You know when you're talking to a friend, and they start monologuing about something they care a lot about, and you stop listening to the words they say and just listen to their voice and get second hand excitement and happiness from them?

Sarah Smiles by Panic! somehow captures that feeling. Ironically or fittingly, the words aren't the part of it that are relevant, it's the sound of the way he sings. Like you can hear him smiling.
