thi...

Naina was shocked at this revelation...whereas, Sameer who was sitting till now, clenched his fist....and Romundit too wanted to break his face with which he dared to utter Naina's name.....Still they wanted to know the entire thing...

Sharad: Maine ye sb kisi ko nii bataya tha.....bs mere roommate ko...vo kisi doosri company mei job krta tha...fir mujhe ek unknown number se phone aane laga...ki Sameer Maheshwari ko barbaad krne k liye use meri madad chahiye aur iske liye vo mujhe bahot paise dega...maine mana kr dia...mujhe apni job nii khoni thi... aur mai Naina k b kareeb rehna chahta tha.....Mai usse baat krne k bahane dhoondhta tha...mujhe laga vo b shayad mujhe pasand krti h..isiliye hamesha meri madad krti h...lekin us din mujhe pata chala ki vo is Sameer Maheshwari ki biwi h...usne ise chuna mujhe nii...kyu? Kyunki ye ameer h..paise wala h..aur mai ek normal employee....tabhi maine soch lia tha...ki mai is Maheshwari ko isse dur kr dunga.....fir ise mere paas aana hi padega......

Saying this, Sharad again looked at Naina...and Sameer could take it no more....forgetting totally about his pain, he got up from his place...and gave a hard punch on Sharad's face....when he fell down, Sameer again pulled him back by his collar...and beat him again....Sameer continued punching him...Sharad's nose started to bleed......Nanu had to intervene....

Nanu: Sameer...shaant ho jaa....

But seemed like Sameer had lost it again...Nanu gestured Romundit to stop him..and reluctantly they held him back...not because they wanted to...but Sameer's wounds were still fresh....They forcefully separated Sameer from Sharad, and made him sit back again......Once he was able to speak again, Sharad continued...

Sharad: Maine hi Kartik k aadmi ko apna login info dia tha...ye sb humne Sameer ko ghar se bahar laane k liye kia tha..aur vo truck b Kartik ne hi bhja tha....aur fir Sameer k phone se humne hi uske PA ko b message kia tha ki kisi emergency ki wjah se vo nii aa skta..aur ghar p kisi ko call naa kre.....Fir humne Naina ko wahan bulaane k liye Sameer ka video bhja....

They all looked at him with utter disgust.....

Swati: Tum to Naina ko psnd krte the naa...fir uske saath aisa kaise kr skte the?

Sharad: Maine Kartik ko kaha tha..ki mujhe Sameer se koi mtlb nii h....mujhe bas Naina chahiye...lekin usne mujhe double cross kia..Mai wahin p chhupa tha...maine jb suna, ki vo Naina k saath....fir uska video...mai rokna chahta tha...lekin uske aadmiyon ne mujhe pakad lia......Aur fir police jb sbko leke gyi...mai b bhaag gaya...kyunki mai pkda nii jana chahta tha......Mai bs chahta tha ki Kartik Sameer ko maar de...aur Naina meri ho jaaye.....    

He stopped abruptly feeling a tight slap on his face......And the source was Naina.....She was looking at him a lot of anger....

Naina: Tumhaari himmat b kaise hui...mere Sameer ko chot pahaunchane ki? Aur kya kaha tumne? Mai tumhe psnd krti thi? Are mai bs tumhaari help krna chahti thi..kyunki mujhe laga ki tumhe itne bade sheher mei problem ho rii hogi....Kitni ghatiya aur chhoti soch h tumhaari...chhee.....Aur mujhe khud p gussa aa raa h...ki mai tum jaise ghatiya insaan ko pehchaan hi nii paayi....Aur kya bakwaas ki tumne?  Ki maine Sameer ko choose kia coz he's rich aur tum gareeb ho? Are tum to humaari life mei the hi nii....to unme aur tum Mei koi comparison hi nii h....Tum paison se nii...apne dimaag aur soch se gareeb ho......agar Sameer k paas kuchh nii b hota naa...to b mai unhe hi chunti.....Aur jaante ho kyu? Kyunki vo is duniya k sbse achhe insaan h...sbse achhe bete hain...sbse achhe bhai hain...sbse best dost hain..and he's the best husband.....unka dil bahot saaf h....

Naina said the last few line looking at Sameer lovingly..he was truly the best partner a girl could ask for...he was the best human...and he was beautiful, inside out.....She again turned to Sharad...

Naina: Lekin pata h tumbe ye smjh nii aayega....kyunki unhe samajhne k liye ek saaf mann chahiye..jo tumhaare paas nii h.....

Naina and all the others looked at him with lot of hatred...and Naina went and stood next to Sameer and held his hand....Romundit so badly wanted to beat Sharad to death..and everyone were aware of how they were holding themselves back......Vivek spoke to the inspector....

Vivek: Inspector le jaiye ise...warna mai nii jaanta ki mai apne beton ko kitni der rok paunga....aur haan.. (holding Sharad's collar ) Aaj k baad mere bete aur meri family k aas paas b mt nazar aana...smjhe...

Inspector: Don't worry sir..ye itni jldi bahar nii aayega.....

The inspector dragged Sharad out of the house...and finally they were relieved to be able to get rid of all this..and also finding Sameer safe with them.....

Hey everyone.....so I know you'll must be waiting to know what happened with Sharad....so here it is..and I know..I bore you all with some paragraphs in the middle about some social issues pr women empowerment.....but it's like I am full time blogger and started writing stories recently...can't get over this habit so quickly...so if you guys get bored...please lemme know..I'll try to avoid this.....Till then lemme know your views in comments......
