Aphmau comes running down the stairs and grabs her car keys"Okay, I'll be back by three so you don't have have to cook anything; I actually made you breakfast and it's in the oven. For lunch, I separated out the fridge so you can go find something to eat." She talks fast, "Call me if you need anything, I'll come home instantly. Don't hesitate to-" 

"Aph, I'll be fine. You go to work and relax. You act like you have never left me at home alone before." 

"I know I know, it's just the first day and I'm worried because I'm usually here but if you really think you can handle yourself."

"I know I can."

She sighs and smiles, "I love you." She kisses him on the cheek quickly and opens the door, "Remember, call me if something happens."

"I won't hesitate. I love you." She closes the door and Aaron locks it behind her. Immediately after she pulls out of the driveway, Aaron dials a number and puts his phone to his ear.

"She's gone."

Aaron puts two glasses of water on the coffee table and sits on the other side, "I'm so glad you got my phone call. You have no idea how much it means to us." 

The man takes a glass of water, "Of course I got back to you. She's my sister and I want to see her again." The man takes a sip and the woman beside him takes the other glass, "Stephanie wants to meet her."

"She's a part of Adrian and I really want to meet his side of the family." Stephanie responds. She's a tall African American woman with brown curly hair and hazel eyes. "So tell, what is Aphmau to you? A roommate?"

"She's actually my fiancee. I proposed about three months ago." Adrian puts down his glass and stares Aaron down. 

Stephanie smiles, "Awwww that's so cute!" She cheers. 

"How do I know what kind of person you are? No offense, but I don't want my sister just marrying anyone." 

"And not to be rude, but I don't think I'm just anyone. Me and Aphmau have been through a lot together. Four years ago, I met this woman and the plan was to marry her so we could help out her parents. But another girl got in the way and took Aphmau's spot. Turns out her father was a fraud and they were sent to jail. A year later, I got an assistant who also liked me. It got more crazy the more me and Aphmau started to really love each other. They fought and my ex assistant ended up moving upstate," Aaron defends himself,

"AND she went to Australia for a year. Stayed in contact, came back and SHE asked me out. We were together for almost two years before I proposed. So I don't think I'm just anyone. I took a lot of time out of my mouth to find you. All so she could be happy. That's all I want for her."

"You're so sweet," Stephanie comments, "See, Adrian? I told you he isn't a bad guy. Loosen up." He sighs,

"Do you love her?"

"More than anything. All I want is to make her happy."

"Then you're okay in my book. For now." He sticks his hand out for Aaron to shake. But Aaron stands up and extends his hand out.

"Hug him, babe." Stephanie nudges him in the arm. Adrian stands up and leans in to Aaron and hugs him. He sits back down immediately, "I really want to meet Aphmau. When is she coming back?"

"In about an hour," He responds, "I was hoping to get you guys out here before so we could surprise her."

"Sounds like fun!" Stephanie giggles, "Oh my Irene, I can't wait!"

Aaron sees Aphmau's car pull into the driveway, "She's here!" He calls and the two on the couch stand up.

"Where should we go?" Adrian asks while Stephanie fixes her skirt.

"Umm the backyard!" He pointed to the back door in the kitchen, "I'll bring her out when she gets situated! Quick, she's almost at the door!" Adrian and Stephanie run to the back door and go outside, closing the door behind them.

The door knob starts turning. Aphmau walks in with a few grocery bags, "Hey, I noticed we were out of milk this morning so I went out and got a few ex-" She sees he has a huge smile on his face. "You good, bro?"

Aaron takes the bags from her and walks over to the kitchen and starts putting grocery away. Aphmau was confused and worried. "Did you break something while I was gone?"

"No," He closes the refrigerator and whispers, "I hopefully fixed something."

"What was that last part?"

"Nothing, babe." He walks over and takes off her coat for her, "Just happy to see you."

"Okay, I know that face. You're hiding something from me. Which vase broke this time?" She kicks her shoes off.

"I didn't break anything this time. I actually brought you something."

"Really? So if I check the trash-" He lightly pushes her,

"Go look in the backyard and find out." Slowly, Aphmau made her way towards the back door with Aaron following behind her and he starts recording.

"What's with the camera?" Her hand is on the doorknob but she turns around to ask Aaron.

"You'd want this on film. Trust me." He answers, angling the camera.

"You're such a weirdo." She shakes it off while laughing. She turns the doorknob and pushes open the door.

Once she sees Adrian in the yard, she completely lost all words. She remembers over 10 years ago, she had to say goodbye to him. She really believed that was the last time she was going to see him.

"Go." Aaron points to Adrian who has his arms out for her. She runs off the pouch and into his arms. 

"Oh my Irene.m You're really here right now." She whispers while tightening her grip, "I missed you so much."

"I'm here now and I'm not going anywhere. I promise." He cradles her head.

"How on earth did you get here?" He lets her go and points to Aaron,

"He did. He emailed me a month ago and we've been planning a good time to surprise you for a while." Aphmau looks over at Aaron still filming, "He flew me and my girlfriend out here two days ago."

"Girlfriend?" He points to Stephanie who's on the other side of the porch, waiting the whole thing go on. She decides to walk towards her and Adrian,

"Hi I'm Stephanie."

"H-Hi I'm Aphmau, nice to meet you." Instead of giving her a handshake, Aphmau hugs Stephanie. "My brother's girlfriend. Never thought the words would come out of my mouth."

"Hey!" Adrian exclaims. Aphmau and Stephanie start giggling.

"Adrian talks about you all the time! We were so excited to fly down here and I get to finally meet his twin."

"You're so tall! And pretty! I don't know how this one pulled you." Aphmau refers to Adrian.

"Give yourself some credit! You're adorable!" Stephanie compliments, "Your fiance is a really lucky guy." 

"Oh my Irene, my fiance!" She runs over to him and hugs him, "My amazing fiance!" Aaron stopped filming and hugs her back, 

"Are you happy?"

"Am I happy? Aaron," She pulls him down for a kiss. He cups his cheeks and kisses her back. She pull away, "I'm so grateful. Thank you so much."

"Of course. I love you."

"I love you too."

"Adrian, I wanted to ask you something. You too, Stephanie." They're sitting on different sides of the sectional couch. Aaron has his arm around Aphmau and Stephanie is holding Adrian's hand.

"Go ahead." Adrian says.

"Our wedding is on the 27th next month and I was wondering if you two would like to attend. It would mean a lot to me and Aaron that my brother and his girlfriend come."

"We wouldn't miss it for the world. Right babe?" He says to Stephanie.

"Of course I'd love to go! She's a part of you and I adore her already." She responds, "And Aaron is a sweet guy. This wedding will be phenomenal."

"Yay!" Aphmau says, "And now my other question for Stephanie. Will you come to my bachelorette party?" 

"I would love to!"

"Yay!" Aphmau stands up and so does Stephanie after. Aphmau leans in to give her a quick hug then sit back down. 

"Adrian? You down for my bachelor party?"

"Hell yeah I am." 

"This is amazing," Aphmau says, "I never thought we'd be having this discussion.I thought I wouldn't see you or your new girlfriend before the wedding."

"I'm glad Aaron got in contact with me beforehand. Thank you so much bro." Adrian thanks him again.

"I honestly wanted you guys to see each other again. I knew it would make Aphmau happy and I figured you wanted to see her as much as she wanted to see you. As long as everyone's happy." Aphmau kisses his cheek, 

"You're so amazing."

"Not as amazing as you."
