Sooo uh dnd has consumed me entirely

First few sessions (one shots and first actual campaign session) were GREAT! I aura farmed like there's no tomorrow. Blasted people to bits with the revolver.  It was great.

Yesterday? Yesterday I rolled two nat ones in a row and only actually hit once in the entire four hour session. I got skipped over once (we fixed that). And then when my teammate gave me advantage the boss died before it was my turn.  Plus my lore is the only one not yet woven into the story bc everyone else's is directly tied into the plot 😭

But it's ok we're chillin bc the DM and I have started chatting abt my gun bc my gun is hella cool now

Oh so lil headcanon that is canon outside of the dnd campaign bc DM said no but he liked the idea, when Derrick is ANGRY ANGRY the freckles under his eyes become more sets of eyes. You'd think that this would enhance his vision but NOPE. Given that he's deliberately pretended to be human since his childhood, he had zero idea that he has this ability and therefore it fucks up his vision.
