Neil signed on the property documents and then called his dad. Prakash picked his son's call in the first go!

Prakash - "Neil, beta! Kaise ho tum aur kahan ho? Avni kaisi hai beta? Mujhe DD ne sab bataya about Avni's past and also about the difficulty that both of you were in.. Beta ek call to kar diya hota!.."(Son. Howre you and where are you. DD told me all about Avni's past..you could've given me one call)

Neil took a deep breath. This was going to be a difficult call.

Neil - "Dad. I am genuinely sorry i could not keep you in the loop. But priorities had changed then. I had a mortal enemy to defeat and needed to protect my wife as well! Dad I wanted to thank you for wiring me that great sum of money at such a small notice and without asking any questions. I will meet you soon dad and we can discuss the next steps here. But in short I would like to tell you, that we will be moving houses.. To Dayawanti Mehta's mansion.."

Prakash's mouth was agape in wonder at this. But he managed to say - "Beta. Ye kyun.."(Why)

NEil - "Dad, trust me. I am leaving the logistics of moving in to you. I have purchased the mansion in Avni's name, as a wedding gift to her!"

PRakash smiled -"Oh so this is connected to my daughter in law in some form. Main samajh gaya beta. It is ok. We can talk when we meet. Main shift hone ki taiyaari karta hoon par it will still take a few days. I will have to tell Bebe and Shweta and see.."(..I understand ..I'll prepare to shift but it'll take a few days...)

Neil - "No worries dad. But wanted to tell you something about mom. She came to my studio apartment.."

Prakash was clearly surprised at this. He had no iota of clue of what harm his wife had almost caused!

NEil continued - "Yes dad.. She came and insulted Avni. But the issue is..Avni.. Avni is highly injured after the Raghu Pandit incident. I took her with me to that place to help her get well soon. But mom did something that made her fall in my eyes. And now I am not sure dad how she will behave with Avni.."

PRakash kept quiet. He was thinking. At last he spoke with the wisdom that only years of experience can bring - "Son.. All I can say is. Avni is not alone in our house. BEbe likes her and I love my daughter in law. I know she has a past. But so does everybody, including Shweta. You know it is futile for me to speak against or to your mother about this. But I can promise you son that Avni will not come to any harm in our house.."

Neil was relieved at this. He said - "I trust you dad. Avni and I will move in Mehta mansion as soon as possible. She should be ok in a day or two.."

Neil went on a call with DD next. He asked DD to check upon Avni and give her the good news. Also he said he will be starting office in a couple of days time after moving into the new house. He then drove to Ali and Nanno. He wanted to update them on what had happened as they were important people in Avni's life as well!

DD was ecstatic as usual to get his boss's call! HE was one loyal employee in this age of people who are loyal only to money and power! DD was sometimes too human for his own good but till now it had served him well in life.. Neil also trusted him and like this quality of his.

DD parked his motorcycle outside Neil's apartment building and then went up the lift. He found it weird that watchman was not there but still went up. As the lift door opened DD's hair stood up behind his neck and he knew something was wrong. HE looked up to see Neil's apartment door open and rushed there. One look was enough to tell him Avni 'bhabhi' was not there!

As DD dialled Neil's number he looked around for any clues he could get. It was for sure that Avni had not left willingly, there was no way she would leave the door open!

Neil could not take the call as he was busy driving and DD sent him a text briefing what he had seen. Then he rushed to find the watchman! He saw that watchman was not anywhere around. He strained and then heard some thumping sounds. He went in the direction and saw that someone was banging on the doors of the service washroom. DD opened it and the watchman fell outside! He had been enclosed for over an hour now!

Watchman - "Gunde.. Chor.. Kidnapping!"(Rogues..)

DD - "Kya matlab? i am a police constable.. Saaf saaf bolo!"(What?...speak clearly)

Watchman -"Someone asked me about Neil sahab's flat address and then suddenly then injected some medicine in me! When I woke up I was closed in this washroom!

DD rubbed his forehead. This was very serious. AS far as he knew Raghu Pandit gang was over but this could be someone who was left and wanted revenge. In any case, bhabhi's life was in terrible danger!

He had to ask NEil sir on what to do next!

DD to watchman - "CCTV hain na iss building mein.. Mujhe sabki feed dikhao last ek ghante ki.. Jaldi!"( This building has cctv? I need last one hour feed from all cameras)
