As you know, I'm on vacation. I have a few stories but this one may be my best one.

So, this lady asked if I wanted to try her paddle board. We went to the Bay and she explained how to use it. Turning and where to hold it.

Few minutes later I was paddling out and having fun. I tried turning but the waves kept pulling me around. To make it worse people on jetskis kept riding near me and the waves almost knocked me off the board. Did I mention that I wasn't wearing a swimsuit?

Anyways I was out in the middle of the water when I realized something. The bay was connected to the ocean. And you know that's in the ocean? My life long fear.

Sharks.

This may sound stupid but I didn't panic because I was out in the middle of the water with no suit or life jacket. I panicked because

1. The water below me, was filled with jellyfish and crabs.

2. The houses on the side... Look like the town from Jaws. Now it didn't help that I was already afraid to fall off on to a creature, but now I was reminded of sharks.

Well shite you better believe I paddled to the little island far from the beach. The lady tried to swim over to me but couldn't make it.

She got a ride in a jetski whole I was fearing for my life on a flimsy board. You cannot believe how happy I was to get back on land.
