Neil woke up as he got a call from juhi. She was a bit uncomfortable and wanted to skip the house warming ceremony. Neil insisted that she comes. When she expressed inability to come alone due to her fears, Neil offered to give her a ride.

Avni listened to the entire conversation, quietly. She did not say a word.

Soon they got ready and sat in the car. Neil said they would need to pick up juhi to which Avni nodded. The entire way they didn't really talk. Their was no tension in the air but there was no talk as well. Neil was more comfortable in the silence and avni thought it better to not disturb him.

Neil stopped the car and went in the accommodation that DD had arranged for juhi. Avni saw neil coming out with juhi. Neil was still quiet and if anything he looked a bit lost...

Juhi sat in the back seat and greeted avni. She seemed like an innocent enough girl and avni melted a bit. It was nobody's fault after all that this was happening. Nanno had been right, avni had a very big heart..

When they reached, DD was waiting outside. Shweta had called him to help with the arrangements..

Once they prepared to enter the khanna mansion, avni and neil were leading the front and juhi was walking just behind them. Suddenly Neil heard a painful cry from juhi. It seemed she struck her foot against a stone. As avni watched, Neil went back to juhi and gave her his arms support. Avni felt something breaking inside her. She kept quiet. She waited for them to go in the front and then followed.

On the door Neil's family was there. All knew that juhi was coming as neil had informed his father of the situation. Shweta was glowing with happiness. She had an arti welcome thaal ready for juhi and neil. As they entered unexpectedly Shweta started doing arti. Neil stepped back immediately and looked for avni to come in the front but she didn't step forward. She just kept looking expression less.

Shweta completed the Aarti. Prakash was disturbed by this. Bebe was inside the house and hadn't witnessed this!

After Neil went in supporting juhi, Prakash came upto avni. He didn't say anything. But Avni saw a tear of regret trickle down his cheek.

She bent to touch his feet and he hugged her. And she cried then for the first time, a daughter opened up to her father. DD was watching all this unfold. His heart grew heavier. He had respected his Neil sir till then. Now he wasn't sure...
