If you don't stan Seventeen, I don't want your opinions (though I can't stop you, so go ahead lol). The fact is: if Pledis promoted them like a company should, Seventeen would be almost, if not, just as big as BTS. PERIODTTT.

So I'm VERY thankful that they're not. Why? I'm gonna have to compare them with BTS real quick:

Everyone likes BTS' old music better than their new ones. Ever wonder why? Because Big Hit made the stupid mistake to westernize their songs to tailor to Americans. ISN'T THEIR OLD SONGS WHY THEY REACHED THIS FAME, EVEN TO AMERICANS??? SO WHY CHANGE UP THE FORMULA??? BOI IF YOU DON'T-

I do understand that BTS have a wide wide wide range of genres that they put out, just that most of the recent ones sounds so westernized. I've gotta say that MOTS7 slapped fucking hard and it gives us the essence of what BTS truly is.

My point is that the bigger the group is, the more likely they'll westernize them (SuperM is a great example) and that's the last thing I want for Seventeen. So if they gotta be a little underrated in certain parts of the globe because of it, so be it.

Just like to say that they sold 1,097,891 copies of Heng:garae during their FIRST WEEK, making them the second artists to do that in kpop history after BTS. Stan for an actual life.
