I suppose​ from the title you think that this novel is some sort of a sci-fi where the hero travels in time but the hero here is nothing as you would expect because as it's mentioned in the title he is an Addicted human being, sorry, i mean that i am an  Addicted futurist human being.

First of all, before we get any further and before you ask me any questions you should know my name at least, aren't you interested to know that?good, my name is Darian Picker and this is my story through the walls of time.

Darian 's POV:

It all started in a small cabinet  where passengers buy supplies during there travels.

Streets outside this place are cracked and full of holes and tiers 's marks.

A blue flamingo statue is set at the left side of the entrance to the cabinet while on the right there is a huge flying sign with the phrase " Guns & Pills " writing on it with a glowing blue pencil,  yeah you can said that i love this color and not to mention the rocket engines attached to the damn sign just to keep it from falling to the ground.

An anti bullets glasses surrounding the cabinet from all directions, a high AI security system you know just in case, all of this just to protect my investment.

Although what you guys might think but I'm glad to say that i own this little piece of earth.

Inside the cabinet​ there is a young 23 years old man, yes it's me Darian ! i know the name is bizarre​, thank you dad you had to read Shakespeare​ hah! any way this story is not about me it's about the old man that i'll meet later he never told me his name, maybe because i never ask but for now let's call him mister Smith, i know i know so cliche hah trust me he's nothing like Brad pitt, mister Smith was my guide​ through  these lines i'm about to write, i hope i have the time to finish this before i get older then this(you'll get it later) and the way i've met him is not the issue here but the why, now let's get started.

The zero field:

You know my name and where i work, in a cabinet right! but it's not what you think because i live in 2110, i know i know the number chock you and most of you who are reading this are dead or almost to reach the 100.
So you'll ask me how are things in the future? not bad, the USA still the greatest country in the planet, eehhha, yeah cowboys except that the only place that remains now is north Carolina so technically we are no longer in the USA but in a place called the zero field.
I'll make it short, after the fifth world war the magmatic Bombs caused the end of the world, sorry but the real apocalypse took less then the movie did, yes i know! it's horrible! Just after twenty minutes all was lost except the state of Carolinian​," SNAP ".
I know it's hard for you to believe that billions of humans and large territories and most likely continents are lost just like that but that's the hard truth, the earth now is one piece of nothing except where we live, i felled lucky when my father told me this for the first time, i mean all those lives died while we get to live! Maybe god has choose us for a higher purpose !  i used to thoughts that we are special but the idea stops when i've reached 15, at that time sex was necessary and whether you  believed it or not we had to screw with a women who were 20 years older than us for five times pear day just to save us from extension, i know i know! we such a heroes.

the first time was awkward but when i had reach 17 all my interest in sex was gone,  even my friends lost there interest in this subject , we had it all, small big medium you name it.
After we did our best to reproduce our scientist discovers  an interesting fact, here it is :

Thanks to the apocalypse now our field is surrounded with  invisible walls, no this is not one of Steven king's books where aliens decide to have us as rat labs, we did the whole damage ourselves, any way you' re probably wondering why we call it the zero field, any guesses! no?okay here it is:

Behind the walls that surround our lovely field there are other worlds where time there is different than here, inside the field(or named it N C if you want to ) it's year 2110 but outside nobody knows?maybe it's 2000, maybe it's 9/11 or maybe it's the year when Michael Jackson got his first album you tell me how we know all of this right! i'll tell you.
After the end of the world all satellites were affected by the magnetic fields caused by the bombs (thanks a lot Hatter Snider he made that technologies​ if you like to know) but lucky for humanity some satellites survived somehow so we used them to have an image of earth from the outer space and this map will show you all what i mean.

You see there are ten different areas , let's name them A B C...bla...bla...bla then G and there is to the left the zero field where the descent citizens of north Carolinian​ lives (not really) and each zone as you can see has a magnet wall surround it and to the right there is a small circle, you can see it right! and there where me and everyone in the zero field want to go, you ask me why?i'll tell you.
Although his technologies​ caused the end of the world Snider did a good thing after all he made a time measure, it's a small device that tell you what time is it, no it's not a clock, it tell you the time when you time travel, genius hah and we discovered that in this new world we live in you can use this to live for... who knows a thousand year maybe!
