I finally decided I had to come out to someone else because like two people in my town know I'm ace, so I made sure I was alone with two of my friends and we had time in case I had to give them a lecture on what asexuality is

I started a conversation about crushes so I could bring it up less abruptly bc I'm awkward

And finally they're like, "So who do you like?"

And I said, "I'm asexual."

And I know that you can have crushes and be ace, but I need to come up with something relevant to sexuality and it was the first thing that popped into my head
