TRIAL START!

"As Stolas pointed out, the murder weapon WASN'T the kitchen knife! It was planted by the scene to make us think that it was the weapon. The REAL weapon was used in the heat of the moment, something the killer had easy access to- and something, as Stolas assessed, that has a small blade but can cut through flesh. "The killer set a trap that was supposed to kill the mastermind, who they thought was Flauros. But... clearly he wasn't..."

"Name: Florence Jaye. Talent: Ultimate Geologist. Cause of death: Strangulation..."

But before I could investigate her body, something else caught my eye.

"Name: Azrael L'Olonnais. Talent: Ultimate Poet. Cause of death: Strangulation..."

TRIAL START!

"The killer musta strangled Furfur first. But Azrael saw n' they, in a moment o' panic, took Furfur's vest off n' used it to strangle 'im too.  I can only imagine that someone would do this if they were under the despair disease that Mononity mentioned earlier..."

"I hate ta throw fingers, but only one person woulda had the opportunity to kill 'em both. Because that person jus' went straight ta the food court n' acted like they was just makin' cawfee. Ain't that correct..."

"Dana Reynolds, the Ultimate Barista? If I'm wrong, jus' tell me so. But I know I ain't."

CHAPTER THREE END

God DAMN it's already been a roller coaster (if ykyk) for me. First killer and victim had me screaming and then on top of that we lost protag, support, AND antag all in one chapter. But I have a STRONG love for protag Tristan because that man is probably smarter than he lets on. Or just brute forces his way through trials.
