The three had been childhood friends ever since they could remember.

Jeon Jungkook, Park Jimin and Kim Taehyung.

They hold hands tightly at everything they do from going to school until going on an amusement part ride.

Jungkook was the more spoiled one out of the bunch, being the youngest has its perk. What Jungkook wants is what Jungkook gets, at least that's the implemented motto he had given himself years ago. He had somewhat gotten more mature at one point but he wasn't the one to still back away for others.

Jimin was somewhat mature. He's the oldest even if he was born the same year as Taehyung. There was a sense of responsibility he holds that shouldn't be the worry for none of the two. Seeing Jungkook spoiled, he was the one that always backs down for the boy's happiness even if it was his favorite toy.

And then there's Taehyung. The sweetest and the kindest. Has the softest personality and the one that tries his best. He knows Jungkook and Jimin very well, well enough to know them better than themselves. He's very gentle and loves them two very deeply.

And that's the summary of them. Three boys that blends each other like brown sugar milk brûlée with tapioca bubble.

Although in this current time Jungkook was still a highschooler, Jimin is a teacher and Taehyung became a part time university student and a preschool teacher. It wasn't that they hardly meet each other, they had always made time. Even if they can't, they force themselves too because that's how they all love each other.

On a fine afternoon where the three had nothing but spare time on their hand they had.

None of them had big works, none of them had hard assignments, none of them had dance practices, they were all free in the weekend.

It was Jungkook's suggestion that the three of them went on a trip out of town just to visit the new amusement park the P.JK Group had recently open.

"Oh come on. Just like the old days!" He said that had successfully convinced them.

They were all busy with their own life but with each other it was never a problem in the first place. It was just they never had a good time to spend some times outdoor or long enough it would feel like days of vacation.

He only invited Taehyung to it.

The boy on the other line gave a hum of approve "Ok!" But then things back fired when the boy continues "Let me ask Jimin, ok?"

Jungkook had all the rights to stop. No. This was supposed to be a special moment like a date to him. It was his dream to just be together with Taehyung for days to days and spent their smiles on each other.

"Right." He didn't know why he agreed. Maybe it's because Jimin is also a very close friend, that he couldn't just abandon him in their group of friendship.

There was a point where they have gotten plane sick and Jimin has to aid them just because he's the oldest.

But other than that they safely arrived to the park to which the first they will have to do is to take a picture.

They're all grown up. "Oh come on, we don't do this often! Might as well make it a memory right?" Taehyung pouts his way out.

they ended up printing the picture afterwards. Each keeping one print for their sake.

It's fine. Jungkook convinces himself.

"Hey, can I take a pee break?" Jimin asks.

"Yea." Jungkook was the one who quickly responds. "We'll wait for you."

This was his chance. Maybe he couldn't prepare much like with flowers or chocolates but upon coming here he had brought a Gucci necklace which Taehyung had fancied over for months.

"Tae—" this was his chance. Now he can try little by little a way to confess his long term feeling he had always had for the sweet boy.

"I uhm—" Words are starting to fumble around his tongue. He just couldn't get it out and forms to something off like letters only.

"You know uhm— ice cream..?" Fuck he kinda messed up.

"Yes! I really love ice cream!"

Keep it together Jeon.

"I'll be right back."

He needs to recollect himself from all these anxious thoughts. He should at least confess his feelings on this trip, he knows he should. It's just the most perfect time for him to do so.

He can buy a bouquet of flowers along the way and a box of chocolate where he'll hid the necklace in. And then wham! A surprise confession!

"Chocolate mint and strawberry flavor please."

And hopefully with these chocolates, he'll begin to love him even more.

Upon coming back to the same plot the boy awaits was a disaster.

But what he spotted from afar was Jimin coming back, laughing in joy together. The problem lies within Taehyung that was supposed to laugh with him.

Taehyung is smiling, blushing at the end to which Jimin ruffles his hair afterwards. The part where it bothers him the most is those blush, shy shy blush that made his heart on a fury.

Jungkook could only chews the walls on his lips. He felt jealous, immensely jealous that he has earned nothing for his hard work than to stare

at his future lover in the hands of another.

But it's ok. He thinks it's ok. It's only Jimin, he shouldn't feel bitter towards his childhood friend. They've been through everything up and down , and will continue to do so.

"Ah Kookie!" The sight of the boy waving his hands to him had brought nothing but joy back. The name that is given to him and especially him alone felt like a Christmas gift he will always treasure.

"Coming Tae." He smiles as he approaches them back with two semi melted ice cream cones.
