Its Sunday and I'm incredibly nervous. My roommate let me borrow his camera, and thats all set up. Colby just laid on my bed, tossing his phone into the air and catching it.

We could start filming at anytime, but we're both to awkward to. We'd ask the other 'you ready?' and one of us would respond with a nod, but we'd never actually start. Instead we'd just smile and go back to what we were doing before.

"Golbach, I cant take this anymore. Lets start filming. It doesnt have to be any good, most youtubers first videos arent anyway" (A/N: @ Dan 😂😂) He said as he sat up.

I nodded awkwardly and began to play with my hair. Taking longest pieces and rolling them before my thumb and index finger. Colby sighed and got up to turn the camera on, and after he did we just awkwardly stared at it.

"Well..." I turned to look at him and crossed my arms, he only nervously ran his fingers over his lips.

Now is not the time to do cute things, Colby.

"Golbach, we've rehearsed this." He facepalmed and groaned as if I was the one making the mistakes.

"Then why arent you saying your line?" I asked.

"Alright, alright..." He pushed me out of view from the camera. He cleared his throat then mouthed '1,2,3' before we both some what jumped in front of the camera. "This is Sam" he said as he awkwardly pointed at me.

"And this is Colby" I pointed at him.

"And together..." He trailed off waiting for me to speak.

"We're Sam and Colby"

We sound like losers. I understand not having a good first video, but one that sucks this bad is just upsetting.

He looked over at me awkwardly as if he was asking me what to say next. I shrugged and began to play with my hair again.

"Is my line next?" I asked.

He nodded and I sighed.

"This is our youtube channel and before you ask, yes we are lovers" I said before I lifted my leg up and he caught it, which made me lose my balance.

Being the ever so bright person I am, I grabbed his hat as I fell back, thinking it would help. It didnt help. Instead my head hit the carpet.

Colby began to laugh really hard as he held out his hand. I took it and he helped me up.

"I was holding my hand out for my hat, but ok" he laughed as he bent down to pick it up. He combed his fingers through his hair before putting it back back on.

I scoffed and punched his arm. He laughed a little and since his laugh is incredibly contagious, I did too.

"That was great" he said as he clapped his hands together.

Knowing the video wasnt going to make itself I pulled myself together and looked back at the camera.

"Alright well, welcome to our youtube channel" I began.
