I walked into the apartment and slammed the door shut. Still breathing heavily, I wiped away a few tears that had managed to escape. My eyelids grew heavy, and my eyesight was incredibly blurry. I even walked into the doorframe to my bedroom before walking inside, falling onto my bed, and burying my face into my pillow.

I dont understand why he keeps messing with my emotions. I keep thinking that maybe, just maybe, he likes me. I let myself play into his stupid flirting, and then he says just kidding and I shatter. He kisses me, but thats a joke to him. He kisses me and says just kidding, and it makes me fall apart in inside.

I dont know how much more of this I can take. My emotions have already been toyed with enough.

Speaking of the devil, my screen flashed. I had gotten a message from none other than Colby Brock.

C: are you mad at me? Why did you just leave
S: I felt sick
C: because I kissed you?
S: no. 😂
C: so am I going to get sick?
S: probably
C: thanks
S: hey, you kissed me. Next time you joke around maybe you shouldnt kiss sick people
C: ok...
S: well I gotta go.
C: oh ok. Bye
