So I collected 16 characters from the Danganronpa series and randomly assigned/combined them with the DR:GO cast.

Unfortunately, we only got two and a half femboys.

This took me like four days to finish because I did like three or four before bed every night so sorry it took so long, I'm gonna make an actual DR:GO swap au at some point which will be fun-

*cutely makes up an excuse to do more murdering*

Ryn Tsumiki, the Ultimate Nurse!  She's a klutz at times but not Mikan-level I swear- She has a soft spot for animals and spends a lot of time at the Hospital and Pharmacy.

Zeben Komaeda, the Ultimate Lucky Student. I hate this drawing and I'm not a fan of Zeben as Nagito so moving on-

Azrael Owada, the Ultimate Biker Gang Leader. He may be small and look harmless, but this guy takes no sh*t and will vandalize your property out of spite if he feels like you give him an attitude.  However, he does find some comfort in poetry while unwinding.

Furfur Akamatsu, the Ultimate Pianist.  She looks friendly (and she is), but don't think for a second she can't fight in that skirt because she will. She wears that outfit because one, she grew up in a household where she had to look nice all the time, and two, it's a trap for anyone who underestimates her.

Rori Koizumi, the Ultimate Photographer.  For him, photography is an expression of oneself, and through it he found the confidence to be who he is and follow his passions.  He has a great sense of fashion, and will often wear more feminine clothing because f*ck gender norms.

Haha, it's the character I put as Junk ENoshima! Idk if En's name would seriously be En Enoshima or their nickname comes from their last name or something, but anywho En's prickly yet composed personality remains unchanged, but they're slightly more unhinged.

Will Soda, the Ultimate Mechanic.  Frankly, I don't see much of a difference between the two personalities, so let's just say it's Will but slightly more sensitive.

Caim Momota, the Ultimate Astronaut!  He loves space and has loved it since he was little, and is super enthusiastic about it.  He also loves his friends and encourages them to never give up!  Precious bean stays precious.

Dana Owari, the Ultimate Gymnast.  Do not be fooled by the short skirt, it's that short so she can roundhouse kick your *ss to the other side of the planet if you get too close.  Also she likes food.

Marzy Ludenburg, the Ultimate Gambler. (Dragqueenmarzydragqueenmarzy-) This Brit knows how to play his cards and when to sacrifice others for his own benefit.  That's all I really have to say.

Iris Naegi, the Ultimate Lucky Student!  The protagonist of this silly dice game.  Picked at random from a draw and invited to the most elite school in the world, Iris is determined to prove his worth... and solve a few murder cases.

Tristan Tanaka, the Ultimate Breeder.  This edgelord is not only built like a tank, but also speaks in a very intimidating manner.  But beneath of that, he loves his four pet hamsters- I MEAN THE FOUR DARK DEVAS OF DESTRUCTION- and cares for others deep down.

Stolas Togami, the Ultimate Affluent Progeny.  Stolas worked hard to climb in the ranks and become heir to the Togami fortune.  Of course, he's done a few things he's not proud of and is ashamed to admit, but he is always focused on the future and the next step to take.

Flauros Hoshi, the former Ultimate Tennis Pro.  Flauros has been in juvie since the age of thirteen, after killing an entire mafia with a single tennis ball when they killed his whole family (and his dog).  He is very mellow and reflective on his past, but makes it clear that he is willing to give his life in the killing game for whatever purpose needed.

Evangeline Fujisaki, the Ultimate Programmer.  Evangeline is quiet and reserved most of the time, but always willing to contribute when asked.  Azrael is protective of Evangeline.  Otherwise, that's really all there is to it.

And finally, Sophie Hanamura, the Ultimate Cook!  When a canonical bisexual gets combined with another canonical bisexual. Bisexual squared.  Also, remember when I said Dana likes food?  Well it just so happens that Sophie is a chef. (I just realized this and it's just too perfect)
